1、小学英语教学与质量评估评价建议一、小学英语评价是英语课程的重要组成部分,科学的评价体系是实现课程目标的重要保障,对教学起到积极的导向作用,期末终结性评价的成绩采用等级制,分优、良、合格、待合格四个等次,评价结果不排队,不公开,最终达到促进学生发展的目的。二、小学英语质量评价要尽可能做到评价主体的多元化,评价形式和内容的多样化,评价目标的多维化。评价应关注学生综合语言运用能力的发展以及学生在学习过程中的情感态度、价值观念,学习策略等方面的发展和变化,既关注过程,又关注结果,要坚持以考查语言运用能力为主的命题指导思想。目标内容三年级上册一、语言技能1.听做:(1)能根据听到的“四会”词句识别或指认
2、本册水果、动物、数词、食物、文具、交通工具、玩具等方面的图片或实物。(2)能初步听懂课堂简短的指令并作出相应的反应。(3)能初步根据听到的指令做事情,如指图片、涂颜色、画图、做动作等。(4)能在图片和动作的提示下听懂本册教材中的6个趣味小故事。2.说唱:(1)能初步根据录音模仿说话。(2)能相互用Hello! How are you? Good morning!等问候语相互致以简单的问候。(3)能初步交流简单的个人信息,如My name is. Whats your name? 等。(4)能学唱本册教材中的3首儿童歌曲(How Are You?ABC歌、数字歌)。(5)能根据图文说出单词。3.
3、玩演:(1)能在教师的指导下用英语做游戏并在游戏中进行简单的交际,如:Hello! How are you?Good morning .Good afternoon. Good evening. Whats your name? 等。(2)能做简单的角色扮演。4.读写:(1)能看图识别本册有关水果、动物、数词、食物、文具、交通工具、玩具等方面的单词。(2)能在指认物体的前提下认读本册所学词语。(3)能在图片帮助下读懂本册的6个趣味小故事。(4)能正确书写26个字母和本册单词。5.视听:能初步看懂语言简单的英语动画片,课堂视听时间不少于5小时(平均每周20-25分钟)。二、语言知识。1.语音:(
