The direct cause of current economic crisis is the Americans spending more ahead and over-limitation. In the past few years, the United States had bo
2、rrowed money from China, Japan, to provide enough money to the American consumers; and had borrowed money from the future to maintain current consumption, contributing to a false prosperity. As Americans spend more , they lead to excessive consumption and oil, coal, ore, steel and other raw material
3、s soaring prices, resulting in economic production overwhelmed, eventually leading to capital-strand breaks, false bubble burst first the sub-prime crisis, real estate credit crisis, gradually lead to a serious financial crisis, economic crisis.
