1、网站的经营与管理,一般包括如下两部分:一、 网站日常维护与管理 二、 网站的市场推广 A、站点日常维护(1) 网站制作及技术人员管理(2) 网站内容更新、监测(3) 对内对外的技术支持、备份(4) 服务器、线路运行监测及故障排除(5) 信息反馈、在线及离线用户的问题解答(6) 网站的系统升级 B、站点服务功能维护及更新网站提供的服务内容在一级页面上可主要体现几项:例如(1) 企业新闻(2) 产品信息(3) 在线订单(4) 代理天地(5) 企业文化(6) 在线投诉 在以上几个栏目的子页面(二级页)里,又将分出多个子栏目,如“企业新闻”中可以分成行业新闻、快讯、企业报道等栏目类别。“产品信息”则可

2、以包含消费常识、产品知识、产品说明、促销动态、新品看台等子栏目。 另外首页面还可设有辅助服务项目:“信息检索”、“站点导航”等。 产品信息 问题一 消费者如何获取更多的消费信息在浩如烟海的互联网世界,几乎任何消费者所需要的信息都能找到,但对于一般网民来说,不可能花费极大的精力在网上搜寻各种资讯作为自己的消费参考。 问题二 消费者如何得到专业的消费建议对目前的专业网站而言,大多网站是采用邀稿或摘录的方式为用户提供消费建议的,而集中地、有针对性的消费指导还很缺乏。 解决问题首先,由网站(公司指定人员)搜寻各种消费信息去粗取精予以发布,使用户只浏览企业的网站就可以得到所需的信息。其次,发挥企业拥有的

3、行业专家顾问的优势,在网站上做权威性、可信性高的消费科普、指导。 企业文化 问题 经销商、代理商及消费者如何了解企业的实力、信誉、品牌等相关资讯?电子商务给人们带来开发网络市场的新机遇,而目前多数企业网站的网络联络方式单一,与用户交流不畅,功能欠缺。 解决问题企业文化中注重宣传企业的经营理念、管理和业绩。代理天地中更多反馈经销商及代理商的信息。在线投诉及时解消费者的困惑 在线订单根据资料,在中国通过互联网进行交易的仅占总成交量的百分之一,但随着互联网的发展,这一比例必将大大增加。 问题 如何使不同地区的用户都可进行在线交易经销商、代理商的在线批量订贷,可以节省谈判时间和费用。而消费者的零星购买

4、,需要遍布全国的销售网点的支持。目前多数网站不能实现这种功能。 解决问题开通在线交易专区,配合企业在各地市场的推广活动进行同步在线订购销售。 辅助服务 站内信息快速检索、站点导航服务,可以给人留下网站提供的服务非常细致、周到的印象,用户注册,可以帮助企业了解消费人群的职业、年龄、消费能力、知识结构等方面的分布、用户是任何一个专业网站的生存根本,在为用户服务的基础上,可以同时聚集网站的人气。 一般情况下,评估网络站点的价值,主要观察该站点的点击数、网民滞留时间和固定的客户数,用这些数据来衡量一个网站未来的客户群和市场占有率。但是,往往网站只是提供了部分网民感兴趣的信息和专业知识等,网民的固定访问

5、率会较低。 网站要实现最初的建站宗旨和目标,首先,应该定位网站将是现有产品和服务的密切集合。即网络站除了要维持现有企业市场份额、商品销售额和利润的前提下,还要开拓新的客户资源和销售渠道,增加企业利润点。这些新的服务和商品销售可能在原有实体公司的经营品种之外。而实体公司在保证原有企业生产能力不衰退的前提下,可以考虑适合网络消费的新型产品(包装、形状、口味、色彩、概念等)。 第二,网络公司应该很好地继承和扩张原有实体公司的营业额,逐渐保证有一定的营业额在网络上流动,体现网站存在的价值。网站建立初期,因为不能保证原有企业的服务对象都能够在网络上享受提供的服务。因此有必要选择有条件的客户群体及相关的优

6、惠政策来引导网上经营和消费。有条件的话还可安排原有公司的营销体系开拓在网络上的经营。第三,尽量减少网站的经营和维护费用,网站必须靠不断推出新的网上服务功能来维持生存和发展。这就需要大量优秀的IT工程师来建设和维护。如果企业网络站专门组建技术开发队伍,就是一笔非常庞大的费用开支。可将网络站的网络平台的建设转化成固定资产和技术改造投入,即只维持少量精干的技术人员,工程外包更有利于降低管理成本。网站的市场推广 网站营销管理 A、营销策略考察:定期分析访客流量及客户反馈信息,调整网站展示内容并制定新的规划 B、网站每月运行成本报告,投资回报分析,竞争对手监测C、利润来源与发生费用对比,增长点探讨 市场

7、公关A、网站自身的推广 B、企业产品的网上推广 C、媒体公关网站自身的推广 企业建立网站以后,人们无论身处何地,只要知道了企业的网址,即可以直接看到网站的内容。问题在于,人们如何才能在全球数百万的网址中找到本企业的网址,这就需要宣传和推广企业网站。 网站宣传推广方法:(1) 直接通知所有旧客户(电话、传真、Mail);(2) 在所有名片上印上公司的网址及Mail;(3) 在报纸电视等媒介广告中宣传公司网址;(4) 将公司资料加入到世界著名的专业数据库,如中国进出口贸易网、阿里巴巴网站等;(5) 将公司网址在著名搜索引擎登记。 如国内搜狐、新浪、YAHOO中国、网易等网站的搜索引擎。(6) 可以

8、利用高访问量的网站推广自己,发布Banner、Logo广告等;(7) 与友好网站交换友情链接。企业产品的网上推广1) 在本企业网站上进行新产品推介、有奖促销、注册用户免费试用等广告营销活动。配合各地市场的推进、连锁购物商场的铺店进程更新页面主题,吸引访客注意。2) 开展网上、媒体上和市场上三方同步的消费论坛、时尚话题讨论、商品知识讲座等活动。并在网站及时反馈三种形式的宣传效果。3) 与新闻媒体和其它网站共同发起有关“关注社会公益”、“某产品品牌杯文体竞赛”、 “消费新时尚” 等方面的活动,增强企业品牌形象,扩大企业产品在市场的知名度。4) 在其它有影响力的网站上做企业产品广告。媒体公关 网站虚

9、拟“形象使者”,通过电子邮件,定期向媒体传递发布企业动态,并邀请媒体参观采访企业、经销商和网站; 加强与权威的、可信度高和影响面广的传统新闻媒体的沟通,以网站名义与媒体合作,文章互相采用; 保证站内新闻和信息的及时更新发布,使企业网站的活动,始终与企业的生产经营活动保持同步。有关企业及其产品的对外宣传提法和口径,特别要注意的是:哪种提法能更合适企业及市场宣传需要,必须明确确定下来,作为主要概念渗透消费者。及时利用网上网下新旧资源的相互配合,为产品做出合理和有效可测的广告宣传,形成一种新的整合宣传模式,率先为企业建立一个不分地域的全方位的营销环境。Editors note: Judson Jon

Those events were way before my time.As a kid, I was fascinated with what goes on in the sky, and when NASA pulled the pl

12、ug on the shuttle program I was heartbroken. Yet the privatized space race has renewed my childhood dreams to reach for the stars.As a meteorologist, Ive still seen many important weather and space events, but right now, if you were sitting next to me, youd hear my foot tapping rapidly under my desk

Im anxious for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge of space.You and I will have the chance to watch a man take a leap into an unimaginable free fall from the edge of space - live.The (lack of) ai

14、r up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for la

15、unch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I

16、will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground

17、 I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the

18、 disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, wi

19、th capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilom

20、eters) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would a

21、ssume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a po

22、ol. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth

23、. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of arou

24、nd 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at

25、a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attemp

26、t to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind.
