1、专业好文档幼儿教师职业幸福感人们常说教师是太阳下面最光辉的职业,因此教师职业被认为是一种幸福的职业,但我认为教师的职业幸福感并不是来自于这些高尚的评价,而是来自幼儿给予我们的真情感受。首先,教师的幸福来源于幼儿给予的感动。当教师给予孩子爱时,孩子也以一份真诚的爱来感动着我们。对于老师的付出来说,孩子的爱是最大的安慰和感动,也是我在工作中体验到幸福的重要原因。在与幼儿的生活中,我常常被这些可爱的孩子感动着,这是我工作的第一年,还记得第一次走进幼儿园时我激动的心情,孩子们一张张天真无邪的笑脸,一声声老师好,老师好。我很喜欢和孩子们在一起,因为他们常常会给我一点一点的感动,每当给予孩子爱与关心时孩子
2、也会以一份真诚的爱感动着我。刚参加工作时我分到了小一班,每天都与他们生活在一起,特别开心,我喜欢每个孩子,在我的爱与关心中他们也很喜欢我,每当孩子对我说:“老师我特别喜欢你”然后抱抱我,我都无比感动,班里有一名杜学渊小朋友每天来幼儿园就要亲亲我的手。记得有一次我生病请了两天的假,等到第三天上班时,一双双关切的眼睛都望着我,这个问“老师您怎么啦”那个问“老师您好点没有”好的小朋友急忙忙的拉住我的手让我蹲下摸摸我的脑门,问“老师,您身体不舒服吗,有没有吃药呀”然后小朋友紧紧的抱着我,说“老师这样你就不冷了”。然后很多小朋友一起张开小手搂着我,我被孩子的爱包围着,感动着,当你用心去爱与关心着每个幼儿
3、,他们也会用真诚的爱感动着我们。小孩们总是在生活中给我们点点滴滴的感动,让我们心甘情愿的付出爱与关心。教师的幸福感来源于教学的成就感。对我来说,教学中的成就感表现为三个方面:一是自己的成长与进步,二是幼儿的成长与进步,三是幼儿在教学中教会我的。幼儿的成长与进步更能给教师带来满足和幸福。看着幼儿的成长和进步,就会觉得自己的工作有价值,伴随着价值感的实现,而且这种体验本身伴随着幸福。班里有个赵子豪小朋友,不爱说话,每次来幼儿园都哭,家长非常着急,我主动与家长交谈,了解幼儿的生活情况,更多地给孩子以爱抚,经常抱他,和他说话,后来他慢慢的喜欢来幼儿园了,也喜欢跟小朋友一起玩,看着他的成长与进步,心里很
4、有成就感。在生活中,从小细节观察每名幼儿,根据不同的幼儿实施不同的教育,就会看到每名幼儿的成长与进步。班里胆小的小朋友,我会创造机会让幼儿多锻炼,关心他们,鼓励他们,让每名幼儿得到不同程度的成长与进步,在他们的成长与进步的同时,我也有了进步与成才,当我教会给孩子的同时孩子也会教会我。教师的幸福感来源于家长的信任、尊重与肯定。家长的信任、尊重和肯定意味着相信教师的教育能力、人格力量,是对教师辛勤劳动的承认和报偿。这种被承认、认可的体验是一种幸福的体验。对于家长的信任,我们要对每个幼儿负责,每次与家长沟通时她们都会很尊重的与我交谈,并提出自己的建议。要想得到家长的信任与尊重首先我应该尊重家长,要用
5、心倾听家长的意见,并及时实施。其次,教师要多站在家长的角度想问题,根据每名幼儿不同的生活环境出发,理解家长提出的意见和建议。再次,真诚地与家长沟通和交流,相互合作,建立起积极的合作关系。从中我们会得到幸福感。教师的幸福感来源于在工作中的进步。在教育过程中,不仅幼儿获得成长,教师自身也获得一定的进步。幼儿教师的进步是在与幼儿互动中、在与家长和同事的交流中、在对教育理论的学习和研究中、在对自己的教育行为的反思中获得的。这种进步不仅意味着教育能力的增强,还意味着个人整体的成长。发展与进步能带给人幸福,在教育过程中,主动与有经验的教师学习与交流,每次得到进步时我都觉得很有成就感,体会到进步就是一种幸福
