6、GENERAL 总则 1.1Scope 范围 1.1.1This specification together with the Coke Drum drawings, standard drawings, requisitions, purchase order/inquiry indicates the requirements to be met by the Seller in the design, fabrication, inspection, testing and supply of the Coke Drums. 卖方在设计,制造,检验,试验和供应焦炭塔时都要符合本规范以及

7、焦炭塔图纸,标准图纸,请购单,采购订单/查验说明。1.1.2This specification covers the general requirements for the design of coke drums and supplements the requirements of the Code under which the Coke Drums areto be designed. 本规范涵盖了焦炭塔设计的总体要求以及为本设计的焦炭塔的补充守则。1.1.3These requirements are specific for Coke drums and are supplem

8、ented by Specification 00000-D-201, Pressure Vessels.In case of conflict, the requirements of this specification shall govern. 这些是具体的焦炭塔的规范,是规范00000D201,压力容器的补充。在二者发生冲突时,应管辖此规范。2.0DESIGN 设计 2.1Materials 材料 2.1.1Materials of construction or the Coke Drums subject to internal or external pressure shal

9、l conform to the Specifications of ASME, Section II and the requirements specified herein. 焦碳塔项目的制造材料,无论内压或外压原件,应符合的是ASME,第二节的规范,具体规定如下。2.1.2Any alternate shall clearly indicate the official material designation or the chemical and physical properties for such materials having only a trade or suppli

10、ed designation.Any alternate or substitute for material specified must be approved by the Buyer in writing. 任何材料替换应清楚地说明正式指定材料或化学和物理性能,为这类材料只有一个贸易或提供指定。任何替补或替代材料指明,必须经买方书面答复。 2.1.3 Plate or Forgings shall be legibly stamped or stenciled showing grade number and plate or forging number. 钢板或锻件应盖章或图案显示

11、批号与钢板或锻造号码。2.1.4Coke Drum Material Specification 焦炭塔材料规格2.1.4.1Shell, heads and other pressure containing parts shall be in accordance with SA-263.Minimum shear strength of alloy cladding and base metal shall be 20,000 psi in accordance with Paragraph 8.1.3 of SA-263. (Base SA-387-11 CL.1, or SA-387

12、-22 CL. 1, Cladding: SA-240-410S).Forbase metal, supplementary requirement, S1, S2, S3, S5, and S12 of SA-20 are required. 13、条第8.1.3的SA 263 最低抗剪强度合金镀层与金属基体应为20,000。(基层SA-387-11CL.1,复层SA-240-410s)。对于基层金属,补充规定,要用SA-20中的S1,S2,S3,S5和S12。涉及到的材料规范见设备图纸。For S3, mill test plates shall be ordered with sufficient heat treatment hours. See para. 4.8.3.对于S3 ,机加工试板应有足够的热处理时间。见para.4.8.3 。For impact testing covered by S5, the orientati

14、on of specimen shall bein both longitudinal and transverse directions per section of SA-20. Acceptance criteria for energy (Charpy V-notch) values shall be as specified in vessel drawing.为冲击测试包括的S5,试样测试的方向必须在纵向和横向方向每SA-20上.对于 能量(夏比V型缺口)评估的合格标准应尽可能参照冲压成型的规定。For S12, the UT acceptance level shall be p

15、er S7 with backing plate conforming to level B per SA-578.对于S12,UT探伤可接受的水平是,。 2.1.4.2Nozzle and Manways接管和人孔Flanges for nozzles and manways shall be forged alloy steel, in accordance with SA-182-F11 CL.1 or SA-182-F22 CL. 1. Pipe used for necks shall be seamless alloy steel, in accordance with SA-33

16、5- P11or SA-335-P22. Rolled plate necks shall be the same material as the shell.(Forged alloy steel flange facing and pipe neck overlays shall be made using ERNiCr-3 or ENiCrFe-3). Refer to vessel drawing for specific material.法兰接管和人孔应用锻造,按照SA-182-F11 CL.1或SA-182-F22 CL.1.用于法兰颈的管子应为无缝合金钢,按照SA-335-P1

VIII, Div. 2.所有锻件,超声检查应ASME Sec.,Div.2按照AM-203.2。2.1.4.3Coke Drum Supports焦炭塔支持圈Material for Coke Drum support skirt welded directly to the Coke Drum shall

18、be the same material as shell Steel plate for base ring and chairs shall be SA-516-70.焦炭塔支持圈以及裙座与筒体直接相焊的应是相同的材料。基础环板和支座应用SA.5 1 6.70钢板 。 2.1.4.4Chemical Composition Limits化学组成限值S and P shall be 0.01% maximum.硫,磷含量应在0.01 以内。2.2Bolting & Gaskets 螺栓垫片。2.2.1External gaskets for manholes and special nozz

20、self-reinforced. Reinforcing pads are not permitted. 各连接开口必须自增强。不允许有补强圈。2.3.2Reinforcement shall be such as not to limit the maximum allowable working pressure at design conditions for the new and cold condition.对新的和冷的条件下,补强应不限制设计条件下最大允许工作压力。2.4Design Conditions:设计条件: Unless otherwise specified in t

22、 for Design 载荷组合设计 2.5.1Coke Drums are to be designed to satisfy each of the six loading conditions and the more severe of the wind pressure or earthquake. 焦炭塔应被设计,以满足每6向受力条件和较为严重的风压力或地震。 2.5.1.1Coking condition is to include the wind pressure or earthquake plus the design pressure at design tempera

30、 be designed for additional piping loads. 接管和附件的设计,应能负荷更多的管道。 2.6Stress Analysis: 应力分析:2.6.1 The coke drum is in cyclic service. The drum shall be designed and analyzed for cyclic service in accordance with ASME Section VIII Div 2. Finite element analysis shall include thermal transient conditions.

31、The analysis shall include skirt to cone joint and all nozzle attachements.焦炭塔是在循环工况下。塔应按照ASME Section Div 2对于循环工况设计和分析.有限元分析应包括热瞬变条件。分析应包括裙座,锥体及所有接管。 2.7Corrosion Allowance 腐蚀裕量 2.6.1Alloy clad or overlay 7/64 min. 34、ke drums shall be post weld heat treated at 1275F (690C) minimum to minimize creep embrittlement during operation. 焦炭塔焊后应最低在1275华氏度( 690 )热处理,以减少制作时的蠕变脆化。3.1.2No welding shall be performed on the vessel after stress relieving without specific approval of the Buyer in writing. 应力消除后没有买方的书面证明不允许在容器上进行

35、焊接。3.1.3Flange facings must be protected against oxidation during heat treatment. 热处理过程中,法兰面必须受到保护。3.1.4Ultrasonic examination shall be performed on all ferritic welds after PWHT for materials with thickness 1 in. (25.4 mm) or greater.UT is not sensitive to surface cracks, and magnetic particle exam

36、ination shall be performed on the surface of all ferritic welds after PWHT, regardless of thickness.超声波检查应在对所有焊缝完成后。UT对表面裂纹不敏感,磁粉颗粒体检应表面上的所有焊缝焊后热处理后,不论厚度。3.1.5After final post weld heat treatment, Brinell hardness readings shall be taken in each longitudinal and circumferential seam on approximate 1

No reading shall exceed 225.3.2Bolting and Gaskets 螺栓和垫圈 3.2.1External bolting and gaskets for service operation shall be supplied with the drum by the Seller in accordance with the material specifications shown on the draw
