Degree of Cracking of Earthquake-Resistant Designing: seven 14、玻璃幕墙工程概述:14. Introduction of the Glass Curtain Wall Project中国上海越洋国际广场由一栋全新、206米高、43层办公大楼以及一座6层、面积为34000平方米的多功能裙

5、楼组成。This project is comprised of 1 new, 206m hight, 43 43-storey office tower office buildingand a 6 6-storey, 34,000 multi-function podium. 主要由以下几种玻璃幕墙系统组成:The Glass Curtain Wall System: 办公楼标准部位采用内循环双层呼吸玻璃幕墙(A01、A02),系统为单元式玻璃幕墙系统,外层采用中空钢化玻璃,内层采用单片钢化玻璃,内侧上部采用上悬内开窗的形式,进风口在底部,其它部位密封,层间部位不可视部位采用单片玻璃,内设

6、置背板及保温棉。(1)The standard position inside the office tower office building shall be interior interior-circulating double-glazed glass curtain wall (A01, A02) with the unitized glass curtain wall system. The out layer shall be vacuum tempered clear glasstoughened glass toughened hollow glass; the insid

7、e layer shall be monolithic tempered clear glasstoughened glass. In the iInside layer, a up-hanging inner-open window will be fixedopened hanging on the upper side, air intake at the bottom, the other parts sealed. The invisible space between the outside and the inside shall be the monolithic glass,

8、 backboard and thermal cotton set up inside. 办公楼顶部采用单元式玻璃幕墙(A03),后支撑结构为钢结构,钢结构连接在主体钢结构上。The office tower office building top shall be unitized glass curtain wall (A03). The back supporter is steelwork, connected to the main steelwork.办公楼东侧入口底部采用单元式玻璃幕墙系统(A04),后支撑结构为钢结构,钢结构连接在主体钢结构上。The base of the e

9、ast entrance of the tower shall be unitized glass curtain wall (04). The back supporter shall be steelwork, connected to the main steel structurework.酒店立面及阳台部位玻璃幕墙采用单元式玻璃幕墙系统(B01)。The glass curtain walls in hotel elevations and balconies shall be unitized glass curtain wall system(B01). 酒店及裙楼石材幕墙采用通

10、槽干挂石材幕墙系统(B02)。The hotel and podium Stone Cladding shall be continuous-manger dry-hang通槽干挂 Stone Cladding system (B02). 办公楼南侧及酒店塔楼南侧玻璃幕墙采用单元窗(B03)。The southern side of both the office tower office building and hotel tower curtain wall shall be unitized window. 裙楼东、西、南面1F-4F采用半单元式幕墙系统(C01),两边由连接在钢方通横

11、梁上的铝合金副框支撑,钢制的横梁固定在一系列的钢管上面,钢管悬挂在主体结构上。Podium Retial 1F4F,East,West and North side shall be semi -unitized curtain wall system. Glass is 2-side supported by aluminium sub sub-frame, which is connected to steel RHS transom. The steel transom is fixed to a series of steel pipes, which are hung from th

12、e main structure. 裙楼西面和南面2F4F半单元幕墙系统(C02)。Podium Retial 2F4F,West and South side shall be semi unitized curtain wall system.酒店裙楼休息厅幕墙采用半单元板块幕墙系统(C03),幕墙底部是由玻璃翼支撑的系统,玻璃肋和面玻璃落地支撑。The Hotel Podium Lounge shall be semi unitized curtain wall system.The Hotel Podium Lounge shall be semi unitized curtain w

13、all system(C03). Bottom of the curtain wall is a glass fin supported system. Glass fin and face glass propped on the ground.酒店裙楼三层饭店采用半单元幕墙系统(C04)。Hotel Podium 3F Restaurant shall be semi unitized curtain wall system(C04).酒店三楼游泳池及裙楼局部采用U型玻璃系统(C05),U型玻璃系统由U型玻璃、铝合金框架、密封胶条、五金件和钢结构组成,整个系统由钢结构支撑。Hotel Po

14、dium 3F Swimming Pool and parts of the Podium shall be double glazed U-shapeU-type glass system(C05). The glazing system consists of U-shapeU-type glass, aluminium alloy frame, sealant, hardware and steel structure. The whole system is supported by backing-up steel column. 裙楼1F,东、北、西面幕墙采用玻璃肋系统(C06),

15、面玻璃为单层钢化玻璃,两边结构胶固定,每隔2062mm有19mm厚的竖向钢化玻璃肋支撑,玻璃肋底部进槽,玻璃肋上方为铝板系统,铝板与有带副框铝合金百叶及次要钢结构相连。Podium Retial 1F, East, West and North side shall be glass fin system(C06). The vision glass shall be clear monolithic glass with two sidedtwo-sided structure sealant, vertical 19mm thick glass fins propped on the gr

16、ound at 2062cts. The aluminium cladding is on top of glass wall. The extruded aluminium louvers in sub frame are connected to secondary steel works.裙楼雨蓬采用半单元板块系统(C07),玻璃四周由结构胶固定框架上,系统固在钢结构上。.Podium canopy shall be semi unitized system(C07). Four sides structurally glaze to cassette frames. The whole

17、 system is fixed to steel structure.裙楼及酒店屋顶铝合金格栅(C08、10),铝合金格栅固定于钢结构上。Podium and the Hotel roof shall be aluminium grill and supported by steel frame.购物商场及裙楼天窗采用半单元板块天窗系统(C09),玻璃四周由结构胶固定,整个系固定于钢结构上。Skylights over Mall and Podium shall be semi unitized wall and skylight system(C09). Four sides struct

18、urally glaze to cassette frames. The whole system is fixed to steel structure.裙楼及酒店屋顶铝合金格栅(C10),铝合金格栅固定于钢结构上。Podium and the Hotel roof shall be aluminium grill and supported by steel frame.三角形换气塔采用点式玻璃幕墙系统(C11),玻璃由不锈钢爪件支撑,不锈钢爪件通过不锈钢杆与主体钢建筑连接,点式玻璃后为铝板贴面,玻璃类型为GL11,不锈钢为316级。The triangle duct shall be p

19、ointed glass wall system. Glass is supported by stainless steel spider fitting, which is connected to the main structure by stainless steel rod. Aluminium cladding is behind the glass wall. Glass type shall be GL-11. Stainless steel shall be of Grade 316.金属面板贴面系统采用挂钩式铝板系统。以下从幕墙的设计依据及所遵守的规范、幕墙结构形式、幕墙

20、性能指标和幕墙材料的选用等几个方面加以说明。Metal panel system shall incorporate aluminium hook on type panels.
