1、第四章 场地回填土施工及检测方案一、回填土设计要求1、回填料控制标准：最大粒径200mm，粒径大于100mm的风化料含量30，粉质粘土含量20。场地回填料应采用强风化料和中风化料组合使用的方式。墙后回填料采用中风化碎石。2、碾压施工机械：场地采用20吨以上振动碾压机。墙顶坡面采用蛙式夯。3、大面积回填前应先进行现场碾压试验。4、回填碾压施工参数：铺设厚度、行进速度及遍数、振动频率及振幅等由现场碾压试验确定。铺设厚度为0.51.0m。碾压行进速度小于2千米/小时。碾压遍数为37遍。5、回填土分层碾压，分层检测，待检测结果合格后方可进行下一步的施工。6、回填施工准备：回填施工前应进行场地整理。清除
2、地表耕土、杂草及树木后在回填地表坡面每隔10m施工成35m宽阶梯状平台。7、压实系数、承载力及变形模量：压实系数0.92，承载力150KPa，变形模量12Mpa。8、土工格栅：在挡土墙墙顶土坡坡面铺设土工格栅，竖向排距为2.0m，水平方向长度为6.0m；墙后填土中铺设土工格栅，竖向排距2.0m，水平方向长度5.0m。土工格栅型号选用GDL125/HDPE。9、地表防水：填方至设计高程下200300mm时，铺设粘土碾压后封闭地表或采用地表硬化方式防水层，要求地表形成2朝向地表排水构筑物的坡降。10、工程质量检测：用灌水（灌砂）法、承压板法及重型动力触探法分别检测压实填土的压实系数、承载力及变形模
3、量。二、施工方案1、回填前准备工作(1) 基底处理及拉台 清除地表耕土、杂草及树木后，在清理后地面每隔10m用推土机推成35m宽阶梯平台。填方区域形成2的坡度，以利于散水。台阶口严禁上抬造成坡面积水，软化基底。待验收合格后方能进行回填土方施工。(2) 碾压试验在回填场地内选择500 m2区域进行现场碾压试验。试验区分成5个区域，代号分别为SY1SY5。碾压试验要求详见表5。每区碾压3层后进行土工试验。土工试验包括每区进行3个灌水（灌砂）法试验，2个动力触探孔试验（钻孔深度至原地表以下2.0m），待压实系数检测结果出来后，在压实系数大于0.92的试验区内选择3点进行承载板试验。 表5 碾压试验区
4、试验要求代号试验区面积（m2）压实机械铺设厚度(mm)碾压遍数/夯压遍数SY110020t及以上振动碾10007SY210020t及以上振动碾10005SY310020t及以上振动碾5006SY410020t及以上振动碾5004SY5100蛙式夯30057。现场碾压试验结束后应提交碾压施工参数，应包括：铺筑厚度及碾压遍数。施工单位应严格按碾压施工参数进行施工。现场碾压试验相关土工试验应提供碾压土压实系数，内摩擦角、变形模量及承载力试验成果，以完成最终场地稳定性分析论证报告。(3) 备料 正式施工前，选择合适料场，进行备料及配料工作。应清除坡面植物及耕土后再进行挖掘及爆破作业。通过爆破开山得到的
5、石料应进行破碎处理，保证填方石料符合设计要求。2、填土压实施工(1) 施工时间段选择碾压施工宜选择在在少雨的春季进行，不宜在冬季进行，防止回填土料受冻及地基土受冻胀影响，形成回填冻土后融化造成地基沉陷。(2) 填土碾压施工要点 填土碾压施工宜分区分段进行，提高施工功效，便于施工及检测相互协调。采用机械填土，视现场条件采用推土机、铲运机及自卸卡车方式。回填料时应近水平填筑。碾压原则为“薄填、慢驶、多次”。严格按碾压试验确定的施工参数施工。 碾压方向应从两边压向中央。碾轮路线应重合搭接。运行中20吨及以上的振动碾压机械距填方边缘应大于4.0m，防止发生溜坡倾倒。填方边缘压实不到之处采用蛙式夯夯实。
6、每压实一层后，用推土机等履带机械进行表面拉毛，以利结合。随即进行相关检测工作，分层检验结果合格后方可进行下步施工。(3) 地下水处理及雨季施工施工时如遇地下水或降大雨，在场地四周设置临时排水沟等将地下水排除场地。宜结合场地永久排水设施布置临时排水设施。做好料场及填土表面的防水措施。(4) 土工格栅施工 墙后及坡面铺设土工格栅层时，应保证格栅与压实施工机械间回填土厚度至少300mm。土工格栅接头部位处理方式应符合建筑地基处理技术规范（JGJ79-2002）中相关要求。(5) 挡土墙施工应于碾压施工相协调。挡土墙墙体强度达到设计强度75后，方可进行墙后填土压实及土工格栅的布设工作。三、检测方案 1
7、、检测方案(1) 检测方法 试验方法为灌水（砂）法、重型动力触探原位测试（N63.5）及承压板试验。(2) 检测点布置及工作量A. 灌水（砂）法 每层填土每500m2进行一处灌水（砂）法试验。共需进行约360处灌水（砂）法试验。B.重型动力触探原位测试（N63.5）回填至设计高度一半时进行第一次钻孔N63.5测试。每1000m2布置1个钻孔，钻孔深度应达到原状土层，采用连续动触方式进行。回填至设计高度时进行第二次钻孔N63.5测试。每1000m2布置1个钻孔，钻孔深度应达到设计高度一半以下2.0m，采用连续动触方式进行。共约需进行约300延米重型动力触探原位测试。C. 承压板试验 回填土至设计
