2、工业企业系统中的地位、作用和人、机、物等基本生产要素之间的关系,掌握设施规划与物流分析的基本概念、基本原则和基本方法,初步具备以系统物流分析和系统布置设计为核心的规划与设计的能力。本课程的基本要求:1. 了解物流的定义、发展历史;理解设施规划与物流分析在经济建设和企业发展中的地位和作用,懂得设施规划与物流系统设计的目标。2.深刻理解设施规划与物流分析的基本原则,掌握设施选址、物流分析、系统布置设计、物料搬运系统设计、仓储系统规划与设计、计算机辅助规划设计与系统仿真等的基本方法。3.能结合工程项目的实际,综合运用所学的知识和技术,对企业物流系统进行诊断并解决一些简单的系统规划和设计问题。二、课程
3、的基本内容及要求:第一章 现代物流与设施规划第一节 物流与物流管理概述第二节 企业物流与物流的演化第三节 生产系统设计与企业物流设施规划基本要求:(1)了解物流的定义及其发展历史,物流在工业企业系统中的地位与作用;(2)理解企业物流系统的规划内容以及企业物流设施规划对企业生产系统设计的重要意义; (3)掌握建立、改造和管理企业物流设施规划所需要的基本概念、原则、程序、方法和技术。第二章 设施选址第一节 设施选址的意义及其考虑的因素第二节 设施选址的步骤和内容第三节 设施选址的分析方法基本要求:(1)了解设施选址的任务和意义及地区、地点选择应考虑的因素;(2)理解环境评价对设施选址的重要意义;(
4、3)掌握设施选址的步骤和内容以及基本的分析方法:优缺点比较法、加权因素法、因素分析法、重心法、线性规划法等。第三章 设施布置设计第一节 设施布置设计概述第二节 设施布置的设计第三节 系统布置设计(SLP)基本要求:(1)了解设施布置设计的内容、目标和基本要素;(2)理解设施布置的基本原则、形式和流动模式;(3)掌握不同布置形式的设计方法以及系统布置设计(SLP)的基本内容、程序流程和基本方法;第四章 物料搬运系统分析与设计第一节 工作地的布置与设计第二节 物料搬运系统基本概念第三节 系统搬运分析(SHA)第四节 系统布置设计与系统搬运分析的结合基本要求:(1)了解物料搬运系统的基本概念、物料搬
5、运的特点、原则以及物料搬运在生产领域的作用;(2)理解工作地布置与人因工程的关系以及系统布置设计(SLP)与系统搬运分析(SHA)之间的相互关系;(3)掌握系统搬运分析(SHA)的基本原理、方法和步骤以及相应的图表技术。 第五章 物料搬运装备技术第一节 物料搬运装备技术概述第二节 物料搬运设备第三节 物料运输设备第四节 物料搬运的集装单元化技术第五节 物料搬运信息技术基本要求:(1)了解物流设备的发展、基本分类、物流发展对物流设备的基本要求以及物料设备的一般选用原则(2)理解物料搬运设备的工作原理、不同物流设备的使用场合以及集装单元化技术、物料搬运信息技术在物流中的作用。(3)掌握物料搬运的集
6、装单元化技术、物料搬运信息技术的基本原理以及物料搬运设备的选择方法。第六章 仓储系统的规划与设计第一节 仓库规划第二节 保管设施第三节 自动化仓库的规划与设计基本要求:(1)了解仓库分类的目的和方法;了解各类保管设施的特性;(2)理解自动化仓库的特点、分类以及基本构成;(3)掌握自动化仓库的规划与设计基本原则和方法。第七章 动态布置设计与改善第一节 动态布置设计第二节 精益生产与布置设计第三节 精益生产与价值流图析基本要求:(1)理解动态布置设计的重要性以及精益生产与布置设计的关系;(2)掌握价值流图析的分析技术。第八章 计算机辅助设施设计第一节 计算机辅助设施设计概述第二节 计算机辅助系统规
7、划技术第三节 设施布置的绩效分析与评价基本要求:(1)了解计算机辅助设施布置设计的作用与地位以及发展趋势;(2)理解计算机辅助系统规划技术的基本原理、目标及用途;(3)掌握计算机辅助设施布置设计的基本方法:FACTORY-PLAN、FACTORY-OPT 及FACTORY-FLOW。第九章 物流系统的建模与仿真第一节 概述第二节 仿真工具介绍第三节 系统建模及仿真实例:垃圾回收物流系统基本要求:(1)了解计算机仿真软件的发展、系统模型的分类以及建立模型时应遵循的基本原则;(2)理解系统建模及仿真的基本流程以及物流系统建模的重要意义;(3)掌握使用witness软件包进行物流与供应链系统的建模与

13、s were way before my time.As a kid, I was fascinated with what goes on in the sky, and when NASA pulled the plug on the shuttle program I was heartbroken. Yet the privatized space race has renewed my childhood dreams to reach for the stars.As a meteorologist, Ive still seen many important weather an
14、d space events, but right now, if you were sitting next to me, youd hear my foot tapping rapidly under my desk. Im anxious for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge of space.You and I will have the c
15、hance to watch a man take a leap into an unimaginable free fall from the edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sk
16、y to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into unch
17、arted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of ou
18、r atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (c
19、apsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be
20、 very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8
21、.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 fe
22、et (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard
23、. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds
24、. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its n
25、ot needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses
26、consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
