2、游水位最低尾水位米Q相应下游水位第一节 基本概况一、 流域概况黑水河发源于我国靖西县的新圩,经岳圩流入越南境内,再从德天沿中越分界线流入我国大新县的硕龙镇,经那岸、太平流到崇左县的新和、屯峒汇入左江,见那岸水电站流域示意图。黑水河上游坡陡水急,水力资源丰富。那岸水电站坝址位于河道中游,在大新县的太平乡那岸村王孟屯附近。坝址控制流域面积3180平方公里(不包括越南境内面积),坝下游4公里处设有那岸水文站,集雨面积3210平方公里,自1957年至1981年有实测水文资料24年。二、 基本资料1.年径流资料:表1给出那岸水文站历年(1957-1981年)实测水文年(5-4月)旬平均流量保证率统计表,

7、13.817.621.425.229.036.644.1第二节 正常蓄水位方案的选择一、 正常蓄水位方案的拟定1. 正常蓄水位上限值的确定: 主要考虑以下因素:(1) 水库的淹没限制:库区内只有王孟屯、念底屯等人口稀少的居民点,较大的居民点为硕龙镇,但该高程为286米。所以正常蓄水位高程的选定应小于286米。(2) 地形地质条件:水库库区属石灰峰林谷地,山顶标高一般在400-600米左右,一般卡斯特化不甚强烈。漏斗、溶洞、暗河等一般规模不大,溶洞分布在270米高程以上,暗河仅在沙屯出现一处,为250米。所以正常蓄水位高程的选定应小于250米。(3) 施工条件:那岸水电站由大新县组织施工,根据当

8、地建筑材料情况,石料非常丰富,拟采取砌石大头坝,这种坝型的设计、施工经验不多,故不宜修筑高坝(坝址处河床高程在175米左右)。(4) 蒸发、渗漏损失:库区两岸高山陡峻,水库面积较小,水量损失不大。根据地质人员提供的资料水库渗漏量也很少,故电站进行水能计算时水量损失可以忽略不计。综上,正常蓄水位上限值取250米。2. 正常蓄水位上限值的确定:(1)正常蓄水位上限值的确定:必须满足电力系统对电站提出的最低出力要求。根据初步规划,那岸水电站的最低出力为N=23万千瓦 (2)分析、计算过程: 因为 N=23万千瓦=AH所以 H=(30.3045.45)(m) 由Q=5.46m/s查那岸水电站坝址水位流

9、量关系曲线得下游水位的下限值Z=178.88m正常蓄水位的下限值Z= Z+ H =178.88+(30.3045.45) =(209.18224.250)(m) 有正常蓄水位的上、下限可得,正常蓄水位的取值范围为(209.18250) 选定方案:选定215m、225m、235m、245m正常蓄水位共四个比较方案。二、 消落深度的确定1. 方案一:Z=215m, Z=178.88mH= Z- Z=215-178.88=36.12(m)(1) 若为多年调节:h=0.30H h=0.30H=0.3036.12=10.836(m)(2) 若为年调节:h=0.25Hh=0.25H=0.2536.12=9

13、308=162(万立方米) 库容系数 =100%=100%=0.06%2. 方案二:Z=225m,查得V=2580万立方米(1)若为多年调节: h=0.30H=0.3046.12=13.836(m) 此时,死水位Z= Z- h=225-13.836=211.164(m) 由那岸水电站水库水位库容关系曲线查得V=1120(万立方米) V= V- V=2580-1120=1460(万立方米) 库容系数:=100%=100%=0.54%(2) 若为年调节:h=0.25H=0.2546.12=11.53(m)此时,死水位Z= Z- h=225-11.53=213.47(m) 由那岸水电站水库水位库容关

17、库水位库容关系曲线查得V=3104(万立方米) V= V- V=7060-3104=3956(万立方米) 库容系数 =100%=100%=1.52%(3)若为日调节:h=2m此时,死水位Z= Z- h=245-2=243(m) 由那岸水电站水库水位库容关系曲线查得V=6440(万立方米) V= V- V=7060-6440=620(万立方米) 库容系数 =100%=100%=0.24%综上,四个方案得出的水库特性均为日调节消落深度为:h=2m四、 设计历时保证率的确定1.根据电力系统中水电容量的比重,由规范确定。已知那岸水电站初步规划N=24万千瓦,近期在本县联网运行。目前大新县已建水电站有:

18、中军潭水电站(1400千瓦)、隘江水电站(196千瓦)、下雷水电站(80千瓦),远不能满足负荷要求。2.设计历时保证率的确定=(26.76%51.45%)大部分落在区间2550上,设计保证率为90%95%。又因为该水电站是小型水电站,水电站选取的保证率越高,则水电站的投资越大,故取下限值,即P=90%五、 各方案水能计算1. 按照那岸水文站全部实测平均流量系列,逐旬进行计算和绘制各方案出力保证率曲线。将全部实测旬平均流量系列,按其大小分组,统计计算各组出现的累积次数和相应的经验频率,将其电算结果列于表1。2. 计算并绘制水电站出力保证率曲线,N=AQH,A=8。计算并绘制出力发电量(NE)关系
