1、如何使用P4系统,进入P4系统 打印价签及条码 库存及销量查询 单品及供应商资料 订退货系统 促销进售价维护 日/周/月检查报表,进入P4系统,用户名和密码均为rf,进入P4系统,用户名分级别：课长级别为“课别+301”，员工级别为“课别+201”。之后回车输入密码即可。,进入P4系统,输入课别,输入Y 以确认,Y,如何使用P4系统,进入P4系统 打印价签及条码 库存及销量查询 单品及供应商资料 订退货系统 促销进售价维护 日/周/月检查报表,打印价签及条码,选择4,再选择7,打印价签及条码,选择1和2可打印条码和价签,备注：价签的大小在主页面3 单品资料维护中维护,如何使用P4系统,进入P4
2、系统 打印价签及条码 库存及销量查询 单品及供应商资料 订退货系统 促销进售价维护 日/周/月检查报表,库存及销量查询(查询),选择“5 订货作业”,选择“3 单品库存查询”,当月累计的正常，促销及总销量,如是终止单品，会显示终止月份,期末库存(497)=昨日库存(17)+当日到货(480)+赠品(0)-当日销售(0)-退货(0)+-调整(0),正在促销，以促销售价维护的期限为准,订单被取消,库存及销量查询(查询),库存及销量查询(库存报表),选择“5 订货作业”,选择“6 单品库存汇总报表”,库存及销量查询(库存报表),自取所需,库存及销量查询(销售报表),选择“8 每日营业报表”,选择“4

6、品资料下维护所得,订量公式,=满盘面量*100%,订退货系统(退货),选择“5 订货作业”,选择“C 退货数量维护”,订退货系统(退货),已生成的退单的状态,退单号会自动生成，退货日期选择当日。输入厂商及单品号后维护退货数量,系统根据是否在促销售价期选择N或P,备注：OP于每月底取消尚未退货的退单。所以部门于月初重新维护需退货的退单,订退货系统(退货),也可用RF枪维护退货单，请参阅“RF退货维护”培训资料,如何使用P4系统,进入P4系统 打印价签及条码 库存及销量查询 单品及供应商资料 订退货系统 促销进售价维护 日/周/月检查报表,促销进售价维护及查询,选择“4 单品条码与促销价维护”,选
