1、2013届本科毕业论文（设 计）基于的Pro/E双动液压缸的设计与造型 学生姓名： 所在系别： 机械工程系 所学专业：_ 机械设计制造及其自动化 _ 导师姓名： 完成时间： 2014年5月10日 基于Pro/E的双动液压缸的设计与造型 摘 要 液压缸是将液压能转变为机械能的、做直线往复运动（或摆动运动）的液压执行元件。它结构简单、工作可靠。用它来实现往复运动时，可免去减速装置，并且没有传动间隙，运动平稳，因此在各种机械的气压系统中得到广泛应用。气压缸输出力和活塞有效面积及其两边的压差成正比；气压缸基本上由缸筒和缸盖、活塞和活塞杆、密封装置、缓冲装置与排气装置组成。缓冲装置与排气装置视具体应用场
2、合而定，其他装置则必不可少。本文主要介绍利用了pro engineer辅助设计平台，根据液压缸工程图绘制三维建模的过程。Pro/Engineer5.0 是 3D 产品设计的行业标准。作为业界领先的生产效率工具，它促进用户采用最佳设计做法，同时确保遵守业界和公司的标准。集成的参数化 3D CAD/CAM/CAE 解决方案可让您的设计速度比以前都要快，同时最大限度地增强创新力度并提高质量，最终创造出不同凡响的产品。ProE5.0是Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 野火版 5.0版本的简称。 液压缸的设计包括了活塞杆、导向套、缸筒、液压缸、密封圈等零件。本文结合看工程图和计算机辅程技术，先
3、依据总的装配图想象模型，然后在了解总的情况后再一一细画每一个零件，然后根据装配图的尺寸搭配确定气压缸的安装思路，最后连接螺栓，螺塞等，完成气压缸的三维装配。 关键词：液动技术，液压缸，设计，proe而刑法第20条第3款规定：对正在进行行凶、杀人、抢劫、强奸、绑架以及其他严重危及人身安全的暴力犯罪，采取防卫行为，造成不法侵害人伤亡的，不属于防卫过当，不负刑事责任。本案甲的行为属于转化型抢劫罪，应适用特殊正当防卫的规定。前文分析了我国刑法关于正当防卫的理论采用的是相当说，特别情况下适用必需说。笔者认为这是符合我国刑法关于正当防卫的立法宗旨和司法实践的。我国刑法鼓励公民实行正当防卫，保障公民合理行使
4、正当防卫权。如果一味的强调相当说，要求必要限度原则上应以制止不法侵害所必需为标准，同时要求防卫行为与不法侵害行为在手段、强度等不存在过于悬殊的差异，那么则不利于对一些犯罪进行正当防卫。所以个案在特殊情况下适用我国刑法第20条第3款的规定，即必需说的理论。这既有利于打击犯罪维护公民的合法权益，又有利于提高公民的法律意识。 Acknowledgements My deepest gratitude goes first and foremost to Professor aaa , my supervisor, for her constant encouragement and guidance
