43、面。提出了制定电液控制系统相关元部件生产制造统一标准、统一过滤元件行业标准及建立电液控制系统工作面主动预防与被动过滤防护相结合的清洁度控制体系的重要性,建立健全过滤防护体系,进一步发挥国产支架电液控制系统性能。关键词:液压支架;电液控制系统;过滤体系;过滤精度1、液压支架电液控制系统的优势液压支架电液控制系统是由单片机、传感器等电子装置和液压回路控制部件组成的,可以根据生产需要控制液压支架自动动作的系统。可以将液压支架的降架、拉架、升架、推移前部输送机、拉后部输送机、收护帮板、伸护帮板、喷雾洒水及放顶煤等动作由原来的人工手动操作改为电液自动控制、程序化操作,能够与高效采煤机相匹配加快工作面推进

44、速度,显著提高采煤工作面的生产效率。可以实现跟机自动化作业、降低劳动强度、改善劳动条件、减少工作面的操作人员。可以解决特殊地质条件和困难生产条件下的生产工艺问题,例如在薄煤层工作面人员无法在工作面内操作的条件下,可以实现无人化工作面(需与刨煤机系统配合使用)。可实现多架同时推输送机并可定量推进,保证输送机平缓弯曲,避免中部槽连接处产生过大的应力,延长输送机的寿命,同时可以保护工作面输送机的平直性,实现工作面的平直推移。易于实现带压移架,对于保护顶板的稳定性和防止冒顶事故非常有利。可以较好地控制支架初撑力,显著改善支护效果和工作面管理水平。2、国内外的应用情况国外在20世纪70年代开始开发研制液

45、压支架用电控系统,80年代进入实质性应用阶段。到了90年代,液压支架电液自动控制技术已经成熟,工作性能和可靠性已能满足使用要求,因而发展十分迅速,成为发达产煤国家综采工作面液压支架的标准控制装备。据不完全统计,目前已有300多个综采工作面使用电液控制液压支架,主要集中在美国、澳大利亚、德国、中国、斯洛文尼亚、南非、俄罗斯、波兰、墨西哥、加拿大等国家。目前中国有131个综采工作面使用电液控制系统,PM31电液控制系统是目前国产液压支架的主流电液控制系统,占国产液压支架电液控制系统市场80%以上的份额。待添加的隐藏文字内容13、目前面临的问题、原因及解决途径随着电液控制系统的推广应用,也遇到了一些

46、问题,制约着电液控制系统的使用和性能的充分发挥,具体表现在以下几个方面:系统液压元件故障率较全套引进系统相比偏高一些,特别是在工作面试生产和生产初期。近几年,随着国内生产加工水平的提高,支架以及电液换向阀等液压元件实现了国产化,通过几个厂家来共同进行系统配套,这就出现了一个新的问题,各个厂家根据各自产品性能要求 确定制造标准,而没有考虑到整个电液控制系统的性能要求。以清洁度为例,国内支架在生产知道电液控支架时还是沿用原有手动控制系统支架生产清洁度控制标准,这就造成支架使用问题,但由于电液控制换向阀对清洁度要求高,整个支架电液控制系统使用初期电磁先导阀和主阀由于污染损坏严重,故障率增加。一般都需

47、要一段时间(一两个月)的使用后,系统才能恢复正常。这还是以有一个好的过滤系统为前提。如果过滤系统在这个过程由于污染严重堵塞失效,将造成真个液压系统恶性循环,系统故障率进一步增加,甚至造成系统瘫痪。目前,迫切需要根据电液控制系统要求,制定电液控制系统相关元部件加工制造标准,从而确保整个电液控制系统的可靠稳定运行。由于电液控制换向阀结构及性能需要介质清洁度高,系统均配套25m的精密过滤器,对介质和乳化液配比提出了新的要求。随着这几年电液控制系统在国内的推广应用,普遍出现了由于乳化液选择不合格、浓度配比不合理造成介质中粘稠状物质析出,以致工作面过滤系统严重堵塞,支架动作缓慢或不能动作,滤芯大面积堵塞

48、失效。过滤系统标准不统一,部分国产化滤芯制造质量不合格,以次充好,造成电液控制系统不稳定,故障率高等。目前国内对过滤精度的定义各行业标准不统一,甚至一些滤芯生产厂家和用户不知道过滤精度的定义方法,而国际上关于过滤精度有几种不同的定义方法,大致有三种:1)液压过滤技术使用规定的实验粉末(ISOMTD),试验标准为ISO16889多次通过实验法。凡采用ISO16889和试验粉末为ISOMTD者,在标准过滤器的精度时用(C)注明。该试验法是将试验系统加入统一浓度ISOMTD粉末后,在过滤器上下游分别取样测试,并选择合适的至少5种颗粒尺寸范围,用颗粒计数器测定并计数。上游某尺寸颗粒数比下游同尺寸颗粒数

49、,比值为。值取5,20,75,200,2000定为自己企业评定过滤器水平(这一比值就是过滤效率)。假如5m颗粒上下游比值为20,则可理解为5m过滤效率为95%。通常标注过滤器精度写成=20,x为所测定=20的那一颗粒尺寸。 汽车、工程车、一般设备润滑、燃油等过滤器大多用SAE806b标准。它采用最大颗粒通过法,使用玻璃微珠或AC试验粉末,在试验台上加入粉末后从过滤器下游取样,液样用微孔滤膜(0.8或0.5m)过滤并收集颗粒,然后在显微镜下查看。如果发现最大颗粒为20m,则过滤精度为20m。空气滤清器、净化环境用滤器,通常以重量过滤效率标称过滤特性。习惯称几个“9”使用试验粉末为ACFTD。以上3种滤器的过滤精度虽然定义不同,但都基于一种测试方法,即颗粒传输法
