1、 Instructions for Replacing Fuser Film SleevesInstrucciones para la Instalacin de Fundas Fusoras定影膜使用说明It is very important to apply grease properly when replacing fuser film sleeves. Improper installation will result in no-turning or damage of the film. Please follow the following instructions to r
2、eplace fuser film sleeves:Es de suma importancia medir correctamente la cantidad de grasa necesaria para una apropiada instalacin de fundas fusoras.在更换定影膜的时候，正确的使用润滑脂是 非常重要的，不正确的使用或者不使用，会导致 定影膜不转或者损坏。请按照下列的指示来更换定影膜：1. Take off damaged and used fixing film from fixing film assembly or fuser. Descarte
3、 la funda daada del ensamble fusor. 把损坏的或者使用过的定影膜从定影膜组件或者定影组件上取下来；2. Clean surface of heating element using Q-tip with alcohol. Con un pao humedecido en alcohol limpie suavemente la superficie de la cermica trmica. 用棉签沾着酒精将陶瓷加热器以及支架表面清理干净；3. Scoop up grease from the grease container with a spatula,
4、a wooden spatula or finger tip.Con una esptula tome grasa del envase.用塑料或木制小片，或者手指，从容器中挖出一些润滑脂；4. Apply grease to about 15-20 places on the surface of the heater (heating element and fixture). Total amount of grease to apply is around 0.035 oz or 1.0 gram for A4 ,and 0.07 oz or 2.0 gram for A3 paper

Place the spatula or finger at an angle on the surface of the heater and with one forward and backward movement spread the grease evenly over the surface. When you feel film turning is free, you can assemble fixing film assembly with pressure roller. Gire la funda varias veces a mano. Cuando al tacto se sienta que la funda gira libremente continue con la instalacin del ensamble con el rodillo de presin.用手转动定影膜若干圈，当感觉定影膜转动顺畅之后，就可以把定影膜组件和下辊组装在一起了。
