10、碑和工程施工计划,按健康、安全、环保(HSE)管理体系和QA/QC管理程序的要求,有条有理地进行施工生产,使工程从开工到竣工,各专业、各个项目的施工顺序和工序衔接,以及各种资源条件,都能按预定的时间去完成,确保工程满足业主代表的要求,达到施工质量计划制定的质量目标,按合同工期全面地完成*项目的总体施工。特制订本施工组织设计。This project is Sino-foreign joint investment, *公司 contracts *项目 by the manner of EPC general contract.This Construction Organizational D

21、of Project3.3.1 工程量大、HSE要求高、管理程序多,质量要求严格。 The construction area is big, with high quantity, high and strict quality demand. The requirements of HSE is strict, the management procedure of HSE is various.3.3.2 工期紧:施工工期只有 11个月。去掉阴雨,台风的影响,实际有效施工工期还要减少,任务非常艰巨。Pressing project time limit: the construction

22、 time is only 11 months. If considering the influence of drizzle and typhoon, the actual effective time is even shorter. The task is hard.3.3.3建设区域范围广,施工区域分散,储罐规格数量多。Construction fields are distributed dispersedly, the specifications of storage tanks vary and the number of tanks is high. 3.3.4工地紧靠海边

23、,风多风大,属台风多发地,空气相对湿度大,施工时要采取必要的防护措施,保证施工安全和施工质量。The site is close to the coast, featuring frequent and big winds and frequent typhoon and high relative humidity.3.3.5 业主代表 提供的电力只能满足现场办公,施工用电必须由施工单位自行采用柴油机发电。The power supplied by 业主代表 can only meet the requirements for site offices, while the power re
