1、 廊坊市xx墙业科技开发有限公司灌注式石膏板生产项目可行性分析报告一、概况:知识经济的时代、高新技术的推广、世界经济的环保需求,让发展中的中国向污染环境、浪费资源、破坏土地的部分化工、建材行业亮出了黄牌,断其了后路并淘汰出局。在我们建材行业,数以万计的粘土砖生产厂家、预应力楼板生产厂家,正站在面临下马、改产的十字路口。新型墙体材料有多种,哪种最好呢?专利技术有多个,哪个最佳呢?权威部门和专家学者提醒大家: 1、好项目必须是好产品,但好产品并不一定是好项目。2、新型墙体材料作为能拉动国家经济发展的新兴产业,符合世界经济的环保需求,受国家政策保护。3、一个好的项目必须具备质优、本低、高效、环保、原

2、材料资源丰富等诸多条件, 质优是选项的条件, 本低是可行的保障。4、建筑板材的接缝开裂现象,已经严重阻碍了新型墙体材料的健康发展。5、建筑板材的接缝开裂是由于板材的干燥收缩而引起的,它与板材的接缝构造形式有关。6、根据灌注式石膏条板的应用实践,2003年版的国家建设部03J113轻质内隔墙的构造图集已首推对接缝。本文所述的“灌注式石膏条板生产项目”,由河北省廊坊市xx公司自行开发、研制。本研究课题起点高,难度大,创新点“新颖、独特”,创新程度“国内首创、国际领先”。是一项年投资回报率为400的绝好项目。河北、河南、山东、山西、辽宁、吉林、哈尔滨等省市十余家企业选用了本公司的专利技术和专利设备。

3、生产、销售和利润回报情况很好。下面笔者将用大量的理论和事实,把“灌注式石膏条板生产项目”的可行性归于必然性。二、市场前预测国家建材局、建设部、农业部、国土资源部墙体材料革新建筑节能办公室文件(墙办发2000)06号规定“原则上直辖市定于2000年12月31日前,计划单列市和副省级城市定于2001年6月30日前,地级城市定于2002年6月30日前,其它县级城市定于2003年6月30日前,实现禁止使用实心粘土砖目标的最迟日期”。中华人民共和国建设部命令第76号民用建筑节能管理规定第十六条:“建设单位未按照建筑节能强制性标准委托设计或者擅自修改节能设计文件的,责令改正,处20万元以上50万元以下的罚

4、款”。第十七条:“设计单位未按照建筑节能标准和规范进行设计的,应当修改设计。未进行修改的,给予警告,处10万元以上30万元以下的罚款;造成损失的,依法承担赔偿责任;两年内,累计三项工程未按照节能标准和规范设计的,责令停止整顿,降低资质等级或者吊销资质等级证书,对注册执业人员,可以责令停止执业一年”。国家的一边倒的优惠政策,决定了建筑材料以新型墙体材料为主导,且从建筑设计部门做起。内隔墙的用量是整个建筑面积的23倍,是建筑材料的主项,前景广阔、市场巨大。而新型墙体材料中的板、块、砖又以板为最佳材料。因为接缝开裂现象已成为新型墙体材料发展中的障碍,空心砖、空心砌块需解决的是无数个横竖缝的问题,板材

5、则需解决的是单个竖向缝的问题。本文所述的“灌注式石膏条板生产项目”产品为独特的两侧圆弧槽,接缝采用同质材料灌注法,接缝处牢固不开裂,被建设部、北京市建委、天津市建委、河北省建委审发了准用证和优秀建材产品推广应用证书,“两侧圆弧槽”和“接缝采用同质材料灌注法”技术在中国专利技术博览会上获金奖。三、“灌注式石膏条板”是一种最好的新型墙体材料1、该产品质轻(90厚面密度47kg/m2);高强(断裂载荷达3280N,是标准值的3倍);隔声(90厚为40dB,120厚为46dB);耐火极限为23h。 2、该产品为独特的两侧圆弧槽,安装采用同质材料灌注法,接缝处为实芯的加强筋,接缝牢固不开裂。 3、该产品

6、已在京、津、冀地区得到广泛的应用,并在山东、山西、哈尔滨等省市的建筑中得到应用且效果很好(详见本公司的工程业绩光盘介绍)。四、灌注式石膏条板不仅是一种好产品,还是一个好项目 1、“灌注式石膏条板”是世界公认的绿色环保材料,符合世界经济的环保需求。 2、生产“灌注式石膏条板”有最低的成本。在生产地普遍石膏粉的出厂价为90-100元/吨,石膏空心墙条板的面密度为47kg/m2(以90厚为例),单位平方米的材料成本(含辅料)为7-12 元/m2,设备厂房折旧0.86元/m2,工人工资1.5元/m2,管理人员工资0.2元/m2,其整个生产成本为10-15元/m2(详见“石膏空心墙条板单位平方米成本构成

7、”)。3、以石膏为主要原材料生产条板有最高的生产效益由于石膏粉的初凝时间为3分钟,终凝时间为15分钟,单个成型机在单位时间内可生产墙条板4-6块。而以水泥,菱镁为胶凝材料生产条板,单个成型机在单位时间内可生产条板0.1-0.2块,数字说明“以石膏为原材料生产条板,其生产效率是其它原材料的40-100倍。4、石膏在胶凝材料体系中可以和其它任何胶凝材料混合生产复合墙条板达到利废的效果。五、原材料供应及建厂条件1、原材料供应“灌注式石膏条板”的主要原材料是一般的建筑石膏粉,矿产丰富(居世界第一位)。山东、山西、陕西、宁夏、内蒙、四川、云南、辽宁、新疆等大部分地区均有石膏矿且供应充足。石膏产地的熟石膏

8、粉出厂价为:90100元T。2、 建厂条件一个年产1020万平方米的灌注式石膏条板生产线,厂址选择没有特殊要求,一般主要考虑交通便利,距离城市十公里以内为宜。动力供应:20kw水供应24吨/日建厂面积:2850m2其中(1)生产及原材料用房15m30m=450m2(2)晾晒场第1300m2(3)成品库房1000m2(露天库房也可)(4)办公用房100m2。六、工艺流程“灌注式石膏条板”的工艺流程简单易于掌握,步骤如下:原材料计量搅拌浇注静置10分钟抽芯开模吊运晾晒检验入库出厂。七、环境保护该产品的生产无工业三废(废气、废水、废渣)产生,对环境没有污染,属绿色环保产品。八、人员配置“年产1020

9、万平方米灌注式石膏条板生产线”,人员配置:厂长:2人 办公室:1人 财务:2人供销:3人 生产工人:2030人(双班20人,三班30人)九、建厂期限及人员培训资金到位、厂房厂地具备后,根据建厂规模年产1020万m2的灌注式石膏条板生产线,安装、调试可在20天内完成,期间可进行人员培训。十、投资与成本核算1、 投资估算100-250万元。其中:(1)设备投资(年产1060万m2) 60-200万元(2)土建投资(以中等水平地区租赁厂房厂地具备后估算)10万元2、 流动资金30万元。按50天周转,预计:原材料10元/m2600m2/天50天=30万元3、 产品成本核算 (1)单位平方米生产成本为1

11、.2(2)总成本年产15万平方米 13.2元/m215万m2=198万元十一、经济效益评估目前,国家对新型墙体材料的价格实行开放政策,现以厚90mm宽600mm设计高度规格的石膏条板为例,市场销售价格为3845元/m2,以下按40元/m2核算:1、 年销售收入:40元/m215万m2=600万元2、 年利润: 600万元198万元402万元3、 税后利润: 372万元(16%)=349.68万元4、 当年投资回报率:402万元100万元100%=402%十二、结论通过上述分析“灌注式石膏条板生产项目”具有成本低、产量高、利润大等特点,决定了该项目的可行性向必然性的转化。是受国家政策保护,建设部

16、n unimaginable free fall from the edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if th

17、ey would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to

18、 do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre ba

19、lloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittin

He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, wit

21、h no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher t

22、han the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here,

23、 Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so des

24、pite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he

25、 will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy

26、his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if ev

27、erything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
