2、负责新闻媒体的邀约及追踪报道；负责DM单页设计及组织发放； 安保组：负责现场的安全秩序及车辆疏导；做好活动车辆引导、安全保卫工作、爆竹礼花燃放等。 后勤一组：负责对参加活动人员的邀请、接待；负责开业所有物料准备及时到位；为各组提供有效地后勤保障；负责李总讲话稿；负责中午领导餐的安排及接待；舞台搭建等 后勤二组（负责B区广播宣传开业活动及宜昌各企业邀约） 后勤三组负责布置接待室、签到处；负责现场媒体的接待及引领；负责对下游所有经营户及业主进行开业短信宣传；负责配合现场活动组进行相关工作人员协调及调配； 礼仪组：负责现场礼仪站位及领导的配合接待、领导上台引领及颁奖引领； 摄像组：负责开业活动的摄像
3、及照相；三、活动方案一、活动目的以开业为契机，扩大影响力，让大宜昌范围内都知道卖场家电城开业，并大致知道有哪些品牌入驻，从而促进销售和聚集人气。二、主要内容上午：1、家电城开业威风锣鼓2、公司领导致答谢词3、行政部门领导致贺词4、开业剪彩仪式5、家电节闭幕式颁奖下午： 6、品牌庆贺专场：大家电、小家电各选一到两个品牌做专场，以品牌带动人气、以人气促进销售，歌舞、幸运转盘、有奖竞猜等。要求：节目丰富多彩，现场气氛热烈。三、环境布置（一）活动现场布置 （平面布置图） 1、大楼门前马路入口，设置一对装饰彩球柱、一个典礼拱门，大幅标语。2、广场中心舞台为剪彩区，设置背景布、舞台，设置鲜花盘景装饰，铺设
4、大红地毯，架设音响、话筒、礼炮、剪彩花柱、气球。3、观众席设有嘉宾区，用地毯铺设迎宾大道，地毯铺至港窑路入口处。祝贺花篮安置在舞台和大门两侧，礼仪小姐分立做好接待工作、威风锣鼓迎宾。4、从卖场大市场门口至家电城沿港窑路两旁放空飘气球带条幅。5、现场舞台边摆放商户展销帐篷，并配合促销展架等宣传道具。（商家提供）6、现场组织划好停车位、放好停车指示牌。7、空飘气球带条幅沿珠海路摆放。8、免费饮水点在广场一个、一楼空地一个。（二）嘉宾休息区布置 1、嘉宾临时休息区安排在一楼休闲区。 2、接待室安排接待员2名，室内摆放鲜花及水果。（三）签到现场布置 、门口放置欢迎牌、导视牌。 、现场各放置长桌一张，备
5、精美签到簿一本，硬笔题词 簿二本，签字笔2支。3、另配2名迎宾引导宾客进入接待休息区。四、 宣传及造势 1、报纸、电视飞字、广播电台。 2、安排专人在人员密集区派发宣传单页。 3、利用短信平台告知市民及下游商户家电城开业及品牌入驻信息。 4、利用各种媒介宣传“卖场家电城 限时低价抢购潮”活动。活动内容:自2010年7月17日开始至2010年8月15日止共有10天周六和周日。在此期间每逢周六和周日上午9:00-9:30和下午16:00-16:30做限时抢购。（每个商家推出一款超低价商品，要求宜昌最低价）五、具体流程7:30全体工作人员统一穿工作服到处。7:30安保就位，停车地点及烟花爆竹燃放点安
