3、解。中文里吉祥尊贵的“龙”与英文中邪恶凶残的“龙” 形成了鲜明的对比。在中国文化中, “龙”象征着吉祥、权威、高贵和繁荣,与皇室紧密相连,汉语中有大量的关于龙的成语, 诸如龙腾虎跃, 龙飞凤舞, 都展现了“龙”在中国文化中的文化内涵。然而在英美文化中, “龙” 是一种狰狞的怪兽, 是恶魔的化身,其形象往往是有翅膀,能喷火,往往象征着凶残。像这样的文化负载词,在教学中教师一定要多花精力,解释清楚,尽力使学生形成正确的概念,才有利于这些词在交际中的正确理解和使用。同时也让学生了解一些其它动物所承载的中西方文化涵义。本文是一篇记叙文,文章篇幅适中,意思浅显易懂,难度中偏上。【学情分析】本班学生是非常
4、优秀的,每次的考试成绩在全校18个平行班中都名列前茅。本班学生的自主探究意识和小组合作的意识较强,能够积极主动地与其他同学共同研究学习。而且本班学生的口语表达能力也很强,有16个学生曾经在假期里参加过北京新东方英语口语的培训,因此对学生的学习评价相对提高了要求。这个班级的不足表现在于本班学生大部分很内向,不太愿意表达出自己的想法,课堂气氛不是很活跃。针对“龙”这个虚拟动物的话题,本节课势必会引起学生极大的兴趣。目的在于培养学生的应用能力,尤其是培养跨文化意识及跨文化交际能力。【课时目标】学习目标一:能够通过速读归纳段落大意;在理顺文章结构的同时总结自己平日写作类似文体时采用的篇章结构。学习目标
5、二:能够在问题的引导下,通过独立思考或同伴帮助,充分理解文本含义,掌握中西方“龙”的文化内涵。学习目标三:在理解文本的同时能够有意识地学习文本中以及课后任务相关的语言知识,并在老师的指导下进行语言训练,为完成任务做好知识 储备。学习目标四:能够在口语训练的基础上独立完成“孔雀”的写作任务。【评价设计】评价方案一(对应学习目标一):能够归纳出段落大意,并能够说出文章的篇章结构的写作特点。独立完成为优秀,在老师或是同伴的帮助下完成为良好。评价方案二(对应学习目标二):能够独立回答出问题为优秀;能够在老师或同伴的帮助下回答出问题为良好。评价方案三(对应学习目标三):能够流利地完成文本中以及task-
6、linking相关的六个问题任务为及格;八或九个为良好;十个以上为优秀。评价方案四(对应学习目标四):能够独立完成写作任务,行文连贯,卷面整洁,语言地道为优秀;行文基本连贯,卷面整洁为良好;字数够,卷面好为及格。【教学过程】导入:Lets enjoy a short video.
