1、路基试验段总结报告为全面展开路基土方填筑施工,我分部在K41+340K41+440段进行了做土方填筑试验。试验段长100m,共进行实验8层,其中93区4层(6-9层)、94区2层(20-21层)、96区2层(23-24层),均为土方填筑。在路基填方试验段施工方案指导下,我分部已成功完成了该试验段施工,并获得了宝贵的试验数据,为大面积的路基土方填筑施工提供了依据。 一、进行所属试验段的目的(一)通过本试验段施工,摸索并总结出一套路基土方填筑施工最合理的施工组织和施工工艺,并总结出如何依据招标文件的技术及质量标准进行规范的程序管理方法和质量控制手段。 (二)通过本试验段施工,摸索并总结低洼农种区路

3、140JZ辆16自卸汽车后八轮辆107全站仪SOUTHNTS352台18水准仪DSZS台195米直尺5M根110灌砂筒150cm套2(三)施工准备:1.技术准备:(1)试验室标准试验成果汇总表(包括填料的重型击实,CBR,塑、液限,含水率,颗粒分析等),详见附件(检测报告1S101031、1S101099、1S101101)。2、现场准备:(1)试验段相应施工、管理人员组织安排已均全部到位到位;(2)试验段施工机械配备全部就绪;(3)已打通通往试验段的施工便道。(四)试验段施工计划工期:2008年 月 日-2008年 月 日。三、施工工艺(一)测量放样首先由施工队伍进行放样,用全站仪测量以确立

4、开挖边线或坡脚线,根据中桩、边桩及相应高程测出试验段各横断面面积,对工程量进行复核。(二)清表对试验段和取土场进行清表,由于试验段范围内为全填地段,有大于1:5的横坡,根据地形特点,清表采用小型推土机、挖掘机及人工相结合的方式进行,将横坡大于1:5的地段按规范做成阶梯。根据试验段内具体情况每隔一定距离开挖横向排水沟,沟深5Ocm,将路基水引入纵向排水沟,排到路基外指定地点。经过2-3个自然日晾晒后,再用推土机清除表土,并集中堆放于工程师指定的弃土场,用于路基竣工后边坡种植草皮。 (三)填前压实 1. 根据土壤干湿情况,适当晾晒或洒水处理,在监理认可后进行填前碾压,直至压实度经检测达到90%为止

5、。 2. 经报检压实度仍不合要求的,再重新进行碾压直至达到要求为止(以经监理工程师检验合格的试验检测报告为准)。(四)路基填筑 1.土方填筑(1)填前碾压经监理工程师检验达到要求后,方可开始93区土方填筑。首先由测量队伍用全站仪重新进行放样,确定每20m中桩、边桩以及坡脚位置,为保证路基边缘压实度,路基两侧各加宽填筑50cm。用水准仪测出该层填铺厚度控制桩的标高(松铺系数初步定为1.16);(2)自卸汽车每车装土14m3,按松铺厚度30计算,则每车卸料面积为42m2。在填土范围内按6m7m方格洒灰线,施工现场由专人指挥车辆按网格卸土; (3)填筑采用纵向全断面水平填筑,宽度比设计宽度每侧宽50

6、cm。(五)标高、松铺系数及平整度1.首先测出填料前各横断面左中桩、边桩标高,并标记出下一层松铺厚度的位置、每一层填料完成后,必须重新对填料松铺厚度顶标高进行复核。2.根据填筑前后高程差计算压实厚度,推算松铺系数。松铺系数=(松铺高程-原地面或下承层高程)/(压实后高程-原地面或下承层高程)。 3.摊铺填料时采用推土机粗平,平地机精平和人工修补相集合的施工工艺。(六)碾压及压实度 1.土方填筑(1)马鞭山取土场:93区土样最大干密度为1.80g/cm3,最佳含水率为16.2%(详见附件检测报告1S101031);94区土样最大干密度为1.98g/cm3,最佳含水率为10.8%(详见附件检测报告

7、1S101099);96区土样最大干密度为2.00g/cm3,最佳含水率为10.2%;(详见附件检测报告1S101102); (2)填料经过晾晒,经检测含水率在最佳含水率2%时开始辗压; (3)先用推土机(180型)推平,当初平好的铺筑土层在最佳含水量左右时(由试验人员抽检),再用压路机(YZ18型)静压一遍后用平地机(PY180型)整平,再YZ18压路机振动碾压二遍后,试验人员开始用灌沙法跟踪检测压实度,直到达到标准,最后再用压路机(YZ18型)静压一遍收光;(4)辗压时先慢后快、先轻后重、由两侧至中间、轮迹重叠1/3、最大速度不超过2km/h,辗压时应确保均匀,无漏压、无死角、无明显轮迹。

8、2.压实度(1)土方填筑压实度检测采用灌砂法,根据93、94、96分区要求不同分别控制压实度达到93%、94%、96%以上。每次检测压实度时S2000需检测4个点, 2000S4000时需检测8个点,4000S6000时需检测12个点,依次类推;(2)做压实度实验检测时,确保灌砂粒径符合规范要求,确保打洞深度和规格(h=150cm的圆柱体);(3)每层辗压开始后,试验工程师在振动辗压第二遍过后,每碾压一遍检测一次压实度和含水率,并将检测结果及时通知路基负责人并做好记录。四、数据统计(一)压实度及含水率(表一)1.93区土方填筑(6-9层)序号层数碾压第二遍压实度/含水量碾压第三遍压实度/含水量
