1、十四周年庆典晚会策划书一、 宴会前期准备工作（11月10日11月18日）1. 活动宣传工作：主要以横幅、通知形式。2. 人员物资准备工作：1）嘉宾的邀请和确定（主要是员工的家属）2）主持人及对白准备【此次晚会需2名主持人】 3）节目和演出人员的确定，以及各节目负责人做好演出前的组织训练工作。4）各环节活动资源准备负责人和工作人员的确定。5）电脑一台、长网线一根、点歌软件、音响一对、话筒一对、照相机一台、红地毯一块（3*5）、放电脑桌子一张、凳子一张6）家宴的厨师确定7）茶叶一包、瓜子十斤、水果、扑克牌10盒、营养快线两箱、礼宾花10支、1000元烟花、气球一袋8）表演者的奖品的确定与购买二、
2、晚会准备工作：（11月16日11月17日）1） 主持人台词的熟悉和服饰的选定2） 节目彩排（具体时间待定）3） 晚会节目单的制作4） 宴会会场的布置和会场设备的调试和准备5） 会场嘉宾席和观众席的布置6） 挂横幅三、 活动安排：（1）、11月17前选定节目。（2）、11月18日下午开始布置舞台，安装设备。15：00收工15：0515：30收工打扫卫生布置舞台，安装设备15：3017：00喝茶、嗑瓜子、打牌17：0020：00晚餐（车间内）、员工才艺表演四、工作安排：1.节目组工作1）厂房节目：由张亚梅、陈丽娟负责。销售公司：由陈成、谢为荣工作内容包括(动员参与演出、节目预报统计、节目彩排) 2
