1、船舶救生消防设备维护须知Ship life-saving fire equipment maintenance Instruction1. 固定式气体（CO2）灭火系统保养须知Fixed gas (CO2) fire-extinguishing system maintenance guidelines1.1. 适用范围：有固定式气体（CO2）灭火系统的船舶。Applicable scope: equipped the fixed gas (CO2) extinguishing system on board.1.2. 保养负责人：三副。Maintenance supervisor :3/O1
2、.3. 保养周期：Maintenance period:1.3.1. 每季度常规检查，三副与水手长共同检查，内容为站室钢瓶操纵装置、通风装置、通讯设备及声、光报警装置。Routine examination, to be carried out by 3/O and bosun, items are as follow cylinder control device, ventilating device, communications equipment and sound and light alarm device. 1.3.2. 所有管路每2年用压力0.5Mpa空气作畅通试验；每45年
3、进行试验压力至少为0.7Mpa气密试验；瓶头阀至分配阀箱的管段每810年进行压力为11.8Mpa的液压试验；管路液压试验后，应将流体排除干净。All piping to be carried out the blowing off test with 0.5Mpa compressed air every 2 years interval, air tightness test to be carried out with 0.7Mpa compressed air every 4-5 years interval, hydraulic test of the pipe between the
4、 cylinder head valves and the distributing box to be carried out with 11.8Mpa compressed air every 4-5 years interval, piping hydraulic test, the residues should be excluded clean fluid.1.3.3. 每五年管系（自分配阀至喷头段）压力试验。由三副负责，注意取得专业机构认可证明。Every five years the piping (from distributing valve to nozzle secti
5、on) pressure tested. 3/O will be responsible for it, pay attention to obtaining professional organizations recognized certificate.1.3.4. 二氧化碳容器在20年后，每隔5年进行一次内部检查。Do internal examination for carbon dioxide containers once every 5 years after 20 years.1.3.5. 瓶头阀应经液压试验，试验压力为24.5MPa。Hydrostatic test of
6、the cylinder valve should be carried out, and the test pressure is 24.5 MPa.1.4. 固定式气体（CO2）灭火系统的保养Fixed gas (CO2) fire extinguishing system maintenance1.4.1. 大型（CO2）灭火站：A large (CO2) fire station:1.4.1.1. 灭火站应有明显的红色标志，门上加锁，钥匙三副保管，备用钥匙大副保管，应急钥匙在灭火站附近封闭的盒子内，盒子用玻璃盖，便于击碎取出钥匙，该钥匙盒应有明显大红色标志。There should b

8、rks.1.4.1.2. 灭火站内清洁干燥，照明充足并应设有应急照明和船舶电话（无电话时，进入人员应携带对讲机并预先约好联系人），通风良好，温度应在045之间，注意防冻与降温。The fire station shoule be clean and dry, lighting adequate and be equipped with emergency lighting and marine telephone (person entered should carry intercom and appoint contacts in advance when there is no phon
9、e), well ventilated and the temperature should between 0-45, and pay attention to freeze and cooling.1.4.1.3. 站内不得堆放与本站无关的杂物。The irrelevant sundry should not be stacked within the station.1.4.1.4. 站内应设有准确的大型（CO2）系统图：各分路阀、总阀、控制阀标牌清楚完好；开关标志明显；施放说明准确、简要；施放手柄与报警器（机舱内声、光报警三分钟）联动有效。There should be a large
10、 (CO2) system diagram in the sttation: each shunt valve, main valve, control valve scutcheon should be clear and intact, switch logo is obvious; the discharge introductions is accurate and briefly, the release handle and alarm (sound and light keep alarming three minutes in the engine room) should b
11、e linkage effective.1.4.2. 钢瓶：Cylinder:1.4.2.1. 钢瓶外观无锈、油漆完好。Appearance of cylinder should be no rust and paint intact.1.4.2.2. 钢瓶水压试验在有效期内，证书有效。Keep the certificate valid and cylinder hydrostatic test within the period of validity.1.4.2.3. 钢瓶内灭火剂充装率不应大于0.67kg/l。The cylinder charging ratio of fire ex
12、tinguishing agent should not be greater than 0.67 kg/l.1.4.2.4. 所有二氧化碳钢瓶每二年应进行称重检查（或液面测量）。若每瓶CO2的净重减少原重的10%时，应予填充。总减少量小于最大一个被保护舱室需要量的5%时，可同意暂不充灌；但空瓶一经发现，应拆下试压并充灌。All carbon dioxide cylinders should undertake weighting inspection every two years (or liquid level measurement). If each bottle CO2 net w
13、eight reduced to 10% of the original weight, it is to be refilled. When total reduction is smaller than 5% of the maximum protected cabin requirement, it is allowed not filling temporary, but the empty bottle was once found, it is to be removed and refilled after pressure test.检测应请专业单位进行，三副监测，证书交船长保
14、管，公司机务部保管副本一份。We should ask professional unit to test, third officer monitoring, certificate kept by the the captain, and company maintenance department keep a copy of the certificate.1.4.2.5. 垂直放置，各瓶铡刀轴高度相等且处于同一垂直平面。Place in vertical, each bottle pole shaft height is equal and in the same vertical
15、plane.1.4.3. 操纵装置：Operating device:1.4.3.1. 瓶头阀无松动、变形。Bottle head valve without loosing, deformation.1.4.3.2. 瓶头阀铰刀无断折缺损，刀处于退足状态，刀头与镀层膜片距离3mm。Bottle head valve reamer without break and defects, knife is fully folded, the reamer head is apart 3mm from the coating diaphragm.1.4.3.3. 瓶头阀手柄：各手柄上拉索固定孔与铰刀
16、铀之间距离相等，与铰刀轴连接牢固，止动螺钉深入铰刀轴且上紧，各手柄与重垂成60，转动范围不少于120，各手柄平行。Bottle head valve handle: the distance between guy fixing hole on each handles and reamer shaft is equal, and the fixing holes link firm with the reamer shaft, stop screw in-depth of the reamer shaft is tightened, each handle with heavy hang d
17、own into 60 , the twirl scope is not less than 120 , and each handle is parallel.1.4.3.4. 控制钢索：成水平直线，无拼接，无锈蚀、毛刺，连接牢固。Control the cable wire: keep horizontal, without splice, no corrosion and burr, be immobility concatenated.1.4.3.5. 导向滑轮：底座牢固，无松动，转动灵活（注意加油）。Leading pulley: base is firm, no looseness
18、, rotate easily (note oil it).1.4.3.6. 驱动气瓶：压力充足，阀头刀活络有效，驱动气缸内活塞密封良好、活络有效。Driven gas cylinder: the pressure is sufficient, head of valve knife activate effectively, innerpiston of driven cylinder seals good and moves effectively.1.4.4. 管系：Pipe system1.4.4.1. 总阀、分路阀、开关方向标志鲜明，阀开关活络。Sign of main valve,
19、 shunt valve, switch direction should be distinct, valve switch should be flexible.1.4.4.2. 喷嘴应为黄铜制品，防变形、防堵塞、雾化片完好。Nozzle should be brass products, prevent deformation and blocking, atomization slice is intact.1.4.4.3. 管道无严重锈蚀，红色油漆鲜明。若须修理，只可用螺纹连接不可焊接，或整根换新。There is no serious corrosion on piping, pa
20、int the pipe with bright red paint. If it need to be repaired, should only be threaded connections or renewed, unweldable.1.5. 保养记录：Maintenance record:1.5.1. 三副应记录每个钢瓶的水压试验期限，对不符合要求的，应及时提请换新。3/O shall be recorded each cylinder hydrostatic test period, which is not in conformity with requirements, sh
21、ould timely change new.1.5.2. 每季度检查记入船舶维护检修记录表。Quarterly review the ship repair and maintenance record.1.5.3. 每二年CO2瓶称重（液位测量）必须取得相应证明，由三副负责，并将称重报告交船长审核、保存。Weighting CO2 bottles every two years (liquid level measurement) must obtain corresponding proof, it is in charge of third officer, and sent the
22、weighting report to the captain for auditing and filing.1.5.4. 所有检查、试压均由三副负责，结果由大副记入航海日志重大记事栏中，报机务部存档，并应记在船舶维护检修记录表。All inspection, testing are in the charge of third officer, the results should be recorded in the major chronicle column of log, sent to the maintenance department for filing, and writ
23、ten in ship maintenance repair log sheets.1.6. 证明：Certification: CO2钢瓶换新时，三副必须检验钢瓶上的钢印，确认三个月内做过压力试验，并有瓶内灭火剂足够数量的证明，否则退瓶。When renew the CO2 steel cylinders, third officer must verify the steel seal on the cylinder, confirm pressure testing has been done within three months, and have quantity certific
24、ation of sufficient extinguisher in the cylinder, or refund it.2. 手提式、推车式灭火器保养须知Portable, cart type extinguisher maintenance guidelines2.1. 保养周期：手提式灭火机（轻水泡沫）、推车式泡沫灭火器每三个月检查一次。修船后大风浪之后和重大节假日之前，以及发生火警之后均应进行一次保养。Maintenance period: check the portable extinguisher (light-water foam), cart type foam fire
25、 extinguisher every three months. Maintain it once after ship-repair, stormy waves, fire and before major holidays.2.2. 保养标准：Maintenance standard:2.2.1. 数量：满足船级社的规定要求。Quantity: meet the prescribed requirements of classification society.2.2.2. 存放：位置及其编号应做到，标志清晰，有固定的存放架，防止摇动倾斜和撞击。周围通道畅通，以便提取使用，不应有妨碍提取
26、之物。防止过热或曝晒，泡沫灭火器防晒、防冻。Storage: position and its numbers should be marked clearly, there should be fixed storage rack to prevent shaken tilting and impact. It should be clear around the channel in order to extract and use, there should not be objects interfere extraction. Prevent overheating or solar
27、ization, freeze and solarization should be prevented for foam fire extinguisher sunscreen.2.2.3. 清洁：无积灰及油污，外壳无锈斑，标志鲜明。Cleaning: no accumulations of dust and greasy dirt, shell without rusty spot, and signs are distinct.2.2.4. 释放装置：喷嘴畅通，保险销无锈，活络。Release device: nozzle unblocked, Safety pin is flexibl
28、e without rust.2.2.5. 灭火剂：Extinguishant:2.2.5.1. CO2灭火器的净重不低于原标准的90%，泡沫液在有效期内。Net weight of CO2 fire extinguisher is not less than 90% of the original standard, foam fluid should be within the valid period.2.2.5.2. 有压力表者，压力表指针不得低于绿色区域。For which equipment has pressure gauges, the indicator should not
29、 be lower than the green area.2.2.5.3. 使用过的灭火器,不论灭火剂是否用完,均应以新的灭火器替换,或重新填充灭火剂。The used fire extinguisher, no matter whether the fire-extinguisher chemical has been run out, should be replaced with new fire extinguisher or refilled.2.2.6. 保养卡完整，清洁，填写规范。Maintenance cards should be complete, clean, fill
30、ed normatively.2.3. 保养记录：Maintenance record:2.3.1. 每只灭火器上的保养记录卡，记录该灭火器的历次检查日期，剂量及保养人。Maintenance record card on each fire extinguisher, record the fire extinguisher all previous check dates, dose and maintenance person on it.2.3.2. 保养日期，保养内容（换新，补充灭火剂，称重量等）保养人等情况由三副记入船舶维护检修记录表，作为安全管理记录并妥善保管。The situa
31、tions of maintenance date, maintenance content (renew, supplement the extinguisher, weight it etc.), maintenance people etc. should be recorded on ship maintenance record form by third officer, keep it properly as security management record.2.4. 检查：Inspection:2.4.1. 各灭火器的保养由三副监督，并按保养标准检查。The third o
32、fficer should supervise the fire extinguisher maintenance and inspect them according to the maintenance standards.2.4.1.1. 清点数量，核对编号及位置。Count quantity, check the number and location.2.4.1.2. 统一检查贮存、外观、保养记录卡。Uniformly check storage, appearance and maintenance record card.2.4.1.3. 抽查灭火剂量（手提或称量，查看压力表等）
33、。Selectively examine fire-extinguishing doses (portable or weighing, check pressure gauge, etc.).2.4.2. 检查执行情况及检查结果，列入安全活动日项目之一。Check the performance and test results, list it in the safety Campaign day items.3. 常用消防防护装备保养须知Common fire protection equipment maintenance guidelines 3.1. 消防员装备Firemans o
34、utfits3.1.1. 消防员装备平时应放在干燥、通风处，防止霉变、生锈，每一个月进行一次检查，确保清洁、光亮完好。Firemans outfits usually must be kept in dry and ventilated place, prevent mildew, rust, check it each month to ensure it clean, smooth.3.1.2. 安全带、安全钩应三个有拉力载荷检查；如发现破损或受高温、明火、强酸碱等腐蚀，应及时换新；若有污垢应用温水肥皂擦洗，再用清水漂净晾干，但不允许浸入沸水及爆晒火烤。Safety belt and sa
35、fety hook should pass three tension load inspection; If discover the damaged or corrosion caused by high temperature, flame, strong acid and alkali, we should renew it timely, If there is dirt, we should scrub it with warm water soap, and then dry it in the air after bleach wash, but it is not allow
36、ed to dip it into the boiling water, bask it ,and roast it.3.2. 空气呼吸器Breathing apparatus3.2.1. 空气呼吸器使用后应及时做好清洁、消毒、气密检查等保养工作；Breathing apparatus should be cleaned, disinfected, inspected the gas tightness timely after use.3.2.2. 调换有充足空气的钢瓶；Exchange the cylinder which has sufficient air;3.2.3. 空气呼吸器不准
37、受压、阳光曝晒和毒气侵蚀；Breathing apparatus should not ba pressed, sunlight insolated and eroded by poison gas;3.2.4. 每套呼吸器应配有备用空气瓶一只（特殊船舶按特殊规定配备）；Each breathing apparatus should be equipped with a spare bottle (equip the special ship according to the special provisions);3.2.5. 每月应变演习时检查一次：Check it one time wh
38、en carrying out monthly emergency arrangement drills3.2.5.1. 空气瓶压力应符合要求、有否备用空气瓶；Air bottles pressure should comply with the requirements, and there is any spare air bottles or not;3.2.5.2. 呼吸器整洁、呼吸器气密和畅通情况、所有属具完好情况Breathing apparatus is clean and unblocked or not, all appurtenances are intact or not
39、.4. 救生艇、筏保养须知The lifeboat, raft maintenance guidelines4.1. 检查维护标准Inspection and maintenance standards4.1.1. 救生艇须处于随时可用状态。平时应注意认真检查和养护。除经常性外观检查外，还应：The lifeboats must be practicable. Usually we should pay attention to the inspection and maintenance. Besides regular outside inspection, still should:4.
40、1.1.1. 救生艇及属具应建立专门帐册,对艇的属具要每一个月详细检查一次，短缺补充，不合格者予以换新，并做好记录。Specialized books must be established for the lifeboat and appurtenances, the appurtenances should do a detailed examination once every month, complement for them if shortages, renew the one is not qualified, and make records.4.1.1.2. 对帆布及纤维制
41、品要常晾晒，防止霉烂。Often dry canvas and fibre products in air to prevent mildew and rot.4.1.1.3. 每周对救生艇的登乘收放设备目视检查。Close-up inspection should be carried out with the embarking, launch recovery appliance of the lifeboat once a week.4.1.1.4. 每月更换淡水一次（除密封罐头以外），气温0以下时要注意防冻。Monthly replace freshwater (except the
42、 outside of sealed can), pay attention to anti-freezing when the temperature below 0 .4.1.1.5. 每半年抽查干粮一次，发现变质及时更换。Make a selective examination for dry food once every six months, timely renew it if it was metamorphic.4.1.1.6. 每年用橙黄色油漆艇内外。Paint the boat inside and outside with orange paint every year
43、.4.1.1.7. 吊艇架应做好除锈涂油工作，每季度应检查转动部门的灵活性。Do derusting and greasing work for boat davit, quarterly check the flexibility of rotating element.4.1.1.8. 吊艇索每月的检查必须记录在值班日志中，如有变质应及时换新。在不超过5年的使用期内，也必须换新。Boat fall monthly inspection must be recorded on duty log, promptly renew it if it was metamorphic. Also re
44、new it within 5 years of use period.4.1.1.9. 艇壳结构必须水密，验船师认为必要时作水密性试验，玻璃钢艇壳及艇内结构，发现有裂纹及变形时，应及时修理。Boat shell structure must be watertight, water tightness test should be carried out if the surveyors deemed it is necessary, timely repair the FRP boat shell and boat inside structure when there are crack
45、s and deformations.4.1.1.10. 吊艇架摆出舷外时，应无障碍及卡死现象，每副吊艇架转出舷外时速度应同步，吊艇索通过的滑轮工作应正常。When boat davit is turned out overboard, there should be barrier free and no jammed phenomenon, synchronously put each boat davit outboard, the pulley boat fall passed should work normally.4.1.1.11. 吊艇机手动制动器制动应有效和可靠。Boat h
46、oisting engine handbrake shall be effective and reliable.4.1.1.12. 救生艇降落到水面后，脱钩装置应可靠和迅速。Release gear must be reliable and fast after lifeboat lowered to water surface,.4.1.1.13. 吊艇架底座与艇甲板的连接应牢固。The connection betweeen boat davit base and boat deck should be stable.4.1.1.14. 吊艇架限位器应有效和可靠，以防吊艇索受到过度的应力
47、。Boat davit limit switches should be effective and reliable, to against the wire rope overload.4.1.1.15. 艇甲板应保持整洁，禁止乱堆其他物品。 Boat deck should be neat and clean, prohibit stacking sundries.4.1.1.16. 不使用时，也应检查艇的固定是否良好，设备是否处于正常状态。 Check the fixation of boat when not in use and keep the boats in good ord
48、er.4.1.2. 救生艇机装置Lifeboat engine4.1.2.1. 始终处于立即可用状态。Always be practicable4.1.2.2. 每周进行启动，正、倒车换向试验并记录。Weekly do startup, ahead and astern commutation test and record.4.1.2.3. 及时补充燃油并泄放油柜残水。Refill fuel oil and drain the residual water in the oil tank in time.4.1.2.4. 充电变压器每季测量输出电压，螺丝紧固，无异常声响，充电控制箱水密良好。Quarterly measure the output voltage of charging transformer, fasten the screw, no abnormal sound, and the watertight of charging control box is in good condition.4.1.3. 救生筏的维护检修Repair and maintenan
