4、思维敏捷性和灵活性;在生活、学习、活动中具有愉快美好的情感特征,适宜兴奋的情绪特征,自觉性、果断性的意志特征,良好的个性心理品质;在人际交往中以人为善,理解他人,关心别人;有充分的自信心和谦虚诚实的作风,成功时不骄傲,受挫折时有足够的心理承受能力。能适应环境,根据环境和要求改变自己的行为。总之,对学生进行心理素质教育,培养学生良好的心理素质,就能保证在人与自然环境、社会环境的互动过程中更好地发挥中介的作用。因此,心理素质是素质结构的核心因素,是人的素质的灵魂,是全面素质发展的心理内在机制和动力。进行心理素质教育是贯彻全面发展教育方针、提高受教育者全面素质的保证。培养学生良好心理素质是贯穿学生素
