7、equences for the young boys family-his mother had to go and pawn the kitchen clock.The story begins with the retelling of the death of one of the fathers peers.Though the father is not close with the man,there is a certain social responsibility that he should attend,so he goes to the funeral.After t
8、he funeral,the people go to the local pub.The son with his father to take him home is in vian,there is nothing for him to do but watch the inevitable destruction of his father and family.,When the father gets his beer,he chat with others,leaving the glass aside to tempt the boy.The youths curiosity
