2、为我国一、二级保护动物。由此可见,保护濒危龟类动物种已成为世界人类共同的神圣职责。为了保护珍稀濒危龟类物种,发展龟类养殖业,科学地、合理地开拓龟类产品,促进龟类繁荣,推广科学养殖龟类技术。加强国内外技术交流合作,有必要建设一座在继世界驼鸟热,国内饲养鳖、青蛙、螃蟹热后的高效特种水产养殖的新热点珍稀龟类物种鳄鱼龟养殖基地。鳄鱼龟又称肉龟,体重可达510公斤,原产于美洲,1997年我国从美国引进。鳄鱼龟肉质细腻,无异味,是高蛋白,低脂肪,低胆固醇,低热量的高级食品,不但是时尚的名贵佳肴,且药用价值极高,肉可通脉助阳,补阴血,益精气,是久病体虚,产后进补,脑神经衰退者滋补佳品,龟板具有消肿,治病等功
3、效,龟背壳不但可入药,还是一种天然的工艺品。鳄鱼龟生长快,在人工饲养的条件下,年均增重达5501100克,出肉率高,是一般龟的2倍。正因为鳄鱼龟有如此极高的价值和生长优势,受到养殖者普遍欢迎,目前我国的鳄鱼龟人工养殖技术才刚刚起步,要满足国内外市场的需求还需一些年月。第二章 项目建设的有利条件2.1 气候条件鳄鱼龟不怕寒冷,不惧炎热,20-300C为鳄鱼龟最佳活动,150C以下。开始冬眠,100C以下深度冬眠。我县属亚热带湿润气候区,气候温和,四季明显,年平均气温17.80C,年降雨量1851.8毫米,年日照时数1848.6小时,无霜期265天,适宜鳄鱼龟养殖。2.2 技术条件我县具有一支素质
4、良好的水产技术队伍,现有水产高级工程师1人,水产工程师5人,初级技术人员40人,完全有能力承担和完成本项目的养殖技术的开发。2.3 饵料条件鳄鱼龟为杂食性,摄食水中的小鱼,小虾等水生动植物。XX县地处鄱阳湖畔,是全国商品渔和商品粮基地之一,每年有几万公斤鲜活小杂鱼上市,农付产品丰富,且价格低廉,区域的自然资源优势,其它县市无可比拟,为鳄鱼龟快速发展提供足足有余的适口饵料。2.4 交通条件陆路有XX公路,XX公路直抵XX到达各大、中、小城市,水路经XX湖直抵全国各个港口,运销条件优越。第三章 产品市场需求预测与销售随着我国经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平随之提高,饮食结构会发生巨大的变化,由数量型
5、转向质量型,由能量型转向营养型,锷鱼龟以其独特的美味、营养、保健迎合了现代人的饮食要求,逐渐受到国内外消费者青睐。1999年在美国开始养殖,美国市场上每公斤鳄鱼龟售价高达160美元,现在在美国、加拿大等国际市场已经成熟。我国1999年开始引进,目前仅在渐江、江苏等省市有少数养殖,还没有形成规模,市场潜力很大。鳄鱼龟是一种新从美国引进不久的珍稀龟类物种,资源有限,人工养殖技术还没有得到推广普及,产量递增需要一个渐变过程,所以抓住先机,开拓进取,形成规模化、产业化。预计在十年内鳄鱼龟养殖前景诱人。第四章 项目建设规模、建议内容及实施进度4.1 建设规模和内容4.1.1 鳄鱼龟基地占地面积200亩,
6、将改造建成池深11.5米,四壁块石护坡的亲本、后备亲本、苗种培育和商品鳄鱼龟养殖池150亩。4.1.2 建设多功能温室培育池5000平方米。4.1.3 新建实验大楼及生产辅助工程3000平方米。项目建成后,计划年产鳄鱼龟苗种20万只,产商品鳄鱼龟100吨。4.2 工艺流程苗种培育池亲本培育池产卵池后备亲本控温孵化室市场养殖池温室养殖移入集卵集苗选育多余自养商品规格4.3 项目实施进度本项目建设期限为三年,第一年建设亲本培育池、成品养殖池以及实施大楼;第二年建设多功能温室以及其他等工程;第三年整个工程竣工。第五章 劳动组织、管理与运行管护5.1 本项目定员20人,其中技术人员5人,管理人员3人,
7、职工12人,要求具有高中毕业以上的文化水平,人员每年培训3次。5.2 组织管理机构成立XX县龟类繁育开发公司5.3 经营管理模式采取公司+农户管理模式第六章 环境保护本项目的实施不仅发展保护了自然资源,而且还促进了渔业经济的发展和劳动人们致富的步伐。项目建成后,不但开拓了国内市场,而且也开拓了国际市场。由于产品的交易,带动致力了运输、饮食等行业的发展,加强了信息传递,活跃了农村经济和提高了人们的文化生活水平,具有较高营养价值及药用功效的特效龟类,大批量的优质鱼类转化为优质龟类,不仅充分利用了资源优势,而且提高了深受国内外消费者欢迎的水产品,本项目的实施实现了经济、社会和生态效益的稳步提高。第七

10、建年,第二年开始示范生产,第三年小批量生产,第四年批量生产,第五年大批量生产,第六年进入生产稳定年。第一年:基建投资商品鳄鱼龟每吨按18万元计第二年:生产苗种1万只第三年:生产苗种6万只,产商品鳄鱼龟5吨,产值90万元,扣除生产成本58万元,税金7.2万元,年毛纯利24.8万元。第四年:生产苗种12万只,产商品鳄鱼龟30吨,产值540万元,扣除生产成本348万元,税金43.2万元,年毛纯利148.8万元。第五年:生产苗种20万只,年产商品鳄鱼龟60吨,年产值1080万元,扣除生产成本696万元,税金86.4万元,年毛纯利297.6万元。第六年:生产苗种20万只,年产鳄鱼龟100吨,年产值180
11、0万元,扣除生产成本1160万元,税金144万元,年毛纯利496万元。8.2 社会、生态效益项目建成后,开拓了国内外市场;产品的交易,带动了其它行业如饮食、运输、捕捞等多种行业的发展,可使大部分人富裕起来。同时使大批量的低质鱼类转化优质鱼类,充分利用了本区域资源优势。解决了大批农村剩余劳力就业。8.3 风险分析本项目产品价的预测是根据近二年来的市场平均价和参考国外的有关报道上的价格,以低于20%30%计,所以产品的市场竞争力强。本项目龟种选择,不同其它种类的龟,其它种需34年才能成商品,本龟种在天然条件下,养殖周期24个月,如果改善条件,加温控制,养殖周期12个月便成商品龟。本项目属高密度养殖

Yet the privatized space race has renewed my childhood dreams to reach for the stars.As a meteorologist, Ive still seen many important weather and space events, but right now, if you were sitting next to me, youd hea
17、r my foot tapping rapidly under my desk. Im anxious for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge of space.You and I will have the chance to watch a man take a leap into an unimaginable free fall from th
18、e edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a verti
19、cal straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, mus
20、t have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than
21、 a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mis
22、sion control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity a
23、nd limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of com
24、mercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He
25、will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not b
26、e like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approa
27、ches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-m
28、eter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it won
29、t. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
