2、dding,Table manners,The teachers will change their teaching plan according to the different level of the different students ability and they will not abandon a student since he cannot follow.,American educators fear that unless creativity has been acquired early,it may never emerge;on the other hand
3、,skills can be picked up later.,China has implemented a set of reforms known as“quality education”.This policy,which aims at teaching creativity and emphasizes character development,has resulted in certain concrete shifts including changes to textbooks,an increased emphasis on oral skills in languag
4、e learning.,Chinese teachers are fearful that if skills are not acquired early,they may never be acquired;there is,on the other hand,no comparable hurry to promote creativity.,In the best Chinese tradition,they were ba zhe shou jiao-teaching by holding his hands-so much so that he could happily come
5、 back for more.,Education is culture,and different education shows different societies culture;the American education system may not be good for Chinese society.Hence,different education has to follow the social background.American is likely to view life,just do a series of situation in which one ha
6、s to learn to think for oneself,to solve problems on ones own and even to discover new problems for which creative solutions are wanted.,In China,people pay much attention to their trouditional festivals.The Spring festival is the most important festival in China.It is on January 1st according to th
7、e Chinese lunar calendar.Its Chinas New years Day So usually a month before the festiva,people begin to buy food clothes and decorations for houses.,On New Year Eve,each family will gather together eating,talking and watching TV for almost the whole night.The children are the happiest of all because
8、 they can get presents from their parents or grand-parents.,Christmas is a joyful religious holiday,people can eat delicious foods,such as turkey,beef and so on.,Saint Nicholas is represented as a kindly man with a red cloak and long white beard.Most children believe that Santa Claus lives at the No
9、rth Pole.He decides what presents to give to the good children.Each child hung a stocking,or sock,over the fireplace.Santa entered down the chimney and left candy and presents inside the socks for the children.On the morning of Christmas day.Each child cant wait to open his or her eyes to see what S
10、anta has left in the stocking.,Chritmas is the day that Jesus Christ was born.people in the world celebrate and worship this day in his honor.The santa claus will come out and send presents for children.Christmas cards and decorated trees are all over the place.The carolling of Christmas songs echo
11、through the air.I am not a Chirstian,but I also enjoy the atmosphere of Chrismas.I wish everybody have a merry Chirismas.,Spring Festival is the most importantand popular festival in China.Before Spring Festival,the people usually clean and decorate their houses.And they go to the Flower Fairs to bu
12、y some flowers.During Spring Festival,the adults usually give lucky money to children.People often get together and have a big meal.Some people eat dumpling for dinner.And I love Spring Festival.,In China,the bride and bridegroom would in red because we believe that the red colour reprents lucky and
13、 the wedding would be host in the bridegrooms house.,People may put jujubes,peanuts,longans,lotus seeds in the bride and bridegrooms new bed hoping they can quikely give birth to babies.,In some develped counries such as western countries,the bride are always in her white wedding grown and their wed
14、ding will be host in a church.They believe that white is the symbol of purety,loyal and selfless love.,Chinese wedding customs are still maintained traditional style.Wedding on ceremony,marriage is a series of courtesy dazzling:three books Six Man,for G spectrum,had Wending,over gift,the bed,dowry,t
15、op,wedding.,Chinese wedding wearing a red cheongsam,while Western wear is a white wedding dress.,China wedding needs Baitang,while Western wedding just sworn.,In the traditional custom,the bride can not just see people.But Western wedding is not like that.,The West,everyone has their own plate of fo
16、od,they use forks,plates,wine cup and knife,Americans usually pay attantion to the calories,vitamins,proteins and so on.,in China the dishes are placed on the table and everybody shares.Peole use chopsticks,spoons,bowls,plates to have meals.,Chinese often use those words such as:colour,smell,taste,s
17、harp to describe the food.,Having foods is the basic thing in peoples life,different countries have different eating cultures,and we should follow some table manners in some counties.In China,using their chopsticks to put food in your bowl or plate is a sign of politeness.And in Western countries,so
