3、on #: Rev03 Reason for Issue/Revision:This document is revised because: Current Procedure refers BSF as directly responsible in the development and execution of rigging program for the performance of EPC and C contractors WORK.Description of Change: Define the procedure as guidelines instead of stan

4、dard work process. Define Medium lifts as more than 10 less than 50 tons instead of more than 10 less than 30 tons. Include any lifts that exceed 75% but less than 90% of cranes chart capacity. Define Heavy lifts as 50 tons or greater instead of 30tons or greater. Further define Critical lift as any

5、 multiple crane lift where either crane exceed 75% of the cranes chart capacity. Remove Certified Rigging Engineer role in lieu of BSF rigging department. Include EPC and C contractors as responsible in classification of lifts, development of lift plan, review, approval and execution of light, mediu

23、定 义3.1 Lifting 起 重The process of lifting or positioning equipment, components, or materials with a machine.使用机械将设备、部件或材料提升或定位的过程。3.2 Lifting Device 起重装置Any machine or device used to lift a load from its supporting surface. Such devices include, but are not limited to the following; crane, hoist, hoi

24、sting system, chain fall, come-along, jack, jacking system, gin pole, derrick, monorail hoist, gantry crane, levers, pulley system, air bag jack, strand lift system, etc.任何提升荷载离开其支撑面的机械或设备。这样的设备包括但不仅限于下列:吊车、卷扬机、提升机系统、倒链、拖曳机、千斤顶、千斤顶系统、抱干、起重架、单轨卷扬机、龙门架、杠杆、滑轮系统、气囊千斤顶、钢绞线提升系统等。3.3 Hauling拖 运The process

25、of relocating or moving heavy equipment, components, or materials (which require a crane to load & unload) a considerable distance using a haul trailer, rollers, or similar devices.使用拖车、滚筒或相似设备安放或移挪沉重设备、部件或材料(需要吊车装卸)的过程。3.4 “Safe limit of Approach” for power lines is the closest distance from a powe

28、tions of lifts that follow, the EPC and C contractors Rigging Supervisor or Rigging Engineer may categorize any lift they deem necessary, to the more onerous standard. This may be due to lift complexities, operational considerations, environmental factors, or administrative considerations. 注:在下列“起重”

32、ccupied facilities, process pipe racks, or near power lines. Any lift involving a complex rigging arrangement or that requires specialty rigging shall also receive this classification. BSF project management may classify any lift that involves sensitive or costly equipment as critical.任何超过吊车额定荷载80%的

34、who meets the minimum qualification standards for performing his duties as outlined in this document. The qualification standard for the Rigging Engineer is in AttachmentD.起重工程师是由总承包商和施工承包商现场主管工程师指定的、具备完成本文件描述的本职工作所需最低的资质要求的个人。起重工程师的资质标准见附件D。3.12 EPC and C contractors Rigging Supervisor 总承包商和施工承包商起重

38、le for overseeing the design of lifting systems, hauling systems, and temporary structural systems required to support project work operations. The LFE is also responsible for ensuring that all heavy haul plans and that all critical or heavy lift plans are reviewed and approved in accordance with th

39、is procedure, prior to the start of the work. The Rigging Engineer also monitors general project rigging operations to ensure that all li
