9、报道的英译原则,纽马克认为，翻译方法的选择取决于三个因素：文本类型(type of text)、读者身份(nature of the readership)和翻译目的(purpose of the translation)。汉语新闻报道英译的目的是为西方读者提供资讯，其文本类型为信息型，而其读者身份则为外国人。英译时多采用交际翻译法。新闻报道翻译具有不同于一般翻译的特点。一方面，它要忠实地传递原文的主要信息；另一方面，由于汉英文化心理、思维模式、风土人情、价值观念和语言风格不同，翻译的重点是根据译入语的语言、文化和语用方式传递信息，而不是完全忠实地复制原语的文字。具体地说，交际翻译法的实质是意
