1、昆山中环快速路工程第三工区(K6+775.882K11+337.68)承台开工报告上海市建工集团昆山快速化改造工程第三工区2012年11月2日一、工程概况1、工程概况1.1工程概要昆山市中环快速路由江浦路、S339(富士康路)、黄浦江路和G312组成,全线总长约37km。其中东环北线东起宋家港路,途经黄浦江路、规划三级航道金鸡河、青阳北路、长江北路(S224)、昆北路、北门路、环庆路、至广福路,全长8.48km。本项目为快速路标准,主线高架设计速度为80km/h,地面系统设计速度为40km/h。本工程施工范围为中环N-标(K6+775.882K8+480.330)、W-标。1.2承台概述本工程

31、,根据现场条件全面多点展开施工。严格按照ISO9001:2000质量保证体系运作,同时制定安全生产施工细则,规范化、标准化作业,全面开展质量创优活动和安全防护,牢固树立分体现我们公司“精吊细筑、顾客满意、持续改进”的承诺。1、进度计划施工前做好充分的准备工作,包括技术准备、劳动力资源准备、施工机械设备资源准备、现场临设及场地平整工作,尽量给前期施工准备预留足够时间,使工程顺利进行,确保工期目标实现。在开工日期前,我们将进一步完善调整前期施工方案,根据现场条件,及时安排人员设备进场。2、质量目标交工验收合格,竣工验收优良。严格执行各项保证措施,将合理配置资源,完成合同确定的质量目标。3、安全目标
