2、提升企业形象，促进企业发展的目的。预期目标：目标一：通过各种宣传，使“和华灯饰城”开业周年庆典的消息得到广泛的传播（比如：户外广告灯布、沿街条幅、群发短信、宣传车、报纸广告、DM传单、楼宇视频广告、美体等），吸引更多的目标的消费群体。目标二：加深“和华灯具城”在消费者心目中的形象，特别是开业一年来消费过的顾客，通过开业周年庆典活动，实现全面提高营业额。目标三：不管是从前期策划还是从后期执行上，都要使周年庆典能一炮打响，具有轰动效应，在气势上压倒竞争对手，树立“和华灯饰城”形象和品牌。目标四：增强内部员工对“和华灯饰城”的信心目标五：在同行业中做到后来者居上，成为行业内的领跑者。庆典活动内容及具
3、体时间安排：开业周年庆典从8月7日开始，整个庆典分为二个阶段：第一阶段：1、2010年 月 日上午09：3010:00（开业周年庆典仪式、时间待定） 地点：“冠宏星和华灯饰城”楼下门口。2、最重要阶段，邀请政府部门相关领导、最重要客户、媒体、同行参加。第二阶段1、2010年 月 日上午10：3011:30（节目表演） 宁德市天语广告有限公司 地点：“”冠宏星和华灯饰城楼下门口2、 在和华灯饰城楼下门口设一个小型舞台，邀请一些演艺人员表演节目，提高开业庆典活动分量，定然能够吸引更多的眼球（表演期间：有模特走秀（展示灯具产品）、乐队组合、古筝、萨克斯、魔术、歌手（明星脸等）等优雅节目贯穿全场）。开
4、业周年庆典活动具体工作任务、要求具体负责人：（一） 庆典现场布置1、 和华家具城楼下马路两边绿化带到中国红建材市场周边插200面彩旗（上印企业LOGO和开业内容），和左右两边挂满开业条幅。2、 两个楼梯口前各设置15米大型拱门1座（内容：“热烈祝贺和华灯饰城周年庆），中间走道用红毯铺设到楼梯口。3、 门口两侧用开业庆典花篮（或气球）装饰（各企业庆祝）4、 舞台就是剪彩台设置在和华灯饰城楼下，舞台中间用地毯铺设，舞台左右两边放置一个音响。5、 在舞台左右两边放置一个来宾签到桌并安排两名工作人员和礼仪小姐迎宾。6、 店门口编制一个气球拱门，店内用开业吊旗和气球点缀，增加周年庆的喜庆气氛。（二） 现
5、场活动准备工作1、 创意表现总经理和重要嘉宾启动水晶球宣布“和华灯饰城周年庆活动正式开始”，水晶球上旋转打出“热烈祝贺和华灯饰城隆重开业一周年”。然后鞭炮、礼花齐放，周年庆活动拉开序幕。 宁德市天语广告有限公司2、 开业剪彩负责人：（1） 出席剪彩人员名实。（2） 物品的准备，鞭炮两串、礼炮8门、礼仪小姐安排（以上数量待定）3、 开业演出会负责人：（1） 有奖舞台、音响设备、场地布置等。（2） 演出节目的确定及现场有奖解答内容、介绍等。开业前期宣传：1、 周年庆典提前15天在宁德市区中心点发布两三面户外广告（宣传庆典活动信息）。2、 印制3万份DM宣传单，开业提前5天在宁德市区乡镇发放1万份D
6、M宣传单与印制50条沿街条幅及50条乡镇条幅（宣传庆典活动信息），其余的2万份，1万份在开业前3天在闽东日报夹报（闽东日报是宁德最有权威的报刊，是属于机关党报，所以夹报是有必要的），1万份在开业前2天在市区发放，加强宣传力度。3、 群发短信10万条，主要针对购房和个体经营的客户信息进行群发，提高宣传效果。4、 宣传车3部，庆典前3天雇3部在宁德市区各小区门口宣传庆典活动信息，加强庆典信息宣传力度。5、 周年庆典提前5天在宁德电台、闽东日报、宁德晚报的媒体上宣传开业信息。开业庆典程序：1、 庆典活动提前一天做好庆典前的一切准备工作（舞台、音响、地毯、鲜花蓝、礼炮、拱门、拱柱、彩旗、祝贺条幅等）。

14、p from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission
15、 was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. Howeve
16、r, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How
17、claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mis
18、sion aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, wil
19、l move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stra
20、tosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly st
21、ep out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he i
22、s diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be e
23、nough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 met
24、ers).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause
25、 you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
