1、YL、YLKK系列中型高压三相异步电动机（机座号355-630）的功率等级、电气性能和安装尺寸及公差均符合国家标准GB755旋转电机定额和性能、国际电工委员会标准IEC34-1旋转电机定额和性能和机械行业标准JB/T7593、JB/T10315.1、JB/T10315.2等。本系列电动机的外壳防护等级根据GB4942.1和IEC34-5旋转电机外壳防护等级的标准分别有IP23、IP44和IP54四种。电动机采用国际上流行的箱式结构，机座和端盖均由钢板焊接而成，刚度好、重量轻。定子采用外压装结构。定子绕组采用F级绝缘材料和防晕材料，绕组端部固定采用特殊绑扎工艺、牢固可靠，整个定子采用真空压力浸漆
2、F级无溶剂漆（VPI）处理。由此，电动机具有优良可靠的绝缘性能和防潮、抗冲击能力。本系列电动机鼠笼转子有铸铝和铜条两种。铸铝转子由纯铝浇铸而成，无转子断条现象，使用可靠；电动机转子采用铜笼转子时转子导条与端环采用中频焊接，且转子铜条经槽内紧固工艺处理，因而具有较高的可靠性。YL、YLKK Series,medium size high Voltage,three-phase asynchronous motors(Frame No.355-630) mounting demensions and tolerance are coincident with GB755Rotating elect
3、ric motor foundmental technic requirement，International Electrical committee standard IEC34-1Rotating electric motor rating and propertyand machinery-profession standards JB/T/7593 JB/T10315.1etc.The grade of protection for outer cover in accordance with GB4942 and IEC34-5Rotating electric motor out
4、er cover protective gradestandard,there are four grades ie IP23 、IP44 and IP54.The construction of these series is a world wide current tank shape.the motors grame is made of steel plate and welded into a form,thus the rigidiy is good and with a light weight.The stator with outer-press-assembly stru
5、cture is adopted.stator is made of F-grade insulation and electric-crown proof material,a special banding technology is used for winding end part fastening.the whole stator is treated by VPI with F grade solution technology.by this means motor will possess good and reliable insulation property and m
6、oisture proof,anti-inpact capability.The rotor may be divioled into two modes i.e.casting aluminium and copper bar mode.Castmg aluminium rotor is casted with pure aiuminium which are reliable in operation and there is not such phenomenon of rotor conductord to be broken up.The motors rotor copper co
