Classro

5、om teaching should take the student as the center, the task of the teacher is the teaching content activation to students, according to English this discipline characteristic and guide them to actively participate in, guide them how to say, how to response. Teaching is the teacher guides the student

8、教材内容活化给学生,根据英语这门学科的特点引导他们积极参与,指导他们怎么说、怎么应答。教学是教师指导学生达到一定的认识目标和发展目标的过程.在教学过程中学生是认识的主体和发展的主体.因此,要求教师在教学设计和课堂教学中首先考虑到学生,要从学生的认识能力的实际出发,注重学生全过程参与。 关键词:课堂交流,课堂教学,课堂气氛,双向交流,寓教于乐1.Introduction The new curriculum is like the fresh sea breeze impacting our classroom instruction unceasingly.it also likes a yo

9、ung exploiter taking us appearance and vigor ever now and then.As the new curriculum standard come into being,it promotes our countryseducational system from the traditional mode of“coping with examination”to “the education for all-round development”one,which accords with the physical and mental dev

10、elopment of the students. English is the mother tongue of Britain and America,so in English teaching,the English model that is adopted by Britain and America must excel other countries without any doubt.For all this ,due to the influence of “the education for all-round development”.Britain and Ameri

11、ca have already started to carry on the reform of the traditional classroom instruction pattern,Some wester countrys education experts have also started to conduct the fundamental research.And the potential of the reform has already been under the way like a rising wind and scudding clouds ,In China

12、,it must conform our countrys actual situation whether we use the model for reference or attempt another one.Therefore,a group of senior education experts have also been doing the research in view of this problem.And we have to face with the problems,which exists in the English classroom instruction

13、 in our country at present,explore the classroom instruction pattern,which suits our countrys case2. Problems in English classroom at present of China There is this kind of long lasting phenomenon in English teaching: in the teaching process, teachers are always in a dominant and authoritative posit

14、ion.While the students are in the passive and subordinated one. At present,more and more people pay attention focusing on taking the students as the central organization ,but they can do least to get rid of this kind of pattern.In teaching teachers play the roles of conners,and students is receiving

15、 the test.In the classroom teaching,the teachers introductory explanations are not so many.What they care about is studentsperformance in the classroom.When they want to appraise the students,they always raise questions for the students and check up the studentspractice and answers,the reachers inte

16、nsely oppose the students to have“the teachers book”and they dont advocate the students to make preparations for a lesson.This kind of teaching patter puts the students in the highly anxious and inhibitory state in the entire teaching process all the time.Therefore,we can find that this kind of situ

17、ation is not propitious to optimize English teaching environment,not propitious to build a close relationship between the teachers and their students,not propitious for students to bring their study enthusiasm into play. It is one of the most important attributes,which decreases the efficiency of th

18、e English classroom instruction.2.1Emphasizing the explaining of language knowledge Influenced by the traditional education,many teachers generally place emphasize on the ability to explain and master the English language knowledge ,and also they believe that only if they explain language knowledge

19、intensively and let the students practise it adequately,the students can make a great achievement,and in return,they can also achieve the teaching goals.Thereupon,the entire class is only a kind of teaching,infusing and doing the exercise massively and training mechanically,which caused the English

20、clssroom to the grammar class or the language class.What the students learnt is hidebound English language and grammar.Some 2.2The poor quality in designing tasks and teaching activity Performing in the activity, the activity tasks of the students are not clear or concrete.Thus the students only kno

21、w to join the activity,they do not understand the intention,the function,and the final outcome of the activity.The request of the activity is not clear ,so the students have drifted away beside the phenomenon of the activity .The design of the activity do not embark from the studentsexperience of li

22、fe and their interests and hobbies,and it causes the activity to be short of the real language conditions and scene,so the form of the activity is bald,stiff and illusive,and the students are not interested in it,it also cant stimulate their interests and enthusiasm.The tasks of the activity has no

23、administrative level or grade,so it cant adapt to the students with he different levels,after finishing the tasks,the teacher never set out the result of the activity.it makes the activity to be homologous appraising,the teacher hasnt provide full time or space for the students,the students have no

24、opportunity to innovate,During the activity process,if the teacher manages the students too strict,their independency can be limited,if the teacher manages them too incompact ,they are absent-minded.2.3The faint emotions between the teachers and students The teachers always cant lay down the rack of

25、 their reverences,as if only keepe a strait face.they can save their dignities.Between the teachers and the students,there only is the unidirectional communication,and the teacher are playing a role of indoctrination and hell forever.They dont pay attention to studentsassuredness of English study,or

26、 they pay attention to raise the studentsbackbone either,thus,during the English learning process,the students lack the powerful emotion auspice.2.4The group cooperation becoming a mere formality There is no actual content in the group cooperation,or the cooperation content doesnt have the practical

27、 significance.The organization and management of the cooperation are not so well.The admeasurements of the group are not clear.thus,the students cant fine the copartners.The communication between the group member is the two-way communication without the information difference.It lacks for the studen

28、ts to raise the ability of organizing language immediately.There is no competition among the groups,so the studentsenthusiasms are not high.2.5The teachersfailure in creating the loose,harmonious,democratic,and safe teaching atmosphere In the classroom,the restriction of the discipline is too strong

29、,and the studentsthoughts are not free,they are limited.Their mental strains are atwitter,and their mentalities are oppressed.In order to avoid making mistakes,they blench and cower.Then the atmosphere of the class becomes depressing.3.How to improve the English classroom communication quality effec

30、tively 3.1Using the audiovisual for teaching in English classroom In the classroom,if the teachers use the tape recorder,the projetor,or make some multimedia teaching software ,they can bring language,human beings and scene into a state of unity.Through the shape,the light,the sound,and the color af

31、fect in the studentsfeeling system at the same time,the teachers can stimulate their interests ,and then the intense study can become ease and happy thing.And te teachers should use the off-the-peg equipments well,and exert their effects to serve for the classroom instruction.The projection and the

32、sound recording are the teaching methods that are used in the English classroom most commonly,and they are also quite easy to be used,so many teachers and students like them very much. For example,when I taught Getting To Know Steven Spielberg.I used a group of pictures,which are about some famous d

33、irectors and their works,in my class, I set out these pictures to the students through the projector,and then Iasked them to give mouth to the names of these coudirectors. It helped me fetch out the subject of this lesson naturally,and the students ld clear about what we should learn during the clas

34、s.After that,I let the students listen to the tape.While they were listening,they should try their best to understand Steven Spielbergs life comment.And I had inserted some Steven Spielbergs works,which were mentioned in the text,in my courseware.When the students saw these short videos,they would b

35、e more interested in the class. It not only attracted their attentions,but also let the classroom atmosphere become more actively,and trained the students to become more interested in studying this class.Usually,the teacher should use a tape recorder in every English class.Because using the tape rec

36、order in English teaching can help them train the students to be interested in English study,make their English language expression to be normal,enhance their abilities of listening and writing,train their abilities of reading and writing ,and consolidate what they have learnt.The popularization and

37、 using of the computer cause the school edition to appear a new complexion.The teachers study to manufacture the computer software,let their teaching connect with modernization,thus the classroom instruction qualities can be improved.Using multimedia to teach some functional dialogues in English cla

38、ss not only let the teachers operate simply,but also make the students to be more interested in the class.Then their thoughts can transfer with the words and objects that be shown on the screen,and they would like to imitate the picture and the character to make dialogue.Thus they can carry on the l

39、anguage drill unconsciously.3.2Letting the students be the discoverers,the participants,and the explorers English teaching in the students-center development occupies the extremely important statue,and it is also the main channel of developing to the students-center.Only let the students become the

40、discoverers,the participants,and the explorers,can the teacher raise the studentsinnovational ideology,innovational ability,and innovational spirit.However,“the education for all-round development”,which take to bring up the innovational spirit and the practical ability melody of innovating the educ

41、ation now,and then the classroom instruction is the primary position to train the studentsinnovational and spirit and the practical ability.But nowadays,how to transform the idea of education,and raise a generation with the well-knit foundation,the innovational spirit ,the development ability,and th

42、e elevation diathesis are the most important tasks for the teachers.For putting up the innovational education in English classroom,the teachers should make more questions to enlighten the students and build the innovational atmosphere ,and they should also let the students delve by themselves,catch

43、the opportunity to innovate skillfully,then they can train the studentsdispersed thoughts ,and help them to improve their the ability of innovational thoughts. In English classroom instruction,each teahing step should set up the information spaces,and these spaces should make progress layer upon lay

44、er.So according to the definite teaching contents or the language materials,the teacher can design some opportune questions that are more flexibility for checking the studentsthoughts.And they also may let the students search for the different answers from some materials or information,which are fro

45、m the same quarry.All this can help the teacher to train the studentsability of thoughts to ask the difference positively.Designing this kind of questions and letting the students carry on discussing,arguing,and debating not only transfer them to use the language materials to organize the new langua

46、ge contents positively,but also train them to search for the different answers from the same information. When the students are interested in discussing this kind of questions,they will not be afraid of hardship,but study actively and enthusiastically.Then the teachers should create the atmosphere f

47、or the students to study English instantaneously,and strengthen the stimulation of language information,thus they are able to build the atmosphere for innovation teaching. “The education for all-round development”is the education for training the person with ability in the 21st century,so the students need to acquire the scientific method to gain the knowledge and abilities sequentially.And the good studyin
