16、 order, increase consciousness of staff to obey discipline, improve work efficiency, tighten all rules and regulations and effectively give play to working enthusiasm of the workers, hereby formulate this rule according to relevant laws, regulations and polices according to Labor Law of the Peoples

17、Republic of China, Labor Contract Law of the Peoples Republic of China and the Trade Union Law of the Peoples Republic of China, etc.第二条 适用范围本规则适用于与公司建立劳动关系的员工及劳务派遣至我公司从事劳动的劳务派遣员工。Article TwoScope of applicationThis rule applies to the workers who establish labor relation with the company as well as

18、 those dispatched labors of our company第三条 周知义务1. 公司将本规则发放给每位员工,对规则内容进行说明讲解;2. 经公司说明讲解后,员工必须在学习确认书上签字,作为员工已经了解本就业规则的证明。Article threeInform obligationsThe company distributes this rule to every worker and explains the content of this rule to them.After the company explains, the workers must sign a “L

19、earning Confirmation” which is the demonstration that the workers have understood this employment rule.第二章 Chapter two员工行为准则和规范Code of conduct for employees第四条 员工行为准则1. 员工应认真学习*员工就业规则,并在日常工作中遵照执行;2. 遵纪守法,严禁有损害社会公德、损害他人名誉之行为;3. 严格贯彻执行公司的经营方针,遵守公司各项规章制度; 4. 尊重、友善、平等对待他人;5. 爱护公司财物,厉行节约,合理使用公司物品; 6. 不得将

20、公司物品占为己有或私自带出公司;7. 时刻维护、创造和确保干净整洁、舒适和谐的工作环境;8. 不得向外部泄漏因职位所得知的公司机密;9. 不得在公司内喧哗吵闹或嬉戏、妨碍他人工作;10. 不得在公司内偷盗、赌博、打架斗殴、侮辱他人;11. 不得在公司内聚众要胁、酗酒滋事妨碍生产秩序;12. 未经公司许可不得在公司内贩卖物品、张贴书面传单、通告、请愿书或标语等。Article FourCode of conduct for employees1. The employees shall earnestly learn the employment rules, and implement in

21、daily work according to it;2. observe law and discipline; it is strictly prohibited to damage social morals and others reputation; Observe the disciplines and obey the laws, do not harm the social ethics and other persons reputation;3. strictly implement business policy of the company and abide by a

22、ll rules and regulations of the company;4. respect and friendly and equally treat others;5. take good care of company property, be economical and reasonably use company articles;6. do not take the company articles as your own or take the articles out of company without permission;7. maintain, create

23、 and ensure clean and tidy, comfortable and harmonious working environment at all times;8. it is not allowed to divulge the company confidentiality got from the position to others;9. it is not allowed to make noises or speak loudly or play and disturb work of others in the company;10. it is not allo

24、wed to steal, gamble, fight and insult others in the company;11. it is not allowed to gather a crowd to threaten others ,excessive drinking and cause trouble and obstruct working order in the company;12. it is not allowed to sell goods, put up leaflets, announcement, petition or poster, etc in the c

25、ompany without permission 第五条 衣着和仪表1. 衣着整洁、得体、大方,保持服饰干净;2. 头发保持适当长度,工作期间男士头发不得超过肩膀;3. 工作时间内必须符合公司的工作着装规定,不得穿拖鞋上班:4. 严禁在工作场所穿戴影响安全生产的鞋帽、饰品。Article FiveDress and appearance1. Dress is neat and decent; keep clothes clean;2. Hair keeps certain length; the hair of men cant exceed shoulder during work;3.

26、Dressing must be up to the regulations of company during working time and it is not allowed wear slippers to work;4. It is forbidden to wear shoes, hats and decorations which influence production safety in working place. 第六条 劳动纪律1. 不得迟到、早退、无故缺勤、擅自离开工作岗位或工作场所,不得有消极怠工、玩忽职守等行为;2. 严格按照工作程序或标准作业程序,听从主管的合

27、理指挥监督;3. 未经所属领导(指主管及以上职务,下同)许可不得私自外出或会客;会客必须在指定区域内;4. 工作时间不得闲聊、瞌睡、睡觉、吃零食、玩游戏;不得处理私事或做与工作无关的事情;5. 发现质量问题或出现工作失误应及时向上级领导报告,不得捏造或夸大事实;6. 不得以公司名义或职务之便牟取私利;7. 不得滥用职权、不越权行动;遇紧急情况,妥善处理后迅速向所属领导报告;8. 不得对违纪现象明知不报或姑息迁就、纵容包庇、作伪证,不得有欺骗、隐瞒、威胁、辱骂、打击报复检查人员等妨碍检查工作的行为;9. 工作结束后,应尽快离开工作场所,不得无故逗留。Article SixLabor discip

28、line1. Cant be late or leave early, absent for no reason, leave working post or working place without permission; cant slowdown in work or neglect of ones duty, etc;2. In strict accordance with working procedure or standard operation procedure, obey the reasonable command and supervision of supervis

It is not allowed to go out or receive visitors without the subordinating leaders permission (refers to group leaders or person that of higher position); receive the visitors in designated area. 4. It is not allowed to chat, doze off, sleep, eat snacks and play games during working time; cant

When discovering quality problem or have work fault, timely report to superior leader immediately; it is not allowed to make up or exaggerate the facts;6. It is not allowed to seek private interests in the name of company o

31、r by taking advantages of ones own post;7. It is not allowed to misuse authority and act beyond ones authority; when meeting emergencies, promptly report to subordinating leader after having dealt with the event properly;8. Do not pacify, indulge and cover up, perjure, deceive or conceal about the i

32、llegal and undisciplined events, and cant have the behaviors interfering inspection such as deceive, conceal, threaten, abuse, retaliate inspectors, etc. 9. Leave working place as soon as possible after the work is over; it is not allowed to stay for no reason. 第七条 乘车1. 乘车按指定的车辆乘坐;2. 上班请提前在指定站点指定的时间

33、范围内候车,若迟到自行解决交通;下班因加班需要安排车辆的,请提前半小时通知综合管理部落实安排车辆送至指定的公交车站点;3. 按顺序上下车、避免拥挤,严禁爬窗、拦车、扒车;4. 乘车时发扬友爱精神,绝不以各种理由占座位;5. 保持车内卫生,不得随意扔杂物、吐痰,禁止在车内吸烟;6. 严禁做出任何危及行车安全的行为;7. 发生突发事件或不可抗力因素时,应服从驾驶员的指挥;8. 驾驶员严格按照交通法规驾驶车辆,乘车人员遵守乘车法规,驾驶员及附乘座要佩戴安全带。Article sevenUsing vehicles1. Take the specified vehicle;2. Wait for th

34、e vehicle at the designated station ahead of time in the morning; if come later, solve transportation by oneself; those who work late and need to take the company vehicle should inform the comprehensive management Dept half hour in advance, and the comprehensive management Dept will arrange a car to

35、 send them to the specified bus station;3. Get on or off the vehicle in order, avoid pushing; it is forbidden to climb in through the window, or stop the vehicle or climb into a running vehicle;4. Carrying forward friendly spirit when taking the car; do not occupy seats for various reasons; one pers

36、on can only have one seat;5. Keep the car clean; it is not allowed to throw rubbish freely, spit and smoke in the car;6. Any actions endangering driving safety are not allowed;7. When emergencies or expected factors happen, obey the command of driver.8. The driver should drive the car strictly accor

37、ding to the traffic law, and the drivers and person that sitting in the front passenger seat should wear safety belts.第八条 就餐1. 按规定时间就餐,在规定时间内用餐完毕;2. 取餐时遵守秩序,排队轮候,举止文明;3. 厉行节约,对不限量供应的食品按需取用,杜绝浪费;4. 保持餐厅卫生,不得随意扔杂物、吐痰,禁止在餐厅非指定区域吸烟、饮酒,只准在餐厅指定的餐桌区吸烟,并把烟蒂丢至餐桌上的烟灰缸内;5. 用餐后自觉清理桌面,座凳推回原位,餐具送到指定位置;6. 不得在餐厅以外的

38、任何区域用餐;7. 严禁在公司内饮酒;8. 发生突发事件或不可抗力因素时,应服从管理人员的指挥。Article eightDining1. Dining according to scheduled time and finish within scheduled time;2. 41、egulations第九条 进出公司规定1. 进出公司应主动出示工作牌,不得佩戴他人工作牌进入公司;2. 工作时间内外出,应主动出示所属领导签字的请假单;3. 在公司内应按规定行驶、停放车辆,严格遵守车辆通行证管理规定;4. 严禁携带没有物品出门单(的公司物品离开公司;5. 严禁擅自携带各种危险品进入公司。 Article nineEntry and Exit rules and regulations1. It is forbidden to bring all kinds of dangerous articles into the company without permission. 第四章 Chapter four安全和健康Safety and Health第十条 安全行为准则1. 积极参加安全生产教育和培训,掌握本职工作所需的安全生产知识,提高安全生产技能,增强事故预防和应急处理能力;2. 严禁在非紧急情况下埋压、圈占消火栓或者占用消防间距、堵塞消防通道和安全逃生门,或

44、者损坏和擅自挪用、拆除消防标识、消防器材、消防设施;3. 发现各种安全隐患及时告知所属领导或通知综合管理部门;4. 进入生产区域各个工作岗位,必须按要求佩戴防护用品;5. 特种岗位必须持证上岗,严禁无上岗证擅自操作(叉车证、电工证、驾驶证、电梯管理证、消控管理证等法律法规规定的持证上岗证件);6. 严禁上级违章指挥、威胁强令下属冒险作业;7. 严禁未经审批动用明火作业;8. 严禁未经审批登高2米以上或私自拉接临时线;9. 严禁在非指定吸烟区域(包括办公区、生产区范围)吸烟;10. 禁止入内的场所,未经许可不得擅自进入;11. 未经公司许可不得将箱包带入生产区域。Article tenCode of conduct about safety1.
