4、国内其它乘用车厂商良好合作关系。 二、投标人资格要求： 1、必须是持牌经营企业。 2、具备良好的企业信誉。 3、允许经营相关业务。三、 招标内容简介：本招标书分为展位效果设计图招标、通用展具招标、展台搭建公司招标。1、名词解释：1）通用展具是指每场车展中都必具的主要元素那部分展具，如LOGO、主背景板、灯光、接待台，图腾柱等，也就是说不因场地尺寸变化都能用到的那些展具。通用展具标准模块化，可拆卸并多次重复使用（建议一套展具重复使用不低于6次以下）。 2）通用展具搭建商单次搭建：是指因场地尺寸变化，使用通用展具不能体现出整体效果，需要根据展位情况临时性补充一些的展具才能突显出整体效果的单次搭建。
5、3）一次性特装搭建商单次搭建：是指因展会太多，通用展具不能到场，整个展台搭建只能进行一次性搭建。2、展位效果设计图招标简介：1）展位场地要求：总面积约为250平米左右，主背景板长建议设定为15米。2）车辆要求：建议设计参展数量45辆。3）需提供整体效果图和多角度效果图，要求简介、大气。4）要标注出材料名称、规格及材质明细表；5）中标说明:原则上选中标单位的设计方案。（如选中的方案是没有中标单位设计的方案，由中标制作单位付给设计单位2万元的设计酬金）。3、通用展具招标简介：1）考虑到各展位的场地尺寸不统一，力帆公司采取通用展具（标准模块化，可拆卸并多次重复使用）为主和临时展具（一次性搭建）为辅相
6、结合的原则。2）通用展具招标是竞标公司根据自己的设计图和材料明细制作竞标报价表【附件2】进行报价，力帆公司综合评定出一家搭建公司来制作3套或4套通用展具 。3）通用展具制作竞标价格不超过60万/每套。该60万费用包括：展具制作费；制作完毕后第一次发运至各搭建公司的运费；常用易损配件费用。 4、展台搭建公司招标简介：1）在展具确定后，力帆公司根据本次竞标单位提供的标书综合评定出3-4家搭建公司，每家搭建公司各分配一套通用展具，并负责相关区域的展会展台搭建。2）本次通用展具搭建商单次搭建的招标费用主要应包括以下项，各竞标单位可以细分和添加项目自行制作报价表。搭建人工费用；通用展具物流运输费用；现场
7、展台维护；展会布展特装费用通用展具保管费其它杂费（如布展水电费等）；其它杂费（如布展水电费等）。 备注：以上费用请在室内馆场地面积250平米左右进行报价，通用展具搭建商单次搭建总费用不超过5万元，3）一次性特装搭建商单次搭建和通用展具搭建商单次搭建费用届时由力帆公司与负责相关区域的搭建公司进行临时议价。 四、投标书要求： 1、投标资格证明文件详见第三章“投标资料表”。 2、投标文件必须包含“投标资料表”内所有文件，否则做废标处理。 五、评标议标标准：1、通用展具的评分标准主要综合考评设计风格、公司实力和性价比三方面。采取10分制，分别为：设计风格4分、公司实力3分、性价比3分，原则上取分值最高
8、竞标单位。2、搭建公司考评综合实力强、具有很强的物流能力，并有独立库房存放展具，且做过巡展的广告公司（可采用总公司竞标，分公司实施搭建的方式）。采取10分制，综合实力5分、物流及保管5分。六、投标费用 投标单位应承担所有与准备和参加投标有关的费用。无论投标的结果如何，招标单位对上述费用不承担任何义务和责任。经招标人允许，投标单位可以对招标单位进行考察。投标单位为准备投标文件、和签署合同收集资料及考察现场所需的费用由投标单位自行承担。（无论中标与否，投标书概不退还）第三章 投标资料表本表内容为投标时所必须包含的文件，请仔细阅读。文件号待添加的隐藏文字内容2内 容投标资格证明文件1l 营业执照（需
