4、potting is not necessary.,Step by Step Anchor Installation Instructions follow:,Drill hole same diameter as anchor diameter and 6mm to 12mm deeper than expected embedment.Clean hole of all debris.Set the nut flush with the top of the sleeve anchor.Insert anchor through fixture into hole in base mate
5、rial until washer and nut are tight against the fixture.Turn nut until finger tight.Use wrench to set sleeve anchor by turning nut 3 to 4 times full turns,2.WEDGE ANCHORS,Wedge anchor are widely used for securing all sorts of things to concrete.Each is applied by inserting it in a hole drilled in co
6、ncrete.The hole diameter is identical to that of the anchor;thus each must be driven into the hole.,Drill hole 12mm deeper than the wedge anchor embedment using a carbide tipped bit.(Hole size is wedge anchor size).Clean out hole.Place nut on the end of wedge anchor(protects thread during installati
7、on).Hammer wedge anchor into hole deep enough so that threads are below surface of base material.Tighten nut turning approximately three to four times full turns,Step by Step Anchor Installation Instructions follow:,3.HOLLOW WALL ANCHOR,Hollow Wall Anchors are all metal,pre-assembled fasteners for u
8、se in cavity walls.Suitable for light weight fixing to thin board or plasterboard.,How to use Drill the correct size of hole to the material then tap the hollow wall anchor into the hole until flush with surface.Turn the screw with a suitable screwdriver to expand the anchor.Remove the screw and pla
9、ce through the hole in the fixture and back into the hollow wall and then re-tighten the screw.,4.HEAVY DUTY SHEILD ANCHOR,Heavy Duty Shield Anchor has a high retaining Power and can be removed easily.When tightening the nut or screw the conical section is pulled into the anchor shells expanding it
