General Information 概述This specification is especially developed for the adaptation of the procurement of the injection mold if the company proper. The specification contains design requirements, build requirements and mol

2、d tryout standards.本标准是为适应本公司注塑模的采购而定的要求,本标准包括设计要求,制造要求和试模标准。Any deviation from this specification must be approved by responsible project engineer of Yanfeng Visteon.任何与本标准的不符合项必须得到延锋伟世通项目工程师的批准。It shall be the mold vendor responsibility to understand and implement the specification. Implement the

3、detailed contents in mold design, built and the service after sale.模具供应商有责任理解并执行本标准。The explanation right to all the issues relating the specification belongs to Yanfeng Visteon. All questions concerning the specification shall be directed to responsible project engineer of Yanfeng Visteon.与本标准相关的所有

4、问题的解释权属于延锋伟世通。1.1 Technical Description 技术描述1.2 Mold Build 模具制造A. Vendor will provide complete sets of approved mold design drawings and CAD data (both 2D and 3D). Any errors or inconsistencies to the equipment to be put into operation by Yanfeng Visteon Company are to be reported immediately to the

5、 responsible project engineer.供应商提供完整的已批准的模具设计图纸和CAD数据(2维和3维)。延锋伟世通提供进行操作的注塑机标准,有任何错误或不一致应立即向项目工程师报告。B. Before building the mold, the vendor will provide CAD data of the product. If any design problem which will cause failure of mold building, vendor shall inform responsible engineer immediately and

6、 gives out related suggestion as well.模具制造前,模具供应商应向延锋伟世通提供产品的CAD数据。如果有任何会导致模具制造失败的设计问题,供应商应立即通知延锋伟世通责任工程是同时提出相关建议。C. Datum lines are to be scribed in core steel 0.1mm deep.基准线划在型芯0.1mm深处。D. Mold must have a sufficient strengthening safety strap at operator and helper side respectively to prevent mol

7、d opening.在模具的操作工和辅助工的一侧必须装有足够牢固的安全板以防止模具打开。E. All molds must have complete identification labels with Chinese and English. The Chinese translation is to be done by mold vendor and confirmed by the Yanfeng Visteon responsible project engineer.所有的模具必须有完整的中英文识别标签,中文译文由模具供应商提供并有延锋伟世通责任项目工程师确认。F. All mo

8、lds are to be supplied with, at least, four (4) safety hoist rings. The rings on the top side of the mold must be sufficient enough to support mold weight and reach the balance.对所有的模具必须至少提供4个安全吊环,模具顶部的吊环必须足够支持模具的重量并达到平衡。G. Supplier must submit a written quality control report as to the dimension cor

Molds are to be thermally stress relieved prior to finishing. Any method of stress relieving other than thermal must be approved by the responsible project

10、 engineer in writing.模具经加工之前应先进行热处理,任何除热处理以外的去应力方法必须得到延锋伟世通责任项目工程师的书面认可。1.3 Tryout Mold 试模1.3.1 Part Approval 产品认可Injection molds must produce molded parts within the cycle time identified aforementioned.注塑模生产产品必须在生产节拍之内。The molded parts produced during tryout should conform to the requirements in d

11、imension and assembly and the quality control requirements of Yanfeng Visteon Company. They must be qualified in matching the whole vehicle. When there is inconsistent gap and flushness between painted bumper and car body, the design and build source(s) will be held responsibility for the cost of re

12、pairs to the mold due to dimensional errors or process not meeting the requirements.试制的注塑产品必须与产品图要求的尺寸及装配的要求以及延锋伟世通的质量控制要求相符。必须与整车配合一致,涂装产品装车匹配有间隙和匹配不平整以及由于尺寸错误或者工艺不满足要求而带来的更改费用由设计和制造方负责。1.3.2 Dimensions and Part Approval 尺寸和零件认可Injection molds must produce qualified parts. Products off molds must r

13、each customer requirements. Any unqualified items must be correct.注塑模必须生产合格的零件。零件必须具备相同或高于客户所需的外观及质量标准,任何不符合项必须被纠正。After the mold has produced parts that are dimensionally and functionally approved, the required surface finish (suitable for painting) will be completed and the mold will undergo tryou

14、t to approve the surface finish capability for final approval.模具生产出尺寸及功能均认可的产品,必须达到表面光洁度要求(适合涂装),并将对模具进行试制以验证表面光洁度。1.4 Mold Capability 模具能力After complete part approval, the mold will be subjected to a pro-production capability to prove all functions in the mold, e.g. ejector, hydraulic, temperature

15、control and all moving mechanisms. The mold capability run will last twenty four (24) hours. If a mold component fails during this period, the supplier must repair or replace the failed item at their expense.完整的零件认可,模具将被提出用试生产能力证明模具的所有功能,例如,顶杆,液压缸,温控箱以及所有的运动机械,模具能力测试将持续24小时。如果在这段时间里,一个模具零部件失效了,模具供应商

16、必须支付一定的费用来修理或替代失效的部分。1.5 Control System 控制系统All hydraulic and electrical control systems require design approval by Plant Engineering engineer of Yanfeng Visteon Company.所有液压和电器控制系统需要延锋伟世通公司工厂工程部工程师的设计认可。1.6 Preliminary Design Line-up 初始设计认可It is the responsibility of the mold vendor source to make

17、contact with the responsible project engineer after receipt of the Letter of Intent from Purchasing Development, Yanfeng Visteon Company. In the mold design phase, constant contact with each other will benefit the check and correctness of the design and establish the improved design for the injectio

18、n molds.收到延锋伟世通公司的采购部意见书之后,供应商有责任与责任项目工程师保持联系。在模具设计阶段,应保持经常性的互相联系,这将有利于设计的正确性和及时的校正,并能有效的改进注射模具的设计。1.7 Mold Preliminary Design Review 模具初始设计审核The preliminary design will include the following (See Section 2 for further details). And at the same time, the design must conform to the comment of the res

If required by the responsible engineer, the mold design sourc

22、e shall attend the Mold Review Meetings. Upon approval of the preliminary design, major steel and components can be ordered and specified mold can be constructed.延锋伟世通责任项目工程师组织一次模具审核并提出审核意见。如果延锋伟世通责任工程师需要,模具设计方应出席模具审核会。初步设计认可后,可以订购主要钢材和零部件并定出模具结构。 The build source will continue with the mold design

27、(S) for the injection mold program is to be charted on the mold progress chart. The build source will establish start dates and completion dates for the various tooling operations on component details and review these dates with Yanfeng Visteon responsible project engineer at the beginning of the bu

28、ild program. The process of the build program is to be updated on the chart on two weekly basis. This chart date will then be used to determine if the build process is sufficient to meet the mold tryout and delivery dates. The schedule supplied by the vendor should meet the required sample dates. In

29、 the phase of mold building, constant contact with each other is necessary to guarantee required dates. During mold building stage, molds vendor shall provide updated status report per two weeks and YFV will hold a project progress coordination meeting by specified YFV project engineer per two weeks

31、r are to be drawn and dimensioned with tolerances to allow remanufacture as required for mold repair. Details easily worn out include core pins, special sleeves, hot manifolds, heated nozzles and any inserts or moving mechanisms subject to excessive wear.供应商制造的易损零部件应被画成图纸,标好公差以便修模时重新制造,易损零部件包括抽芯杆,专用

32、轴套,热流道,加热喷嘴和其他镶件或易过渡磨损的滑动机构。1.11 Steel Specification 钢规格P-20 (DIN2738)steel will be specified pre-hardened to HRC 30-33 shall be used for cavity and core block. Wear surfaces and slide surfaces should utilize the principle of differential hardness. Bearing surfaces may be constructed using self-lubr

33、icant bearing materials.P-20钢应指明预硬到HRC30-33用于动定模板,磨损面和滑块面将利用不同硬度的原则。轴承面可以指定用自润滑的轴承材料。Certification of steel composition, hardness, and steel quality is required for all molds. A copy of certification is to be supplied to the responsible project engineer.所有模具都需要钢材料的成分、硬度、钢材质量的证明书。证明书的副本应提供给责任项目工程师。2.

34、 Injection Mold Design/Approval Process 注塑模设计/批准过程There shall be two (2) design stages for injection molds: preliminary and final. The design department must submit three (3) sets of paper drawings (3D model) to project engineer for approval by Yanfeng Visteon Company for each stage. 注塑模具有两个设计阶段:初始和

35、最终。模具供应商提供三套图纸(三围模型)给项目工程师,便于延锋伟世通对每个阶段的认可,延锋伟世通必须在三个工作日内完成并得出结论。2.1 Preliminary Design 初始设计When the preliminary design is approved, the tooling engineer will make an approval based on the obtained details. The preliminary approval form is shown later. In the event that preliminary mold design appro

36、val is not given, the mold source must revise the preliminary mold design based on Yanfeng Visteon comment. The revised design must be resubmitted for review and approval. 初始设计认可,模具工程师根据获得的细节进行认可,后面会提供初始认可表。如果初始设计没有认可,模具方必须根据延锋伟世通的意见修改初始模具设计。修改后的设计必须再次提交审核及认可。2.1.1 Mold Clamp Design 模具装夹设计The fixing

37、 of the platens should conform to the specification of the mold clamp of the injection molding machine designated by Yanfeng Visteon. Yanfeng Visteon will provide the related information of the injection molding machine. 模板的固定应符合延锋伟世通指定的注塑机的模具装夹的标准,延锋伟世通将提供注塑机的相关信息。2.1.2 Quick Mold Change Design 快速换

38、模设计For the purpose of quick change mold, the platen dimension should conform to the quick mold change unit of the injection molding machine designated by Yanfeng Visteon. Yanfeng Visteon will provide the related information of the injection molding machine.为达到快速换模的目的,模板尺寸应符合延锋伟世通指定的注塑机的快速换模单元。延锋伟世通将

39、提供注塑机的相关信息。2.1.3 Full Automation 完全自动化Unloading with chuck need to be secured in consideration for all molds when designing molds to achieve full automation.当设计全自动模具时,所有模具都要考虑带吸盘的机械手的安全。2.1.4 Safety Hoist Rings 安全吊环When design the molds, set the safety hoist rings for the whole set of mold, moving m

40、old, stationary mold and mold blocks over 50KG. The thread and other dimensions must be in metric unit.设计模具时,对整套模具,动模,定模和模板的重量超过50KG的要设置安全吊环。螺纹和其他尺寸必须是公制。The type of the safety hoist rings suggested by Yanfeng Visteon is the same as the schematic. The selected size, the material and process for the

41、ring build and the bearable loading should conform to European safety standard. Four adequate hoist rings shall go together with each mold. Balanced hoist holes for lifting complete mold and each half shall be set. On the design drawings the specification should be shown.延锋伟世通推荐的安全吊环标准如草图所示。选用的尺寸,材料

42、和吊环制造的工艺以及承受的载荷应符合欧洲安全标准,四个配套吊环应和每付模具放在一起。吊整副模具和各个分开的半副模具应设置平衡吊环孔。2.1.5 Name Plate For Mold 模具铭牌There should be plate for instruction, hot runner scheme, cooling scheme, hydraulic scheme, core pull electrical scheme and moving sequence diagram for each mold shown as the following schematic, to be pu

43、t at the operator side while the mold is operating. Yanfeng Visteon will separately supply the information for the instruction plate.按下列图表,每付模具都应有说明牌,热流道图,冷却水图,液压图,抽芯电气图和移动顺序图,放在模具操作时操作者所在的一侧。2.1.6 Mold Safety Strap 模具连接安全板Each mold should have mold safety straps in both operation side and helper si

44、de in metric unit. The safety straps shall guarantee to keep two mold halves from open while turning.每付模具的操作侧和辅助操作侧都应有公制的安全连接板。安全连接板应能保证模具旋转时上下模的闭合。2.1.7 Clamp Plate For Quick Mold Change 快速换模的模板For the purpose of quick mold change, the clamp plate should conform to the related assembled specificati

Yanfeng Visteon will separately supply the schematic.为了达到快速换模的目的,模板应与相关的装配标准一致,延锋伟世通将分别提供图表。2.1.8 Connectors 接头.Connectors (for water, electricity, oil) at the mold sides shall meet Yanfeng Visteons injection machine standard. The related information will be given by Yanfeng Visteon. If these co

46、nnectors can not be purchased by the vendor, vendor should notice Yanfeng Visteon 3 months before tryout, Yanfeng Visteon will take the responsibility to purchase them otherwise. Expenditures for these activities will be charged by mold supplier. The vendor shall install these connectors onto the mo
