1、The Simple Past Tense,一般过去时态,新目标英语七年级语法解析,一、用法：1.表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态，常和表示过去的时间状语连用,如：last night,in 1990,two days ago，yesterday等。,He went to work by bus last year.,I was ten years old last year.,2.也表示过去经常或反复发生的动作，常和表示频度的时间状语连用。如：often,always,usually,sometimes 等。He was often late for school last week.
2、He always went to work by bus last year.,二、规则动词过去式的构成,大多数动词的过去式是在动词原形后加 ed 构成。1）一般情况下在词尾直接加 ed.如：play played;work worked;stop stopped 2）以e结尾的动词只加d.如：like-liked;love loved 3）以辅音字母+Y结尾的动词，变y 为i，再加ed.如：study studied;worry worried4）以重读闭音节结尾的动词，如果末尾只有一 个辅音字母，要双写最后这个辅音字母，再 加ed.如：want-wanted,三、动词过去式ed的读音,-
3、ed 的读音规则如下：清音t；浊元d；t d后面读id.1）在清辅音后面读t.work worked；help helped 2）在浊辅音或元音后读d.learn learned 3）在t 和d 后读id.stop stopped,巧记动词过去时态,动词一般过去时，表示过去发生的事；be用was或用were,have,has变had；谓语动词过去式，过去时间作标志；一般动词加-ed，若是特殊得硬记。否定句很简单，主语之后didnt添；疑问句也不难，did放在主语前；如果谓语之前有did，谓语动词需还原；动词若是was,were,否定就把not添。,四、一般过去时的分类,1be 动词的一般过去时
