9、in China 2,(二),EGR系统在中国的发展,A more stringent vehicle emission standardequivalent to the Euro III has beenimplemented on July 1,2007 in China;meanwhile,Beijing adopted a standardequivalent to Europe IV to the light-dutydiesel vehicles from January 1,2007;in2008,light petrol vehicles,light gasvehicles,
10、heavy diesel vehicles will alsobe implemented to meet the IV emissionstandards.Currently,Chinas commercial vehiclediesel engine plant mostly adopthigh-pressure common rail fuel injectionsystems such as Weichai,Daewoo,DongfengCummins,FAW,Yuchai(All supplied by Bosch)to meet the emission standards III
11、.As amore stringent vehicle emission standard,in addition to high-pressure injectionsystems(common rail,pump nozzles,pumpsmonomer),plant still need to includepost-processing techniques,such asselective catalytic reduction(SCR)orexhaust gas recirculation(EGR)to meet theemission standards.Automobile e
12、xhaust gas is a non-combustiblegas(excluding fuel and oxidizer),notparticipate in the combustion chamber.Exhaust gas recycle(EGR)system adjustssmall amount of exhaust gas return to theintake manifold,and mix with combustiblegas in combustion chamber to reducecombustion temperature and pressure tored
13、uce the production of nitric oxide.Therefore,the exhaust gas recycle(EGR)system can effectively reduce the emissionsof nitrogen oxide(NOX)excretion.Up tonow,exhaust gas recycle system is widelyused on electronic-controlled gasolineengines.,Page 3,我国从 2007 年 7 月 1 日起,已在全国全面实施国(相当于欧)排放标准。北京已于 2005 年 1
14、2月 30 日实施国标准。同时北京从 2007 年 1 月 1 日起,对轻型柴油车新车执行国(相当于欧)排放标准,2008 年轻型汽油车,轻型燃气汽车、重型柴油车将执行国排放标准。目前,我国商用车柴油发动机厂大多采用高压共轨燃油喷射系统如潍柴、大宇、东风康明斯、一汽锡柴、玉柴等都采用博世公司高压共轨系统来满足国排放标准,而要符合国排放标准除采用高压喷射系统(共轨、泵喷嘴、单体泵)外,还需采用后处理技术,如选择性催化还原(SCR)或废气再循环(EGR)汽车废气是一种不可燃气体(不含燃料和氧化剂),在燃烧室内不参与燃烧。废气再循环(EGR)系统通过使少量的废气进入进气歧管,与可燃混合气一起进入燃烧
15、室燃烧从而降低燃烧温度和压力,以减少氧化氮的生成量。因此,废气再循环(EGR)系统可以有效降低废气中的氧化氮(NOX)的排出量。,1.3 Overview of the Chinese EGR-System MarketIn order to dig out Chinese main EGR-SystemSuppliers at present,I searched officialnews from“State Environmental ProtectionAdministration of CHINA(SEPA)”(I noticedthat SEPA would promulgate“
16、New type of vehicleand engine meet vehicle emission standards II&III”termly.Before 2007,We can dig out a lotof detailed information for most vehiclesand engines in China(including the EGRmodel/production plant).Due to thevalidity of information,I download thelatest file before 2007 which ispromulgat

26、s.Page 5,LS60EP/Wuxi Longsheng从以上的名单可以看出:1 截至 2006 年底,中国采用 EGR 系统的车型和发动机型仍然偏少,多数整车厂和发动机厂是通过其他的途径保证尾气的排放标准符合国家标准。2 目前国内使汽车柴油发动机达到欧排放标准的常用措施是采用增压中冷技术。为达到更加严格的欧及以上标准,就需采用EGR 系统来进一步降低 NOX 排放。因此,采用 EGR 系统的国三标准的车型与发动机型远多于国二标准的型号。未来随着对环境的关注将导致对尾气排放标准的不断提高,采用 EGR 的车型与发动机型将越来越多。3 多数的 EGR 系统由日本厂商提供,当然这也与企业的背景

29、the agent relationship for GM.2.2 Development stageThe YC4F light diesel engine produced byGuangxi Yuchai firstly adopt emissionrecycling(EGR)technology in 2005,a newrecord in the domestic industry6.Icontact Mr.Chen who released theinformation at that time,he introducedthat the engine was fully deve

31、 YinlunMachinery Co.,Ltd.was named as thedominant product of Chinas Auto Partsdevelopment programs in future 5 years,Page 6,二发展历程为全面了解中国 EGR 系统研发和生产的历程,以下是我搜集到的一些信息:(一)起步阶段(1)2004 年 8 月,江苏江淮动力股份有限公司就“用于非道路用柴机降排放的机械式EGR(废气再循环)”进行技术难题招标4,由于相关负责人已离职,无法得到此项目的后续发展情况。但由此可知,国内的EGR系统研发生产在 2004 年刚刚开始起步。(2)由于
32、EGR系统的核心部件是EGR阀,据“上海巴士实业(集团)股份有限公司”2005 年的供应商名单5,由上海灵强实业公司代理的通用公司生产的EGR阀单件报价为 450RMB。我联系了该公司邱经理,他表示因为目前国内的EGR阀已能自主生产,且为各主机厂配套,市场已比较成熟,因此该司已不代理EGR阀。(二)发展阶段(1)广西玉柴机器股份有限公司 2005 年YC4F轻型柴油机采用行业领先的排放废气再循环(简称EGR)技术,创国内行业新纪录6。我就此消息联系信息发布方“广西企业联合会/广西企业家协会”的陈先生,他表示“玉柴”的此款柴油机当时系完全自主研发,因此创国内行业新记录。可见,国内的EGR系统研发
33、生产在 2005 年已经有了一定的发展。(2)2006 年 7 月,中国科技部科技型中小企业技术创新基金管理中心7发布的待验收项目中有宜宾天工机械股份有限公司的“汽车废气再循环装置(EGR阀)工业化生产”项目。(三)生产阶段(1)2006 年 10 月,浙江银轮机械股份有限公司的“废气再循环(EGR)冷却器”项目被评为中国科技部公布的“2006 年国家火炬计划环境建设项目”。同时,该项目被列为列入国家发改委中国汽车零部件“十一五”专项发展规划重点发展产品,为重点发展EGR冷却器,该公司已于 2007 年 4 月 18 日在深圳证券交易所上市8。,4,3.Development Status3.
