4、es by winnowing(风选),and the last,keep them ventilated(通风的)timely,closed at low temperature(低温).winnowing machine,Wheat has very strong ability of moisture absorption(吸湿性很强),We should make a measure of moistureproof(防潮).,The key of secure storage is to improve the quality of putting in storage,and re
5、ducing the corn moisture.Because the different areas have the difference of air temperature and air wet.We should adopt to the appropriate measures for storage in terms of the local specific conditions.Also,keep them in low temperature and sealed(密封的).,Fully dry,make them drying after the soybean(大豆
6、)threshing(脱粒),and reduce moisture(水分).If the soybean need a long-term storage,the soybean moisture is not exceed(超过)12.5%,because the water content is higher,it will be easy to mildew(霉变).Then what we should do is timely ventilated and radiating(通风散热),in order to enhance the resistance of soybean(大
7、豆的耐藏性),and be sealed storage(被密封存储)in low temperature.,2nd.Introduction to products scale1.As our products producers are almost in the three provinces in the northeast China region,so,our warehouse construction site will choose here.,Combined with the two pictures above,and considering some factors
8、about warehouse location,we plan to expand this land.2.According to the survey,we decide to use the granary(粮仓)of four 90 cubic meters.Expecting each silo(筒仓)with a maximum of 72,000kg.,3rd.Introduction to Tank warehouse(罐式仓库)or Silo(筒仓)As can be seen from the left,the mian reason we choose the kind
9、 of warehouse depends on our special commodity.Based on products characteristic and scale described above,we choose the specific reasons for the silo has the following points.,Public Warehouse,Tank Warehouse,Special Commodity,Grains,Tank Warehouse:can be divided into agriculture silo and industry si

13、 special,we cant replenish little by little,so the whole case replenishment(整箱补货),or the tray replenishment(托盘补货),etc are not suitable.As grain is to use tank warehouse,so we have the replenishment way for the entire warehouse for replenishment(为整个仓库来进行补货).,Goods pickingFor grains picking,we take th
