2、utomatic flushing filter Sodium hypochlorite generator Storage tank Chemical dosing pump Chemical dosing point,工作原理Working Principle,海水注入一电解槽中,在直流电的作用下有如下反应:When sea water is injected to an electrolysis bath,the following reactions happen under the effect of DC power:电离反应:NaCl=NaCl H2O=HOHIonization

4、r,自动冲洗海水过滤器Automatic Flushing Sea Water Filter,海水自动冲洗过滤器的反洗过程由过滤器进出口压差开关控制。当压差超过设定值时，自动洗程序开始冲洗滤网上的污物。The backwashing process that sea water automatically flushes filter is controlled by the inlet and outlet pressure difference switch of the filter.When the pressure difference exceeds the set point,t
5、he automatic washing program starts to flush dirt on the filtration screen.,次氯酸钠发生器 Sodium Hypochlorite Generator,系统中实施的控制及安全保护如下:Control and Safety Protection Implemented in The System:,（1）贮存罐液位达到高位时(90%),自动启动投药泵,投至低位时(10%),自动停投药泵。When the level in the storage tank gets to the high level(90%),the s
6、ystem automatically starts up the chemical dosing pump;when it gets to the low level(10%),the system automatically stops the chemical dosing pump.（2）投药泵与泵出口电动阀连锁。(2)Chemical dosing pup and the motor valve at the pump outlet are interlocking.,（3）发生器电解液出口温度超过40,系统控制柜发出声光报警信号;超过42且时间超过5秒,自动切断整流器电源。(3)T
7、he system control cabinet will send out a visual and audible alarm signal when the outlet temperature of generator electrolyte exceeds 40;the power supply of rectifier is automatically cut off when the temperature exceeds 42 for more than 5 seconds.（4）发生器电解槽压力高且时间超过5秒时停稀盐水泵,并切断整流器电源。(4)When the pres
8、sure of generator electrolysis bath is high and the time exceeds 5 seconds,stop the dilute brine pump and cur off the power supply of rectifier.,（5）发生器电解液流量低于40%且时间超过30秒,系统控制柜发出声光报警信号;低于25%且时间超过10秒,自动停机。(5)When the flow of generator electrolyte is lower than 40%for 30 seconds,the system control cabi
9、net will send out a visual and audible alarm signal;when it is lower than 25%for more than 10 seconds,it automatically shuts down.（6）风机与整流电源连锁，当风机未启动时,不能启动整流器。(6)The air fan and rectification power supply are interlocking;if the air fan is not started up,the rectifier can not be started up.,（7）海水泵与整
10、流电源连锁,当海水泵未启动时,不能启动整流器。(7)The sea water pump and rectification power supply are interlocking;the rectifier can not be started up if the sea water pump is not started up.（8）发生器累计工作720小时提醒酸洗，此时发生器可继续工作8小时,8小时后必须酸洗,否则整流电源无法启动。(8)Remind acid cleaning if the generator works for 720 hours in accumulation;
11、the generator can continuously work for 8 hours at this time;acid cleaning must be done after 8 hours,or the rectification power supply can not be started.,（9）当水泵、风机等发生故障(如缺相、过载)时,自动切断故障电机的电源。(9)The system automatically cuts off the power supply of the fault motor when water pump and air fan and so on are in fault(such as lacking of phase and overload).（10）当整流电源快熔熔断及可控硅元件高温时,系统自动切断整流电源主回路。(10)The system automatically cuts off the main loop of rectification power supply when fast acting fuse of the rectification power supply fuses and the controllable silicon elements are at high temperature.,
