6、cancer;mastectomy;reconstrution 乳腺癌是危害妇女健康的主要肿瘤。近10余年来乳腺癌的治疗发生了很大的变化，表现为前哨淋巴结活检技术的运用，保留乳房的肿物切除术加术后放射治疗所占比例的增多以及对乳腺癌乳房切除后即刻乳房再造的认识和接受1。在西方国家，保留乳房手术加术后放射治疗已成为乳腺癌的主要治疗方法，所占比例高达632。但在我国由于多种原因乳腺癌根治术和改良根治术仍然为乳腺癌的主要手术方式。在过去乳腺癌术后乳房缺失、乳房再造大多都在乳腺癌手术后数月甚至数年后进行，其主要原因是担心乳房再造可能影响治疗，影响肿瘤的复发和转移以及掩盖复发肿瘤的诊断3，4。近年来，多个乳房中心多组病例报道选择合适病人进行即刻乳房再造对病人是安全的，且可给病人带来心理及形体方面益处，因此，提出乳房再造应属乳腺癌治疗的一个组成部分57。本文就有关乳腺癌乳房切除后即刻乳房再造的必要性和可行性、手术适应证、手术方法、手术并发症、健康经济等问题进行介绍。 1/8 1234567尾页
