3、合型Rate Type/Integrated Type,CMS系列设计开发历程CMS series-Course of design and development,CMS中间相炭微球。其球形结构是在中间相制备的工艺过程中形成的,层片取向度不同于天然石墨,也不同于固态加工成的人造石墨,表面附着一些原生喹啉不溶物,所以结构相对稳定,导电方向范围宽泛,具有大电流性能好、振实密度高、极片膨胀小,安全性佳的特点。是制作小型电动工具及未来高倍率动力电池的理想负极材料,随着动力电池市场的成熟,中间相炭微球会越来越受到关注,其中G06/G10/小颗粒的G15是未来重点。CMSCarbonous Mesoph

19、极材料FSN系列产品中的一种,是一种人造石墨经特殊生产工艺制得的负极材料。FSNC-1:Artificial graphite processed through special technology,among FSN series of Capacity Type anode materials基本生产工艺是用粘结剂将具有“各向异性”的较小颗粒的炭材料进行复合,经炭化烧结制成“各向同性”的负极材料前驱体,然后再经石墨化制成“高各向同性”的(high isotropic)石墨负极材料。Basic technology:Anisotropic carbon of small particles
