1、XX市发电厂五期工程国产高压闸阀、截止阀技术协议目 录附件1技术规范1附件3 技术资料和交付进度11附件4 交货进度11附件5 监造、检验和性能验收试验11附件6、价格表(略)附件7 技术服务和联络11附件7 技术服务和联络11附件8 分包商/外购部件情况11附件10 技术性能违约金支付条件11附件1技术规范1 总则1.1本技术规范书适用于XX市发电厂五期工程的各系统国产闸阀、截止阀等阀门。它提出了国产闸阀、截止阀等阀门的功能设计、结构、性能、安装和试验等方面的技术要求。1.2 本技术规范提出的是最低限度的技术要求,并未对一切技术要求作出详细规定,也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文,卖方应保证提
2、供符合本协议和相关的国际国内工业标准的优质产品。1.3 卖方对国产国产闸阀、截止阀等阀门(包括附件)负有全责,即包括分包(或采购)的产品。分包(或采购)的产品制造商应事先征得买方的认可。1.4 本技术规范所使用的标准若与卖方书执行的标准发生矛盾时,按较严格的标准执行。1.5 本技术规范经买卖双方共同确认和签字后将作为订货合同的附件,与订货合同正文具有同等效力。未尽事宜由双方协商解决。1.6 在合同签订后,买方有权因规范、标准、规程发生变化而提出一些补充要求,具体内容双方共同商定。1.7 本工程采用KKS标识系统。卖方在中标后提供的技术资料(包括图纸)和设备、系统标识必须有KKS编码。具体标识要

33、。(4) 所有阀门均应进行噪声计算,并提供计算结果,噪声标准是距离阀体1米处不超过85分贝。(5) 阀门与管道采用对口焊接,阀体进出口与接管口径应取得一致,对于阀门与管道接口壁厚无法满足焊接要求的应加过渡段,同时如阀门接口材料与管道材料不相容卖方也应提供过渡段,过渡段应与阀门焊接后整体提供。(6) 阀门的执行机构的设计应按数据表中系统最大设计压力计算。(7) 所有阀门表面应进行加工,保证外型美观。(8) 所有阀门编号应打印在阀门铭牌上。(9) 所有阀门须作水压试验,试验压力应为系统最大压力的1.5倍,持续时间为不少于20分钟。(10) 所有阀门出厂时名牌均应有相应的KKS编号钢印。(11)所有
34、设备、阀门、附件等必须满足工艺系统的要求,系统内所有的配置在施工图设计阶段按买方审定的意见做相应的调整,并不做价格调整。协议中以“套”为单位的配套设备和材料等,均无条件满足施工图和现场施工的实际要求。(12)所有截止阀阀芯角度水平线夹角是30度4.2.2 执行机构技术要求本规范书内其他条款对执行机构的要求如与本条冲突,则以本条为准。4. 2.2. 1卖方提供的电动执行机构应选用智能型一体化进口优质产品,买方只需提供三相三线380V动力电源和开/关信号就可驱动阀门。电动装置应具有液晶显示面板,运行时在电动装置本体上能够以数字形式连续显示阀门实际位置及电动装置的工作状态,同时作为“免开盖”调试阀门的人机界面。所有控制设备的外壳防护等级不低于IP56。4.4. 2买方提供的控制信号为常开式无源接点信号作为开关型阀门控制,信号制式均为短脉冲信号(不大于3秒),闭合时用于动作阀门。可以通过在电动装置上进行设定,实现阀门的自保持动作方式或无自保持动作方式。4. 2.2. 3所有阀门均提供装置的接线图和特性曲线。4. 2.2.4所有电动阀门在全开全关位置配有四开四闭接点输出的行程开关,开关接点容量为230VAC 3A/230V DC 1A;并均具有连续量阀位信号输出,信号制式为420mADC两线制信号。卖方提供的电动装置与买方DCS的接口信号包括:(1)电动装置输出到买方DCS系统的
