2、、温度曲线及以上数据结合现场实体进行分析观察可知:该基础承台混凝土浇筑体在入模温度基础上的升温值为33.1,温升值不大于50;混凝土浇筑块体的里表温差为9.8,不大于25;混凝土浇筑体的最大降温速率为5.4/d,根据GB 50496-2009的要求,混凝土浇筑体在入模温度基础上的温升值差、混凝土浇筑块体的里表温差符合要求;混凝土浇筑体的最大降温速率、混凝土浇筑体表面与大气温不符合规范要求。建议施工单位应及时做好保温养护措施。备 注/声 明 1、报告未盖检测单位“检测报告专用章”无效; 2、复制报告未重新加盖检测单位“检测报告专用章”无效; 3、对报告若有异议,应于十五日内向检测单位提出; 4、

3、有关检测数据未经允许,委托单位不得擅自向社会发布报告信息。批准: 审核: 校核: 试验:混凝土测温检测报告(附录)一、工程概况: 受*委托对某项目的基础承台砼进行温度监测,该基础承台混凝土厚度为1200mm。二、检测依据: 大体积混凝土施工规范GB50496-2009 某工程施工图三、检测内容及检测目的: 检测内容:基础承台混凝土内的温度场分布。 检测目的:实时监测混凝土在施工和养护期间,沿承台深度和宽度方向的混凝土温度变化状态,实行信息化控制,及时调整保温及养护措施,使混凝土温度梯度和温度增值不致过大,以有效控制有害裂缝的出现。四、 检测仪器设备:本次监测采用由济*公司生产的ADS版数据采集

4、器4台(编号:*)和传感器。五、温控指标及报警线:根据GB 50496-2009的要求,本工程温控指标为:1. 混凝土浇筑体在入模温度基础上的温升值不宜大于50;2. 混凝土浇筑块体的里表温差(不含混凝土收缩的当量温度)不宜大于25;3. 混凝土浇筑体的降温速率不宜大于2.0;4. 混凝土浇筑体表面与大气温差不宜大于20。六、测温点布置 本次监测在承台平面共布置3个平面测温点位,每个平面测温点位沿厚度分别布置3个测温点,详见附图1、附图6。七、测温记录: 本次测温时间从2013年7月2日至2013年7月8日,总计6天,测温间隔3小时,各站点传感器温度值详见附表1附表3,各站点传感器温度曲线详见
