2、程施工质量验收规范（GB50411-2007）6、 外墙外保温工程技术规程（JGJ144-2004)二、 工程概况、系统基本构造与描述1、 工程概况：拆迁企业安置用房4#房项目，以下称为本工程，由无锡双盛石化装备有限公司建设，无锡市马山建筑工程有限公司施工，无锡轻大建筑设计研究院设计，无锡中宁建设咨询有限公司监理，建筑面积为6152平方，层次为车间一层，办公五层，办公部分外墙设计为XR无机保温材料，厚度为30。2、 无机保温体系基本构造如下 3、 XR无机保温的体系描述3.1概述：该材料利用酸性晶格体和XR植物蛋白胶，对膨胀珍珠岩进行改性，解决膨胀珍珠岩的易碎性和吸水率大的缺点，通过XR植物蛋
3、白胶的固化技术解决无机材料的粘接问题。XR无机保温系统所用原材料均为无机材料（少量植物纤维除外），保温系统稳定性高三、 施工部署项目经理 现场负责人 质检员技术员安全员四、 施工前准备工作：1、 提供施工要求及技术交 底文件2、 建筑外墙部保温层施工前，基层、外墙四角、洞口等处的表面平整及垂直度均应满足有关施工验收规范要求。3、 近垂直、水平方向 ，在墙角、阳台样板等处，弹好保温层厚度控制线。4、 外墙外保温施工过程 中如有施工要求的变化应发最短时间内出据书面洽商发使双方及时更改减少损失5、 由于发包方及天气异常及人工不可抗据的因素造成工期拖延应及时给予书面确认并相应调整施工计划。6、 及时解
4、决施工用水、电、脚手架、工人宿舍等 必要条件，协助解决工人用餐问题7、 对已施工完成的部分及时分层验收8、 协调各工种间的工序搭接，严防交差污染以保证外墙面的整体形象9、 常用的检测工具有放线工具、托线板、方尺、钢尺等。五、 外保温施工条件1、 基层墙体应符合混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范（GB50204-2002）和砌体工程施工质量验收规范（GB50203-2002）的要求，完成雨水管卡，设备洞口管道的安装，安装时要考虑保温层的厚度，并将洞口四周围用水泥砂浆抹平，所有的墙面需干燥。2、 墙面基层处理完毕，墙面应清理干净，清扫浮灰等，外墙脚手要符合验收规范。3、 要求现场提供有380伏、220
5、伏电源4、 无机保温砂浆和抗裂抹面砂浆应有好的保护包装的破坏5、 操作地点环境和基底温度不低于5度，风力不大于级5级，雨天不得施工。六、 材料配制1、 用界面剂的配制：按重量比配制，强度等级42.5的水泥：中砂：界面剂，按1：1：1，搅拌成均匀膏状。2、 保温资料的配制：粉料与水重量比1：1.8，先将水放入搅拌容器中，再将粉料加入，搅拌20分钟使浆料成均匀膏状。七、 施工工艺流程及要点（一）施工工艺流程材料准备配制界面剂配制XR无机保温浆料基层墙体处理基层墙体涂刷界面剂吊垂直、套方、弹抹灰厚度控制线打点、冲筋抹第一遍XR无机保温浆料抹第二遍XR无机保温浆料保温层验收48小时后抹抗裂砂浆，同时压
6、入网格布配制抗裂砂浆抗裂层验收刮柔性腻子验收配制抗裂柔性腻子 晾置干燥涂料饰面时（二） 、施工工艺说明1、 基层墙体处理清洗墙面2、 墙面冲筋根据保温层厚度，将同等厚度的预制保温板裁成30宽的小条，沿水平方向 每隔500粘贴，向上每隔1米一道水平筋，然后适当地冲一些竖筋，也可以用保温浆料直接冲筋，以控制保温层厚度。3、 抹保温浆料保温浆料要求分层操作，每次厚度1020，头遍注意压实，二遍注意压实抹平，门窗洞口，阴阳角处应保证方正及垂直度，最少分二遍施工，两遍相隔48小时以上，第一遍厚度大于第二遍，以距设计厚度相差10左右为宜。3、 抗裂砂浆的配制：强度等级42.5水泥：中砂：抗裂剂按1：3：1
7、重量比搅拌均匀，另加适量XR添加剂，配制抗裂砂浆，砂浆不得任意加水，应在4小时内用完。4、 抹抗裂砂浆、压入玻纤网格布在保温浆料上抹抗裂砂浆，厚度控制在3左右，用铁抹子将网格布压入抗裂砂浆内，网眼砂浆饱满度要求到达100%，网格布搭接宽度不小于50，网格布边缘严禁干搭接，必须嵌在抗裂砂浆中，阴角外网格布要压搭接50，阳角处搭接200，搭接处网眼砂浆饱满度两层都要求达到100%，同时抹平，找直保持阴阳角处的方正及垂直。5、 做饰面涂料八、工程质量控制及验收1、 施工检测控制点1.1基层处理，要求墙面清洗干净，无浮土，无油渍、空鼓及松动。待添加的隐藏文字内容21.2保温砂浆浆料要求分层操作，每次厚
8、度1020，要求达到设计厚度，阴阳角、门窗洞口垂直、方正。 2、 质量验收标准（一） 主控项目 2.1所用材料品种、质量、性能应符合设计要求和本规程规定性能（材料检测报告和出厂合格证）2.2保温层厚及构造做法应符合建筑节能设计要求，保温层厚度不允许有负偏差2.3保温层与墙体以及各构造层之间必须粘接牢固，无脱层、空鼓及裂缝，面层无粉化、起皮和爆灰（二） 一般项目2.4表面平整、洁净，接茬平整，线角和灰线平直方正，清晰美观2.5孔洞、线槽、线盒、管道穿墙等 需要后处理的部位，应做到尺寸准确、边缘整齐（三） 允许偏差及检验方法项次项 目允许偏差检验方法1立面垂直4用2m托线板检查2表面平整4用2m靠
9、尺及塞尺检查3阴阳角垂直4用2m托线板检查4阴阳角方正4用20靠尺及塞尺检查5保温层厚度不允许有负偏差用探针，钢尺检查九、 成品保护及安全注意事项1、 门窗框外殘存砂浆应及时清理干净，严禁蹬踩窗台，防止损坏棱角2、 拆除架子时应轻拆轻放，防止撞坏门窗，墙面和洞口边角等3、 保护好墙上的埋件、电缆槽、盒和预留孔洞等4、 严禁使用过时灰，各构造层硬化前禁止水冲，撞击和挤压5、 严禁在地面上直接配制XR无机保温浆料和抗裂砂浆6、 施工人员应遵守安全规程，工人必须经过技术培训和安全教育方可上岗。十、安全文明施工施工现场的科学化管理，将大大提高文明施工水平，加快工程进度，搞好材料节约，为了使我工地达到文
10、明施工的标准，采取以下措施：1、 施工现场成立安全组织 ，项目经理任组长，现场工长为副组长，并设置安全员，搞好安全交底，安全教育，严格执行安全规范的安全标准2、 进场施工人员必须戴安全帽，安全带，不允许穿拖鞋，不允许在施工现场吸烟，遵守治安条例，不允许打架斗殴。3、 上外架之前，要认真检查架子是否符合安全规范，坚决杜绝违章作业。十一、 现场材料的管理1、 要设置专职材料员、对工程所用材料，强化质量认证制度，对不符合要求的材料坚决不可使用2、 做好材料的进出工作，并对施工部位的材料用量做严格的记录3、 材料的包装要及时回收，并注意材料的防窃，防水工作。Employment tribunals s
