24、示,台车架采用摆轴式结构,它与平衡梁通过专用铰接机构相连,充分满足推土机工作中对台车架的摆动要求;与机架之间通过相互独立的枢轴固定,枢轴为可拆卸式结构,整机大部分重量通过枢轴直接传递给机架,大大减轻了推土机在工作时传动系统所受到的冲击力,延长了传动系统的使用寿命;摆轴结构省去传统结构台车架的斜支撑,简化了结构、改善了加工工艺性、降低了生产成本、提高了刚性;由于终传动与台车架分开,可以在不拆卸台车架的情况下直接维修终传动,便于维修保养。图 工作装置操纵 工作装置操纵采用先导控制系统,铲刀所有动作:提升、下降、左右倾斜及浮动,通过一个手柄完成,操纵非常省力,轻便灵敏,准确可靠。图所示为推土铲操纵手

25、柄。同时,该机所配松土器也采用了先导液压控制系统。 行驶操纵及停车制动系统图行驶操纵采用液压比例伺服控制系统,该系统由专用的先导齿轮泵供油,把前进、后退、左右转向及静液压驱动特有的原地转向性能集中于一个手柄,同时该手柄还集成了行车喇叭、快慢挡切换及倒车报警等,从而大大简化了行驶操纵系统,使驾驶员能集中精力工作。 当控制手柄处于中立位置时,便切断了进入变量泵比例伺服控制阀的动力油,液压泵排量为零,液压马达闭锁,车辆不能行走,从而达到安全制动的目的。为确保车辆安全,该机还在一级从动齿轮轴上设计了停车安全制动器(或称紧急停车制动器),该制动器为常闭式,当发动机熄火或行驶操纵手柄处于中立位置时,制动器

26、在弹簧力作用下闭锁,实现车辆制动;而当操纵行驶手柄时,在控制油液的作用下打开制动器,使推土机行驶。停车制动器可以通过制动操纵手柄及紧急制动按钮控制,操纵其中的任何一个,均可实现车辆制动。 传动系统 如图所示,推土机采用双泵双回路闭式液压系统,由发动机驱动双联变量泵,带动柱塞式变量液压马达,组成静液压驱动系统,最后经终传动驱动履带行驶和转向。每侧履带均由独立的静液压系统驱动,使推土机可以轻松地实现原地转向,大大增强了该推土机的机动性及工作适用性。图控制系统采用我公司独特的发动机闭环恒功率控制系统,由中央控制器()根据推土机所受负荷大小随时调节变量泵的斜盘角度,控制驱动系统流量,使整机能根据外负荷

27、的大小自动调节行驶速度,充分满足推土机工作时对行驶速度及功率的要求,确保整机工作效率,防止发动机过载并能充分利用发动机功率。 推土机的驱动马达采用电控两挡变量马达,整机前进及后退均为两挡,以满足不同工况的需要。 智能显示报警系统 推土机采用完整的智能三级显示报警系统,通过仪表板上的仪表、指示灯、蜂鸣器及液晶显示器随时通报有关车辆运行的各种信息,如:发动机水温、机油压力、液压油温度、工作时间、发动机转速及电瓶充放电等;各传感器收集到的信息经判断处理后通过液晶显示器以文字或声音的形式表达出来,如工作时电磁阀的开度、发动机转速及整机出现的故障等;该显示器还可以根据工作需要选择发动机的工作模式。图 维

28、修保养 由于采用了静液压传动系统,省去了液力传动推土机的变矩器、动力换挡变速器、中央传动、转向离合器及转向制动器等部件,大大简化了整机结构,使传动系统的维修保养非常方便。 为了便于对各液压系统测压,以助于维修保养,该机采用了集中测压方式,所有的测压点均设在左箱体内,打开箱体盖便可看见,非常方便。该机左右发动机罩、左箱体盖均采用油气弹簧支撑,打开时省时、省力。 整机造型及司机视野 该机整机造型美观独特,驾驶室采用六面体结构,尽量加大驾驶室左右门宽度,推土铲提升液压缸前置,与传统造型相比,极大地改善了视野。 配置情况 /驾驶室、直倾铲及后牵引架是本机的标准配置。同时,用户可根据不同用途选装角铲、松土器及冷暖空调。
