35、402条的相关规定后,测量尺寸,截成四段分别缠在四只绳滚子上,按捻向要求放于井架的北侧,并固定好。 (2)在井架北钩横梁合适位置固定四个导向轮,以便钢丝绳能够顺利运动。(3)调整自动平整油缸杠杆的伸出量,首先使南钩自动平衡油缸杠杆的伸出量一致后,关闭南钩各自动平衡油缸的分截止阀,运行1天后,再量取南北两钩各油缸杠杆的伸出量,并记录好,作为截绳的依据。(4)准备好卡绳用的长、短板卡,长板卡需要3副,短板卡需要8副。(5)准备好充足的照明和可靠的信号设施以及棕绳、铁丝、木板、工字钢以及常用工具等,并检查其是否合格。2、 施工步骤(1)自上而下清扫平台、井架及井筒,拆除滚筒护板。井口以上用旧绳带新绳

40、除工作平台。 (7)倒绳槽。在井塔四层用长板卡子将北钩侧的四根新绳及四根旧绳卡牢。 用125mm钢丝绳绳套子及行车,将新、旧钢丝绳吊起,使新、旧钢丝绳脱离主导轮,从东侧起,依次将旧绳从主导轮、导向轮绳槽中取出,并将新绳依次放入绳槽,将旧绳放在主导轮或导向轮的衬垫上(绳槽东侧)。拆除井塔四层卡绳用板卡子。(8)回收旧钢丝绳。 同时松吊北钩罐笼的两只20t葫芦,将罐笼落下直至新钢丝绳受力,拆除起吊用具,并将四根旧绳头与其对应的新钢丝绳捆绑在一起。 井下组织施工人员拆除南钩罐笼起吊用具和工作平台。 开动绞车适当距离,拆除卡绳器及工字钢。检查无问题后,开始用低频下放北钩罐笼,用人力将旧绳通过井1:3的

41、四个导向轮拖至对应的绳滚子上,同时将新、旧绳上的卡子和棕绳去除。 当南钩罐顶到达井1:3合适位置时停车,用气割将旧钢丝绳在钩头以上截断,拖至不妨碍施工的地方。 在井1:3合适位置。将北罐侧四根旧绳用气割截断,然后,将北罐侧的四根旧绳头与其对应的新钢丝绳牢固的捆绑在一起,并在井口南罐侧搭临时工作平台。 开动绞车,下放南钩罐笼,同时将剩余的旧绳拖出,完毕后,拆除临时工作平台。(9)调绳。一切无问题后,绞车试运行、调试各种保护。 3、 施工中的注意事项(1)信号是施工的关键,必须设立指挥中心,放绳信号与提升信号要分开,至少准备两套信号,并与绞车司机、放绳人员及其他参加施工人员交代清楚。 (2)长短板卡和卡绳器以及手拉葫芦等用具必须提前试验好,施工中必须卡牢。 (3)在截取新绳时,必须根据事前的计算精确量取好绳的长度,千万不可将新绳截短,否则,将功亏一篑,造成较大损失。(4)对专门起吊用的钢丝绳和工字钢以及手拉葫芦必须进行强度校验,一并写入措施中。4、结论 (1)本方法与传统的稳车带绳法相比,施工时间短。曹庄煤矿使用本方法换绳共使用l95h,节省时间13多。 (2)施工费用低。本方法节省了稳车的租赁费用,一次施工可以节约25万元左右。 (3)安全程度高,劳动强度降低。本方法最大限度减少了在井筒中的施工,提高了安全系数,钢丝绳滚子无需固定,只需按出绳方向放置即可,准备时间短。
