40、除工作平台。 (7)倒绳槽。在井塔四层用长板卡子将北钩侧的四根新绳及四根旧绳卡牢。 用125mm钢丝绳绳套子及行车，将新、旧钢丝绳吊起，使新、旧钢丝绳脱离主导轮，从东侧起，依次将旧绳从主导轮、导向轮绳槽中取出，并将新绳依次放入绳槽，将旧绳放在主导轮或导向轮的衬垫上(绳槽东侧)。拆除井塔四层卡绳用板卡子。（8）回收旧钢丝绳。 同时松吊北钩罐笼的两只20t葫芦，将罐笼落下直至新钢丝绳受力，拆除起吊用具，并将四根旧绳头与其对应的新钢丝绳捆绑在一起。 井下组织施工人员拆除南钩罐笼起吊用具和工作平台。 开动绞车适当距离，拆除卡绳器及工字钢。检查无问题后，开始用低频下放北钩罐笼，用人力将旧绳通过井1：3的
