2、色水资源浪费的问题，方法：采用了阳离子技术，能够对不同种类的纺织材料（例如纤维、纱线、织物、成衣）进行预处理，然后通过纤维染色、纱线染色、匹染或成衣染色，达到出色的染色效果。效果：环保无污染色技术的最大亮点在于颠覆了传统染色污染重的特点，实现了无盐、无碱、连续化染色，且污水零排放。使用此技术，整个染色工序的染色深度提高了80%以上，同时节约能源50%、节水80%、节约染化料25%-35%、提高工作效率40-50%，且在无盐、无碱的环境下甚至能获得更佳的染色色深、更好的干/湿色牢度。,4,2.控制甲醛和偶氮的使用量当今印染行业的能耗，用水及污水排放已占用染整加工很大的成本，若采用活性、还原染料等
3、染色加上水洗、还原氧化、皂洗等工艺，用水，排水更多。因此，采用新型的涂料染色代替部分活性、还原染料。方法：采用增深技术使纤维带有阳电荷，而涂料分散剂中带有一定量的阴离子助剂，使纤维对涂料的吸附性提高从而提高了涂料染色的深度，能染中、深色，用湿摩擦牢度提高剂代替传统粘合剂，做到涂料固着和柔软一步法。使染色产品的外观可和活性染料产品相似，而涂料的利用率比传统的粘合剂法提高了40-50%。粘合剂法不能生产的深色品种，新型涂料染色产品基本能解决，为节能、节水、少污等清洁生产开创了一条新的染色途径。,5,Most people should eat organic vegetables,organic
