39、务于社会。 现在设计已经进入了团队创新的时代。团队作业是一个观念因素，涉及到企业经营和产业的竞争活动的方方面面，是产生持续创新流的组织原因。企业各职能部门间实现一体化连接，将企业资源实现在企业中的最优化配置。创新内部的沟通障碍，行动障碍，它的资源组织特征和其他内部特征，限制了企业生产， 开发和实施那些起因于环境的创新能力。这就设计到了如何解决设计与管理的关系问题?设计与管理,都是现代经济生活中使用频率最高的两个词。都是企业经营战略的组成部分之一。而将他们组合在一起,从不同的角度去理解，又会产生不同的意思。可以是对设计进行管理,也可以是对管理进行设计，可以是对产品的具体设 计工作进行管理,也可以
40、是对从企业经营角度的设计进行管理。然而不管怎样,设计管理已经作为一个新的概念,作为企业提高效率,开发产品的利器。设计管理的 出发点是提高设计产品开发设计的效率,设计管理既是设计的需要,也是管理的需要。管理原本就是一种文化，它既源于文化又创造文化。管理研究如何对各个层次 进行整合，协调设计所需的资源和活动，并对一系列设计策略与设计活动进行管理，寻求最合适的解决方法，已达成企业的目标和创造出有效的产品(或沟通)。这种机制包括生产的管理，产品创新的管理，销售的管理，财物的管理等等一系列的管理机制。 现代产品设计的流程也是很严谨的，从调查到设计的每一个阶段都很注重细节。下面是某工业设计公司的产品设计流
41、程：1. 企业原始产品 明确设计内容:当我们跟客户确定设计合作后，我们会由我们的市场人员及设计人员跟客户沟通，了解设计的内容及工业设计所应实现的目标。2. 确定产品主要内部模块 根据客户提供的原始产品或产品功能模型，分析产品的功能实现原理，结构的变化幅度，确定产品的限制条件和设计重点。3. 竞争对手产品市场调研设计调研是 设计师设计展开中的必备步骤，此过程使工业设计师必须了解产品的销售状况，所处生命周期的阶段，产品的竞争者的状况、使用者和销售商对产品的意见 。这些都是设计定位和设计创造的依据。对于像指纹锁这类产品，设计难度主要集中于外观的悦目性和形态定位的准确性上，如何缩短设计周期来抓住变幻莫
