1、浅析正交试验设计 摘 要本文介绍了正交试验设计，首先阐述了正交试验设计的概念以及正交试验结果分析所采用的方法，它是用于多因子试验的1种方法，从全面试验中挑选出部分有代表的点进行试验，这些代表点具有“均匀”和“整齐”的特点.正交试验结果的分析，通常采用两种方法，1种是直观分析法，或者称极差分析法；另1种是方差分析法.正交试验设计是部分因子设计的主要方法，具有很高的效率.接着，介绍了正交试验中合理安排试验并对数据进行统计分析的主要工具:正交表. 正交表的性质决定了正交设计的3个主要特点：（1）整齐可比；（2）均衡分散；（3）简单易行.然后，分析了正交设计中水平数

8、集，整理和分析受随机因子影响的数据，对所考察的问题作出推断，进而为制定决策和采取行动提供科学依据的学科.现在，数理统计方法已经在工业，农业，国防，科研，经济，管理，社会，医学，生物，考古，地质，气象等领域得到了广泛的重视，应用范围日益扩大，应用水平不断提高，应用成果也层出不穷.正交设计是设计试验中广泛应用的方法.自1945年Finney提出分式设计后，许多学者潜心研究，提出了供分式设计用的正交表，20世纪40年代后期，日本田口玄1首次把正交法应用到日本的电话机试验上，随后在日本各行业广泛应用，获得了丰硕的经济效益.某学派认为，日本生产率的增长在世界上领先，使用正交表进行设计试验是1个主要因素.试验设计已成为日本企业管理人员及研究人员必备的技术.正交试验设计在我国普遍及使用始于20世纪60年代末，随后在各行业逐步展开应用.它的进1步推广将使我国现代化建设获得更加丰硕的成果.
