2、学生活接近尾声时,我们进行了为期近四个月的毕业设计。毕业设计是对大学四年来我们所学到的基础知识和专业知识的一次系统性的总结与综合运用,同时也是培养我们分析问题和解决问题能力的良好的机会,而且毕业设计也是大学教学的最后一个重要环节。因此,认真踏实地做好这次毕业设计不仅意味着我们能否顺利毕业,而且对今后我们走上工作岗位后能否很出色的做好自己的工作也有十分重要意义。另外,毕业设计还可以培养我们独立思考,开发思维和协调工作的能力,这对今后踏入社会以后能否尽快地适应社会也有很大的帮助。机械工业的生产水平是一个国家现代化建设水平的主要标志之一。这是因为工业、农业、国防和科学技术的现代化程度,都会通过机械工

3、业的发展程度反映出来。人们之所以要广泛使用机器,是由于机器既能承担人力所不能或不便进行的工作,又能较人工生产改进产品的质量,特别是能够大大提高劳动生产率和改善劳动条件。机械工业肩负着为国民经济各个部门提供技术装备和促进技术改造的重要任务,在现代化建设的进程中起着主导和决定性的作用。所以通过大量设计制造和广泛使用各种各样先进的机器,就能大大加强和促进国民经济发展的力度,加速我国的社会主义现代化建设。机械加工工艺是实现产品设计,保证产品质量、节约能源、降低成本的重要手段,是企业进行生产准备,计划调度、加工操作、生产安全、技术检测和健全劳动组织的重要依据,也是企业上品种、上质量、上水平,加速产品更新

4、,提高经济效益的技术保证。然而夹具又是制造系统的重要组成部分,不论是传统制造,还是现代制造系统。因此,好的设计可以提高产品劳动生产率,保证和提高加工精度,降低生产成本等,还可以扩大机床的使用范围,从而使产品在保证精度的前提下提高效率、降低成本。当今激烈的市场竞争和企业信息化的要求,企业对设计及制造提出了更高的要求。我们这些即将大学毕业的机械工程及自动化专业的学生,要进行对本专业所学习的知识进行综合的运用和掌握,为此我们要进行毕业设计,要自己动手进行思考问题,为社会主义现代化建设的发展贡献力量,也要从此迈出展现自己价值的第一步。 通过实际学习,大量资料的查阅,并在老师的指导下完成这次设计任务,根

5、据生产的要求,设计台式电风扇的摇头装置,以及节约劳动力,节约生产成本,提高生产的效率。但由于本人的水平有限,结合生产实际应用设备的能力有限,故没有能够做到很详1、设计要求设计台式电风扇的摇头装置要求能左右旋转并可调节俯仰角。以实现一个动力下扇叶旋转和摇头动作的联合运动效果。台式电风扇的摇头机构,使电风扇作摇头动作(在一定的仰角下随摇杆摆动)。风扇的直径为300mm,电扇电动机转速n=1450r/min,电扇摇头周期t=10s。电扇摆动角度、仰俯角度与急回系数K的设计要求及任务分配见表。方案号电扇摇摆转动电扇仰俯转动仰角/()摆角/()急回系数KH1151.06272、设计任务: 按给定的主要参

6、数,拟定机械传动系统总体方案; 画出机构运动方案简图; 分配蜗轮蜗杆、齿轮传动比,确定他们的基本参数,设计计算几何尺寸; 确定电扇摇摆转动的平面连杆机构的运动学尺寸,它应满足摆角及急回系数K条件下使最小传动角最大。并对平面连杆机构进行运动分析,绘制运动线图,验算曲柄存在的条件; 编写设计计算说明书;3、功能分解显然为完成风扇左右俯仰的吹风过程需要实现下列运动功能要求:1. 在扇叶旋转的同时扇头能左右摆动一定的角度,因此,需要设计相应的左右摆动机构(本方案设计为双摇杆机构)。2. 为完成风扇可摇头,可不摇头的吹风过程。因此必须设计相应的离合器机构(本方案设计为滑销离合器机构)。3. 扇头的俯仰角

7、调节,这样可以增大风扇的吹风范围。因此,需要设计扇头俯仰角调节机构(本方案设计为外置条件按钮)。4、 机构选用 驱动方式采用电动机驱动。为完成风扇左右俯仰的吹风过程,据上述功能分解,可以分别选用以下机构。机构选型表:功能执行构件工艺动作执行机构减速减速构件周向运动锥齿轮机构执行摇头滑销上下运动离合机构左右摆动连杆左右往复运动曲柄摇杆机构俯仰撑杆上下运动滑块机构1,减速机构选用 图1:锥齿轮减速机构图2:蜗杆减速机构由于蜗杆蜗轮啮合齿轮间的相对滑动速度较大,摩擦磨损大,传动效率较低,易出现发热现象,常需要用较贵的减磨耐磨材料来制造蜗轮,制造精度要求高,刀具费用昂贵,成本高。锥齿轮可以用来传递两相

9、们可以选用凸轮机构,多杆机构,滑块机构齿轮机构等.但四杆机构更容易制造,制造精度要求也不是很高,并且四杆机构能实现摆幅也更广更容易实现,最重要的是它的制造成本比较低.所以首选四杆机构.从以上两个简图中我们不难看出方案一比方案二多了一个齿轮盘,所以方案二更好.7、机构组合据上述功能机构的分析我们选用以下机构来实现电风扇的减速、摇头、俯仰运动。图38、功能的实现摇头风扇由电机、齿轮机构、摇头连杆机构等组成。可具体分为:1、减速机构:采用齿轮机构实现电机轴高速旋转的降速以带动摇头曲柄。 2、摇头机构:将电机输出的转动经过连杆传动机构,最终转化为扇头的摆动。3、控制机构:由一个滑销离合器实现风扇是否摇

10、头控制。曲柄齿轮轴的上下移动,实现了滑销离合器的结合与断开。同时也伴随着伞齿轮的啮合与脱离,实现了摇头动作的控制4、扇叶旋转:扇叶直接安装于电动机主轴之上,实现其旋转运动。9、机构的设计摇头风扇有电机,齿轮机构,摇头连杆机构等组成。具体可分为:1. 减速机构:采用锥齿轮机构实现,电机轴高速旋转的降速以带动摇头双摇杆机构转动。2. 摇头机构:将电机输出的转动经过连杆传动机构,最终转化为扇头的摆动。3. 控制机构:由一个滑销离合器实现风扇是否摇头的控制。曲柄齿轮轴的上下移动实现了滑销离合器的结合与断开。同时也伴随锥齿轮与脱离,实现了摇头动作的控制。4. 扇叶旋转:扇叶直接安装于电动机主轴之上,可实

11、现其高速旋转运动。10、传动方案设计:经过电动机的运转,所有动力都来源于电动机,再经过一对锥齿轮机构的传动,实现减速将动力传动给摇头机构,由曲柄摇杆机构实现左右摇头运动。滑销离合器实现风扇摇头的控制,当滑销下滑实现摇头,上提则停止摇头,外置手调俯仰角按钮置于风扇立柱与扇头相接处,顺时针转动调节为增大仰角,逆时针旋转为增大俯角。方案如下图所示:11、方案评价及相关计算:本设计方案最大的特点是它采用一对锥齿轮机构实现运动的改变和减速作用。采用追齿轮机构传动可使扇头结构紧凑,有确定的 传动比等优点。其次,采用滑销离合器实现是否摇头的控制,结构比较简单,使用方便,经济又实惠。同时,采用曲柄摇杆机构实现

12、扇头的左右摇摆,可以实现较大范围的摆动。制作起来经济且精度也要求不是很高便于制造。 (1)由速比系数K计算极位角。由式知,其中K=1.06,(2)选择合适的比例尺,作图求摇杆的极限位置。取摇杆长度lCD除以比例尺得图中摇杆长CD,以CD为半径、任定点D为圆心、任定点C1为起点做弧C,使弧C所对应的圆心角等于或大于最大摆角,连接D点和C1点的线段C1D为摇杆的一个极限位置,过D点作与C1D夹角等于最大摆角的射线交圆弧于C2点得摇杆的另一个极限位置C2D。图3:按行程速比系数设计四杆机构(3)求曲柄铰链中心。过C1点在D点同侧作C1C2的垂线H,过C2点作与D点同侧与直线段C1C2夹角为(900)

13、的直线J交直线H于点P,连接C2P,在直线段C2P上截取C2P/2得点O,以O点为圆点、OP为半径,画圆K ,在C1C2弧段以外在K上任取一点A为铰链中心。(4)求曲柄和连杆的铰链中心。连接A、C2点得直线段AC2为曲柄与连杆长度之和,以A点为圆心、AC1为半径作弧交AC2于点E,可以证明曲柄长度AB = C2E/2,于是以A点为圆心、C2E/2为半径画弧交AC2于点B2为曲柄与连杆的铰接中心。(5)计算各杆的实际长度。分别量取图中AB2、AD、B2C2的长度,计算得:曲柄长lAB =AB2,连杆长lBC =B2C2 ,机架长 lAD =AD。根基要求可以确定:令连杆长度:b=125mm,最大
