1、“学法，懂法，用法”法制教育主题班会让意外伤害远离我们班级：初二（6）班 赵 娟 2010年11月17日教育目标：1、培养学生基本法律意识，帮助学生树立守法观念和法律信仰。2、增强学生的法制观念，使他们懂得遵纪守法的道理，知道如何用法律的武器来保护自己。准备：1、将教室座位布置成矩形。2、准备具体案例活动过程：1、板书班会主题。2、将教室座位布置成矩形，让学生面对面地交流，有利于学生尽情地发表自己的感想。3、学生主持，由具体案例铺开，让学生参与讨论，发言，相互交流感想和学习体会。主持人宣读案例：事情发生在某小区的住宅楼，这天正是星期日，三位初中生在四楼的楼道窗前嬉戏，甲失手将乙推出窗外，重重地
2、从高达20米的四楼摔了下来。当时乙的脸色铁青，血从鼻孔、耳孔直往外淌。后来，乙被市医院急救车救走。（出示问题1：甲失手打伤乙，算不算违法？）生讨论老师：有没有构成一定的社会危害程度是确定是否违法犯罪的重要依据。比如两人开玩笑，你打我一下，我打你一下，没什么伤害，不是违法，但如果其中一人不注意打到另一人的眼睛上，把眼睛打坏了，达到伤残的程度，那他就是违法了，就必须承担法律责任。所以案例中的甲造成了乙从楼上摔下严重受伤，显然违法了。主持人：乙经医院的全力抢救，虽然脱离了危险，但仍被医疗鉴定部门确定为重伤，我再请问同学们：（出示问题2：甲违反了什么法？）生讨论老师：同学们，你们可知道，确定一个人有没
3、有犯罪，犯了什么罪，以及应该受到怎样的制裁，不是凭感情用事，也不是一个人说了算的，在法律上，都有明确的条文作为依据。根据刑法第四章侵犯公民人身权利、民主权利罪第二百三十五条：过失伤害他人致人重伤，处三年以下有期徒刑或拘役。主持人：让我们多学法，多知法，多守法，让法律指导我们的言行，让伤害远离我们，让我们都拥有一个美好的未来！请同学们就今天的法制十分钟写一篇感想，再利用多媒体找一些有关青少年违法犯罪的案例，为我们下次的法制十分钟作准备。四、教师小结：同学们说得非常的好！是的，我们都是活泼好动的少年，爱玩是我们的天性，但我们在玩笑时，千万要注意安全，不要因为一时的冲动伤害了别人，也不能因为一时大意
4、让别人伤害到自己，这样的后果是既触犯了法律，又造成了双方一辈子的痛苦。那将是多么惨痛的事啊！希望同学们从今天开始注意与同学和睦相处，玩笑时注意分寸，课间注意文明休息，别让那冲动的一瞬间成为悲剧的开始。另外，我们要多学法，时刻用法律约束自己的行为，做一个知法、守法的好公民！活动反思：初中生由于年龄小，好玩好闹，比较冲动，自我约束能力差，所以常会在彼此的玩笑中发生意外伤害。我班开学初期就曾发生过因为一件开玩笑的小事，引起学生打架，造成了不良影响。针对这一情况，为防患于未然，我设计了这么一个关于学生意外伤害的法制教育活动，旨在通过教育帮助学生学习法律知识，形成基本的法律意识，培养他们对法律规范的内在
5、信仰从而做到自觉用法规范自己的行为，以遏制违法行为，不要让这一行为对学生造成伤害。今后，我还要教学生如何应对处理别人的违法、犯罪行为，以避免和减轻不必要的伤害；教育学生怎样更好地保护自己和他人的合法权益，达到预防和维护青少年自身权益的双重目的。当然这样的效果并不是用一堂晨会课就能达到的，在今后的工作中，我还要经常开展类似的法制教育，时刻关注学生的思想动态，使法制教育更贴近学生的实际学习和生活，主题更有针对性，以保证学生在法律的阳光下健康成长和全面发展。Acknowledgements My deepest gratitude goes first and foremost to Profess
